Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) continue to encounter a range of obstacles, particularly in enhancing their productivity and competitiveness. The 2020 survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs indicates that Indonesia still has substantial challenges in terms of education quality, especially in rural and underdeveloped urban areas. Several factors, such as the availability of high-quality education, access to educational resources, and the level of teaching excellence, can significantly impact individuals' capacity to effectively manage their enterprises and promote innovation (Kemendikbud RI, 2020). This study investigates the link between knowledge sharing practices, innovation, and employee performance within Indonesian MSMEs. Through exploratory analysis, it offers fresh insights into how innovation and knowledge sharing behaviour can affect employee performance in Indonesian MSMEs. The main objective is to analyse and explore the impact of innovation and information sharing behaviours on employee performance in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Based on this research and its findings, several strategies have been identified. These strategies aim to explore the complex relationship between an employee's performance, their willingness to share knowledge, and their ability to demonstrate innovative behaviours in MSMEs. Future study could focus on improving the quality of human resources, specifically in areas such as knowledge, expertise, competence, and entrepreneurial attitude. Investing in the development of human resources yields benefits for both MSME business owners and the overall well-being of workers..

General Election (Pemilu) is a fundamental pillar of democracy that often faces various challenges, including legal violations that undermine its integrity. To overcome this, the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu) was formed as a collaboration between Bawaslu, the Police, and the Attorney General's Office to accelerate the handling of election violations. However, the strict handling time limit of 14 working days is a major challenge in achieving fair and effective decisions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the handling time of election violations by Gakkumdu and identify the inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method, this study found that the main obstacles include inter-agency coordination, sectoral ego, limited human resources, and lack of supporting technology. In addition, differences in legal interpretation and low public legal awareness also slowed down the enforcement process. In conclusion, the effectiveness of Gakkumdu handling time is not optimal and requires policy reform. Recommendations include simplifying procedures, cross-agency training, utilizing technology, and educating the public. These reforms are expected to improve election integrity and support a fairer democracy.

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes, particularly in the area of cybercrime, such as electronic document forgery. This research explores the role of digital forensics and information technology in proving electronic document forgery crimes in Indonesia, using a normative legal research approach. The study employs both a statute approach and a conceptual approach to analyze the effectiveness of digital forensics in uncovering electronic crimes. The findings show that while digital forensics plays a crucial role in investigating electronic document forgery, there are several complex challenges in its implementation. One of the major obstacles is the limited number of certified digital forensic experts in Indonesia, with only 147 professionals qualified in this field. Additionally, the existing legal regulations have not kept pace with the rapid advancements in digital technology, which poses significant challenges to enforcement efforts. The study identifies various technical barriers, such as the complexity of forensic technologies, the volatile nature of digital evidence, and the ever-evolving techniques used by cybercriminals. These factors complicate the process of proving electronic crimes and pose difficulties for investigators. In response to these challenges, the research recommends strategic measures such as strengthening the capacity of forensic laboratories, harmonizing legal regulations with technological advancements, and improving the competency of human resources in both technological and legal fields. The study contributes to the development of a conceptual framework for cyber law enforcement, providing a comprehensive perspective on the challenges faced in proving electronic crimes in the digital age. The research aims to inform policymakers in crafting more effective and adaptive law enforcement strategies.

With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This study examines the implementation of policies for the recognition and protection of the indigenous law community in Kampung Kuta, Ciamis Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, gathering data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis identified key issues, and triangulation ensured validity by cross-referencing multiple data sources. A central finding is the ongoing conflict between customary laws in Kampung Kuta, which support communal land ownership, and national land regulations that emphasize individual land registration, leading to legal ambiguity and disputes. The study reveals substantial challenges, including inadequate socialization by the government, which has resulted in limited awareness within the indigenous community regarding their rights. Furthermore, limited financial and human resources impede effective implementation, while bureaucratic inefficiencies and poor coordination among implementing agencies have delayed policy outcomes. To address these issues, it is essential to improve resource allocation, conduct regular community workshops to enhance understanding of indigenous rights, and establish a legal framework that harmonizes customary and national laws. Strengthening local authorities and aligning policy objectives with the cultural context of Kampung Kuta are also critical steps. These measures are necessary to safeguard indigenous rights and preserve Kampung Kuta’s cultural heritage, fostering a sustainable model for indigenous rights protection in Indonesia.

Education is the main foundation in the formation of character and quality of human resources throughout the world. However, the development of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has presented new challenges in the world of education, especially in maintaining the academic integrity of students. The convenience offered by AI is often used unethically, such as in plagiarism or manipulation of academic assignments. This phenomenon encourages the importance of an alternative approach that does not only rely on policy and supervision, but also instills strong moral values. This study examines the relevance of the Islamic educational psychology approach in strengthening the academic integrity of students in the AI era. This approach offers solutions based on Islamic values such as muraqabah (awareness of Allah's supervision), muhasabah (self-evaluation), and the habituation of noble morals. The study was conducted using a library research method by analyzing literature related to academic integrity, AI technology, and Islamic educational psychology, including the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali. The results of the study show that the Islamic values taught by Al-Ghazali are very relevant in overcoming the challenges of academic integrity caused by the development of AI technology. The principle of muraqabah helps students understand the ethical implications of their academic actions, while muhasabah encourages self-reflection to improve behavior. In addition, the habituation of values such as honesty and responsibility provides a long-term solution in shaping students' characters. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values into the higher education curriculum to create an academic environment with integrity and ethics amidst the advancement of modern technology.
