The crisis of student morality and etiquette in higher education institutions has become an increasingly concerning phenomenon in the modern era. Social changes, the rapid development of digital technology, and the weakening internalization of religious values have contributed to a decline in students' moral character, which is reflected in poor communication ethics, lack of respect for lecturers, plagiarism practices, individualistic attitudes, and weak academic responsibility. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic values in addressing the crisis of student etiquette at UIN Walisongo Semarang. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through literature review, observation, and data collection from various scientific journals. The findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic values, such as akhlaq al-karimah (noble character), trustworthiness (amanah), discipline, Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), and responsibility, can serve as effective solutions in developing students' religious and ethical character. These values are implemented through spiritual development programs, an Islamic academic culture, lecturers' role modeling, Islamic student organization activities, and character education based on Islamic principles. This study emphasizes that the integration of Islamic values into the campus education system constitutes a strategic step in shaping a generation of Muslim intellectuals who excel not only academically but also possess strong morality and ethical conduct.

This study explores the development of a sustainable framework for Syariah and legal studies within the context of contemporary educational transformation. Employing a qualitative research approach through content analysis, this study examines relevant scholarly literature, Islamic legal sources, and contemporary educational perspectives to identify key strategies for strengthening Syariah and legal education in response to evolving societal challenges. The findings reveal that the sustainability of Syariah and legal studies requires an integrated approach that combines classical Islamic scholarship with modern legal, social, and technological developments. Several essential dimensions are identified, including institutional reform, curriculum innovation, pedagogical transformation, research advancement, international academic collaboration, and technology integration. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary engagement between Syariah studies and other fields, such as constitutional law, international law, economics, sociology, and digital studies. The findings also emphasize the significance of student-centered learning, critical thinking, and research-based education in enhancing academic quality and intellectual engagement

This study examines the relationship between Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS) and legal autonomy within the Indian legal and constitutional framework. It explores how ancient Indian governance recognized legal pluralism through customary laws, village autonomy, tribal jurisdictions, and decentralized judicial systems. The study further analyzes the ecological and philosophical foundations of Indigenous Knowledge Systems, emphasizing the indigenous worldview that promotes harmony between humans and nature through principles of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Additionally, the research evaluates the legal challenges faced by indigenous communities under modern intellectual property regimes, particularly concerning communal ownership, oral traditions, and biopiracy. Constitutional protections such as the Fifth Schedule, Sixth Schedule, and the Forest Rights Act (2006), alongside landmark judicial decisions, demonstrate India’s efforts to safeguard indigenous rights and traditional knowledge. Amidst rising global pressure regarding sustainability and cross-border trade, customs agencies are no longer viewed merely as gatekeepers but as strategic actors in global environmental governance through the Green Customs Initiative (GCI). This research aims to uncover the evolutionary patterns of GCI research within the context of adaptive policy, map its intellectual structure, and identify future thematic directions. The methodology employs a bibliometric analysis of documents sourced from the Web of Science database, utilizing VOSviewer software to perform co-authorship, bibliographic coupling, and co-word analysis.The results demonstrate that the dominance of scientific actors in this field is determined more by the strength of collaboration networks than by the mere volume of publications. The findings identify that the primary intellectual foundations of GCI research rest upon the critical relationship between environmental regulation, international trade, market responses, and eco-innovation. Furthermore, country-level analysis highlights the central roles of China, the United States, and the United Kingdom in shaping the knowledge structure of this domain. Overall, these findings underscore that the GCI has evolved into a multidisciplinary field that requires an adaptive policy framework to respond to the dynamics of ecological risks and global trade demands through institutional flexibility and cross-actor collaboration. By integrating environmental protection into border management and risk assessment, this study provides a strategic reference for customs authorities to move toward a more responsive and knowledge-based green customs administration.

This research is based on the importance of studying Malay-Jawi religious manuscripts as a source of transmission of Islamic teachings in the archipelago, particularly in the field of monotheism. The study aims to examine the textual content of Jawi manuscripts containing the treatise of monotheism, especially the concept of the sentence of monotheism and the attributes of twenty, and to explain their position in the intellectual tradition of Malay Islam. The research employs a qualitative method with a philological approach and content analysis. Primary data consist of Jawi manuscripts, while secondary data are obtained through library research. Data were collected through documentation and literature review and analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that the manuscripts contain systematically arranged monotheistic teachings, including the meaning of lā ilāha illa Allāh through the principles of negation and affirmation, as well as the concept of faith involving the heart, speech, and actions. The manuscripts also explain the twenty attributes within the classifications of nafsiyah, salbiyah, ma‘ani, and ma‘nawiyah, reflecting the theological framework of Ahlussunnah wal Jama‘ah. These manuscripts function as both religious texts and pedagogical media, highlighting the importance of preserving Nusantara Islamic manuscripts as part of the region’s intellectual heritage.

The rapid development of globalization has significantly influenced modern education systems, requiring not only the advancement of knowledge but also the strengthening of moral and spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values within modern education systems in the era of globalization. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method, utilizing various academic sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents. Data are collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis to interpret and synthesize existing theories and findings. The results indicate that the integration of Islamic values can be effectively implemented through curriculum development, teaching methods, digital technology utilization, and the role of educators as value transmitters. Furthermore, the study reveals that a holistic and systematic integration approach is essential to balance intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development in learners. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing an integrative education model that aligns Islamic principles with modern scientific and technological advancements, in order to produce individuals who are not only academically competent but also possess strong moral character in facing global challenges.

Digital transformation has positioned artificial intelligence (AI) as a major driver of organizational change and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI implementation on transformational leadership dynamics and the shifting role of leaders in managing human resources through a Systematic Literature Review of reputable studies published within the last five years. The findings indicate that AI acts as a catalyst in strengthening the dimensions of intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration through predictive analytics and talent personalization. The automation of administrative and repetitive tasks enables leaders to focus more on strategic vision, organizational innovation, decision-making, and emotional engagement with employees. However, the effectiveness of AI implementation is highly dependent on leaders’ digital literacy, adaptive capabilities, and readiness to integrate technology into organizational processes. This study contributes by proposing a hybrid leadership framework that combines artificial intelligence with human emotional intelligence to support more effective leadership practices. The practical implications emphasize the importance of leadership development that prioritizes empathy, ethical awareness, and algorithmic transparency in order to maintain trust, encourage sustainable innovation, and strengthen organizational resilience in increasingly dynamic and volatile environments.

He rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed human life, particularly in the way information is accessed, processed, and distributed. While this development brings numerous benefits, it also generates serious challenges such as information overload, misinformation, and the decline of critical thinking skills among digital users. This study aims to examine the relevance of the philosophical thought of Al-Kindi on intellect (aql) and knowledge in addressing these contemporary issues within the digital era. The research employs a qualitative approach through library research, analyzing classical philosophical texts and contemporary scholarly works related to epistemology and digital literacy. The findings show that Al-Kindi positions intellect as the primary faculty of human beings in understanding truth and organizing knowledge systematically and rationally. According to Al-Kindi, knowledge must be grounded in logical reasoning to achieve certainty and clarity. In the context of the digital era, this perspective is highly relevant as individuals are required to critically evaluate vast and unfiltered information circulating in digital spaces. This study concludes that Al-Kindi’s rational philosophy provides a strong intellectual foundation for developing digital literacy, strengthening critical thinking skills, and promoting responsible engagement with technology in modern society.

A mid the growing complexity of contemporary education, the challenge of integrating intellectual achievement with moral and spiritual development has become increasingly urgent. This study examines educational strategies in the Qur’an through the perspective of tafsir tarbawi, focusing on four core approaches: exemplary conduct, advice, dialogue, and storytelling. The research aims to explore how the Qur’an presents pedagogical methods that not only convey knowledge but also shape character and internalize values in learners. Employing a qualitative library research design with thematic and tafsir tarbawi approaches, this study analyzes relevant Qur’anic verses and supporting scholarly literature. The findings reveal that the Qur’an offers a holistic and dynamic model of education in which exemplary conduct functions as a behavioral model, advice serves as a means of value internalization, dialogue promotes reflective and critical thinking, and storytelling strengthens moral awareness through narrative experience. These strategies are interconnected and operate across cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains. The study concludes that Qur’anic educational strategies remain highly relevant for contemporary Islamic education, particularly in strengthening character formation, reflective learning, and the integration of values in educational practice.

Intellectual property rights (IPR) are an important legal tool for trademark ownership, protecting business quality, and protecting a company's economic interests. Consumers build trust in trademarks because they signal distinct product quality and reflect a positive and consistent corporate image. Trademark protection is regulated by national law under Trademark Law No. 20 of 2016, which provides legal certainty for trademark owners. This law stipulates that a trademark is only valid if it has distinctive elements, is not imitative, and has been officially registered with an authorized institution. The "first come, first served" principle in Indonesian trademark law can be interpreted as a mechanism that grants rights to the first party to file a valid application. However, the application of this principle in practice often raises complex legal issues, particularly when a trademark has already gained widespread public recognition prior to its formal registration. This study focuses on evaluating this legal protection through a normative legal research method by examining applicable laws, regulations, and court decisions related to trademark disputes in Indonesia. The Geprek Bensu dispute has attracted public attention because it highlights the conflict between legal provisions regarding trademark ownership and public perception. This case demonstrates that the existing legal framework still requires further refinement to balance the interests of trademark registrants with those of parties who have built public reputation through prior commercial use. Therefore, legal reform and consistent law enforcement are essential to ensure fair and comprehensive trademark protection in Indonesia.

Intellectual property (IP) protection in higher education institutions has largely been viewed as an administrative requirement focused on documentation and registration volume. This creates a paradox, as increasing research outputs are not matched by adequate legal protection, innovation downstreaming, and societal utilization of research results. Therefore, a reorientation is needed to position IP protection as a strategic instrument for building a fair innovation ecosystem. This community engagement program was conducted in LLDIKTI Region I institutions through presentations, discussions, and strengthening IP center capacity. Activities focused on mapping IP systems, identifying management challenges, and reinforcing a paradigm oriented toward innovation downstreaming and public benefit. Results show improved participant understanding of shifting IP protection from an administrative to a strategic approach. IP is increasingly recognized as a tool for innovation, technology transfer, and institutional competitiveness. This reorientation emphasizes inventor rights protection, fair benefit distribution, and broader public access to innovation within a sustainable and equitable ecosystem.

The trademark dispute between PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and PT Terbit Financial Technology has become a significant issue in the field of intellectual property law in Indonesia. This conflict arose because PT GoTo used the trademark name “GOTO,” which had already been officially registered earlier by PT Terbit. This study aims to examine the legal protection granted to registered trademark owners under Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, as well as to analyze the application of the first to file principle in resolving the dispute. This research employs a normative juridical approach by reviewing relevant legislation and conducting a case analysis based on the Decision of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court Number 71/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2022/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. The findings indicate that Indonesia prioritizes the first to file system in determining trademark ownership, meaning that exclusive rights are granted to the party who registers the trademark first. The court decision in favor of PT Terbit confirms that formal registration serves as the primary legal basis for trademark protection. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of conducting trademark verification prior to public use and emphasizes the need to strengthen legal awareness among business actors to prevent similar disputes in the future.

This article discusses ethical values in the philosophy of Islamic education as a response to contemporary challenges, such as moral crisis, declining character, and identity confusion. This study uses a literature review method with a philosophical and normative approach, based on Islamic teachings and the thoughts of educational figures. The results show that the philosophy of Islamic education contains important values such as monotheism, justice, responsibility, honesty, and good morals. These values are interconnected and play a significant role in shaping human personality. In addition to serving as a theoretical foundation, these values also function as guidelines in educational practice aimed at forming a complete human being (insan kamil). In the modern era, which is influenced by globalization and technological development, the application of Islamic ethical values is highly important to maintain a balance between intellectual intelligence and spiritual maturity. Therefore, the philosophy of Islamic education remains relevant as a solution for creating an education system that is not only intellectually advanced but also character-based and morally grounded. This study emphasizes that Islamic education needs to be directed toward the formation of moral awareness, the strengthening of spirituality, and the development of students’ social responsibility in daily life.

Civic Education holds a strategic position within the national education system as the primary instrument for shaping the personality of citizens in alignment with the values of Pancasila. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of moral degradation and the fading spirit of nationalism among the younger generation due to the unfiltered influence of globalization. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the extent of Civic Education's role in the school environment in transforming student character to possess noble morals, broad national insight, and a deep love for the motherland. The research method employed is a literature study with a qualitative approach, where data were collected through the analysis of various curriculum documents, scientific journals, and textbooks relevant to the implementation of the independent curriculum. Research findings indicate that Civic Education is not merely a theoretical transfer of civic knowledge but rather an effective process of value internalization through behavioral habituation within the school environment. The integration of teaching materials with practical applications in school life is proven to increase students' awareness of their rights and obligations as citizens. The analysis also reveals that strengthening moral character and national insight highly depends on teacher creativity in delivering interactive learning that is relevant to the students' social reality. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of revitalizing Civic Education teaching methods to be more adaptive to modern developments without losing national identity. Schools are expected to serve as laboratories of democracy and centers for sowing patriotic values to produce a golden generation that is not only intellectually competent but also possesses strong moral integrity to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.

IIn the process of creating the feature video "Jejak Rasa: Akar dari Tanah Priangan," the author serves as the Director of Photography, responsible for managing the visual aspects to effectively and comprehensively convey the message. This is achieved through the application of various cinematographic techniques, such as careful selection of camera angles, types of shots, camera movements, and in-depth composition. The main goal of this feature video production is to showcase the cultural value of cassava as an essential part of the culinary identity of Tanah Priangan, while also highlighting its transformation from traditional food to modern culinary innovation with contemporary relevance and appeal. This work is expected to provide a more comprehensive visual representation of local food culture and raise public awareness about the importance of preserving culinary heritage as part of the nation's cultural wealth. The application of cinematographic techniques used not only strengthens the delivery of information but also effectively enhances the aesthetic quality of the work as a visual communication medium that can impact the audience emotionally and intellectually.

This study explores the revitalization of the Sundanese Pegon script through a community-based training program at Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Bandung. Conducted by the Community Service Team of Telkom University in June 2025, the program aimed to preserve traditional Islamic literacy by reintroducing the Pegon script to students (santri). Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document analysis, the research reveals that the training successfully enhanced both the students' awareness and technical proficiency in reading and writing Pegon. Interview results with the Chairman of the Al-Huda Foundation, Roni Syahroni, emphasize that this effort is not merely an academic achievement but a vital step in reviving the historical soul of the pesantren. The findings demonstrate strong community support for preserving local cultural literacy. The study concludes that the community-based education model is highly effective and viable as a strategy to sustain the Islamic cultural heritage of Nusantara amidst modern challenges. Thus, Pegon literacy remains a spiritual and intellectual bridge for future generations.

This study aims to examine the contributions of A.M. Sangaji to the field of education during the period of 1922–1949 within the broader context of anti-colonial struggle. This research employs a qualitative method with a historical approach, involving the stages of heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Data sources are derived from library research, including books, scholarly articles, and relevant historical documents. The findings reveal that A.M. Sangaji’s contributions to education were closely intertwined with his political and social activism within Sarekat Islam. He actively established Qur’anic teaching centers and educational institutions, particularly in East Kalimantan, aimed at enhancing intellectual and religious awareness among indigenous communities. Furthermore, his role as a writer and orator significantly influenced the development of national consciousness and resistance against colonial rule. His integrity, ideas, and commitment to education highlight his substantial role in the history of Indonesian education. This study concludes that A.M. Sangaji’s contributions extended beyond formal education to encompass social, political, and religious education oriented toward the liberation of society from colonial oppression. Therefore, A.M. Sangaji deserves recognition as both an educational figure and a national hero, with enduring relevance for contemporary educational development.

This article discusses an experiential training program that integrates three main pillars for students of Parung Panjang Vocational High School (SMK) in Tangerang: optimizing digital platforms as modern marketplaces, developing innovative product packaging to strengthen sales performance, and applying ethical and legal principles in digital business activities. The program is designed to prepare vocational students to become competent, creative, adaptive, and responsible young entrepreneurs in the digital economy. The implementation methods include project-based learning, workshops, seminars, product simulation, mentoring, and intensive practice in using online marketing media. Students are guided to identify market opportunities, design attractive packaging, promote products through digital channels, and understand consumer protection, intellectual property, and honest transaction practices. The expected outcomes include increased digital literacy, improved packaging design skills, stronger entrepreneurial motivation, and better awareness of business ethics and legal compliance. Overall, this program provides practical learning experiences that connect school-based entrepreneurship education with the demands of the contemporary business and industrial environment. It also encourages collaboration among teachers, students, and local business partners for sustainable vocational development in line with future workforce and innovation needs.

This study explores the intellectual structure and research trends surrounding ethnocentrism in multinational corporations (MNCs) through a bibliometric mapping approach, with particular attention to cross-cultural management and workforce diversity studies. An initial dataset of 200 records was retrieved using Publish or Perish from Google Scholar and Crossref, of which 96 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 were retained following a PRISMA guided screening process. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to examine keyword co occurrence, network relationships, and thematic density. The results indicate that ethnocentrism functions as a central organizing concept within the literature, closely associated with cultural differences, expatriation, workforce diversity, and organizational practices in multinational contexts. Temporal patterns observed in overlay and density visualizations suggest a growing scholarly emphasis on practice-oriented and context-specific perspectives, particularly in relation to managerial and organizational implications in global operations. Overall, this study offers a structured synthesis of existing research, highlights emerging thematic directions, and provides a foundation for future empirical and comparative inquiries into cultural diversity management in multinational corporations.

This study examines the psychological dynamics of teachers as portrayed in the Thai film “The Teacher’s Diary” (2014) using Freud’s psychoanalytic theory of id, ego, and superego, alongside defense mechanisms. The research employs qualitative content analysis, focusing on key scenes that reveal the emotional, moral, and reflective behaviors of the main characters, Song and Ann. Results indicate that both teachers manage internal conflicts and external challenges through rationalization, sublimation, intellectualization, and moral commitment, demonstrating resilience, reflective practice, and ethical awareness. The discussion connects these findings with contemporary theories of effective teaching, emphasizing emotional intelligence, moral purpose, and reflective practice as core competencies for teacher development. The study highlights how cinematic narratives can provide valuable insights into teacher identity, professional growth, and the integration of personal and professional competencies in education.
