This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs    

Training and accompaniment in the financial management of female fishermen in catch processing and marketing groups by accounting lecturers has a significant role in increasing financial literacy in Tasikmadu Village, Prigi, Trenggalek Regency. This community service article discusses the importance of efforts to increase financial literacy. Accounting lecturers provide training on financial management and accounting practices to the Catch Processing and Marketing Group, as well as providing guidance in applying these concepts in daily business operations. Apart from that, lecturers can introduce financial management guidebooks, accounting applications and help business groups understand financial records and create accountable financial reports. The positive impacts include increasing economic prosperity, reducing business risks, sustainable growth, contributing to local economic growth, and improving the overall community economy.

K3 system for radiation workers in the conventional radiology room at TK II Pelamonia Makassar. The aim of this research is to determine the completeness and compliance of radiation workers in implementing K3. The K3 system in the Conventional Radiology Room at Tk II Pelamonia Makassar is to use PPE aprons when the radiation is carried out. The PPE apron is used only if the patient requires assistance during the radiation. Radiographers also carry out occupational safety and health training and carry out routine health checks carried out by hospitals. When the radiation is carried out, the radiographer stands behind a wall/screen coated with Pb. Radiographers also always use TLD when on duty or carrying out radiation.

Background: Non-communicable chronic diseases are currently a global health problem. Treatment of chronic diseases is serious because it can affect the patient's quality of life and consume quite a large amount of treatment funding. However, pharmacological treatment cannot be effective if chronic disease patients are unable to manage stress. For this reason, therapeutic modalities are needed that are able to treat patients as a whole, both bio-psycho-social and spiritual, one of which is the spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT). Purpose: This community service activity aims to increase the resilience of chronic disease patients through SEFT training. Method: Activities were provided for posyandu cadres in Kayuputih Village, Sukasada I Community Health Center Working Area. The training method was carried out by giving lectures, demonstrations, guided re-demonstrations, providing media, and evaluation. Results: SEFT is a non-pharmacological therapy that is acceptable to participants. SEFT can be done independently with the guidance of media leaflets and video demonstrations. SEFT is considered a unique way of praying and is modified by healing efforts by tapping specific points on the body. Conclusion: SEFT can be an alternative choice for chronic disease patients to maintain resilience in long-term self-care.

This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

Anchored in a qualitative descriptive approach, the study synthesizes document analysis and cadet surveys to unravel the multifaceted dynamics shaping the educational landscape. The document analysis reveals a curriculum at STIP Jakarta that aligns commendably with international standards, supported by comprehensive lecturer training programmes. However, the nuanced cadet perspectives spotlight a need for refined emphasis on the practical application of English proficiency in real-world maritime scenarios. Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. Background: Osteoporosis is a common disease that needs to be treated by a health professional promptly. To address this issue, osteoporosis prevention exercise instructors were trained and certified as part of empowerment initiatives. Purpose: The aims of this program was to create competent, nationally certified instructors. Method: The Indonesian Healthy Bones Community Association (PERWATUSI), a non-profit organization whose objective is to ensure that Indonesians have healthy and strong bones, is responsible for carrying out this empowerment program. The event took place on July 19–20, 2023, in a hall at Bali International University. Results: A total of 59 instructors were selected from various sports communities and trained to provide the public on how to prevent early osteoporosis, conduct suitable exercise program, and emphasize safety training. Before the training started, candidates had to have the necessary educational background, professional qualifications, training in osteoporosis preventive activity, and a commitment to continuing learning. All of participants (100%) met the qualification. Conclusion: These instructors are crucial to the fight against osteoporosis. Those who have earned certification are anticipated to be committed to encouraging healthy lives and lowering the risk of bone fractures.

To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Mandangin Island is one of the islands in Sampang Regency which has an area of 1650 km 2 with a population of around 3000 people. Most of the people on this island, the majority of whom work as fishermen, generally travel around 12.2 km to Sampang City to buy daily necessities by boarding traditional wooden boats at the Tanglok Sampang port. According to information conveyed by the Head of the Sampang Regency Transportation Service, most or almost all of the passenger ships that dock at Tanglok Port are traditional wooden ships whose actual function is to transport goods, not passengers, which are quite old. The Transportation Department considers the existing ships to be less safe and comfortable and therefore require refreshing. Besides that, wood as the main material in nature is decreasing in quantity so the price is increasingly expensive. The method implemented in this community service is to carry out a fiber glass boat operational training program for traditional boat operators. With this activity, it is hoped that the continued use of fiber glass boats can begin to be used and reduce the use of wooden boats which are relatively more expensive.

This article outlines several key points in the history of Russian education, including the role of education during the empire, the impact of the October Revolution of 1917, the Soviet Union period, and modern educational reform under the leadership of Vladimir Putin.The discussion covers various aspects, such as curriculum changes, improving the quality of education, modernizing infrastructure, and the role of religion in the education system. This study aims to produce and test the feasibility of Training Materials Management of Household Financial Management in the Village Tasikmadu. This research method using Design-Based Research model. The results of the final evaluation showed that 93% -95% of the learners received excellent training evaluation results, 95% -100% of the study participants gave positive responses to the training model, 89% of the students were active in training, and 79% of the studying population had implemented financial Accounting. Based on these results, the development of teaching materials for household financial management training is ready to be implemented. This training development is easy to apply, effective and practical, as it is developed and designed in a contextual and flexible way that is modified according to the needs and circumstances of the field. In addition, the guidebook provided in this model of financial management training has been made as attractive as possible to facilitate training activities taking into account the characteristics of female fishermen as learning citizens. So when this resource is applied it will create a fun and interesting training atmosphere.

The implementation of this service activity is carried out by providing material regarding the preparation of proposals and planning for a Potato Processed Food Products Business. The delivery of this training material is carried out by means of lectures and discussions. Assistance is provided by providing direction on how to start business planning, marketing and business development strategies, as well as preparing business proposals. The aim of this assistance is to foster and develop the entrepreneurial spirit at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja so that students are increasingly interested in entrepreneurship. The form of activity is in the form of guidance in creating a business, such as determining a business idea first/determining the product to be sold, developing a business idea (market segmentation), marketing strategy, finance, and making a business proposal. After that, a business and product proposal presentation was carried out to find out to what extent the students were able to prepare a business proposal for processed potato products.

The Influence of Problem-Based Learning Strategies on News Writing Ability for Class V of SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. Thesis. Department of Primary School Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervisor I Rosmini Madeamain and Supervisor II Andi Syamsul Alam. This research aims to determine the significant influence of using problem-based learning strategies on the ability to write news for class V of SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This research is pre-experimental research in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest research. The population of this study was class V students at SD Negeri 78 Barru which consisted of one class of 10 students. The research instrument used was the news writing test. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The results of this research show that the pretest results, the average student learning score is 53 with categories, very high 0%, high 30%, medium 20%, low 30% and very low 20%. The average score of the posttest results after using the problem-based learning strategy was 88 with the categories very high 80%, high 20%, medium 0%, low 0%, and very low 0%. This figure shows that there is a significant influence of the use of problem-based learning strategies on news writing ability. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning strategy is effectively used in learning to write news for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 78 Barru, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

The 2013 curriculum focuses on developing students' knowledge, understanding, abilities, values, attitudes and interests, with the aim of enabling them to apply this knowledge in a practical way. At the same time, it encourages independent learning based on each student's abilities, while providing opportunities for the development of character and important skills. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature study review. This research aims to determine the differences between the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum in various aspects, including characteristics, objectives, competencies, assessment methods and roles. The findings of this research can help the government choose a more effective curriculum for students, thereby optimizing the learning process for their future. Based on the research we conducted, we have drawn conclusions and provided recommendations to the government, emphasizing the need for well-developed policies, thorough outreach, and comprehensive teacher training before implementing curriculum changes. In the end, it is the teacher who will be directly involved with students in the learning process.    

The present study was conducted during school closure during the pandemic period, from 2020 to 2022. This study aims to explore teachers’ responses to the difficulties in using the online platform, and how teachers cope with the challenges in running online classes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study participants were seven junior high school teachers in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. They had mixed work experiences. The results of the study showed that teachers responded differently to the demand for teaching using an online platform. Most teachers conducted online classes on a pro forma basis in order to comply with government policies. They viewed themselves unprepared to participate in online classes. The study also found teachers’ difficulties in teaching online classes due to students’ lack of adequate knowledge, skills and motivation in utilizing the online platforms provided by their schools. The study concludes that there is a need for comprehensive training and support for teachers to effectively adapt to online teaching methods. Additionally, it suggests that schools should invest in improving students' digital literacy skills to enhance their engagement and success in online learning environments.
