Handling criminal cases that occur in society can be resolved using two methods, namely penal and non-penal. One of the non-penal solutions is Penal Mediation. Penal mediation itself is born from the culture that exists in society so that the content of its values is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian nation. Mediation is a procedure based on "good faith" where the disputing parties convey suggestions through channels on how the dispute will be resolved by the mediator, because they themselves are unable to do so. Through this freedom, it is possible for mediators to provide innovative solutions through a form of resolution that cannot be carried out by the court, but the parties to the dispute obtain mutual benefits.

Today's era of globalization has become one of the media used to express opinions or views. Freedom of opinion, especially on social media, is currently widely misunderstood and abused by the public, because in exercising the right to freedom of opinion, many people carry out actions which result in insults, accusations without evidence and defamation which causes loss, hurt feelings, Mental health even has an impact on suicide situations for certain individuals and groups. The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. The method used in research is the literature method, data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation. Data from observations is in the form of screenshots from social media. The results of this research show that; comments on social media are included in several violations of existing laws in Indonesia, the ITE Law article 45 paragraph 1, the Defamation Law articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code; Threat of Criminal Defamation in the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45. This research concludes that freedom of opinion is not absolute freedom, but rather, opinion must be in accordance with ethics and norms in society and in accordance with legal regulations without harming any party. and these unpleasant acts can be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The issue of blocking internet services in Papua in 2019 has been in the public spotlight for quite a long time. The blocking carried out by the government raises questions about legal certainty, public interest in the principles of good governance. The principle of legal certainty is an important basis for the policy on blocking internet services in Papua, where this principle requires that the policies implemented must comply with applicable law, including clear procedures, predictability, and access to adequate information. In addition, service blocking must be based on a strong and transparent legal basis. The public interest must be an important consideration in blocking these internet services. The government must be able to maintain between individual interests and public interests. Even though the blocking has reasons such as national security or critical shelter, it still has to pay attention to the impact on individual human rights, freedom of speech and access to information. The realization of good governance is an important principle in the blocking. Good governance refers to good, transparent, accountable, participatory and fair governance. The government must involve the public in the process of making policies related to blocking internet services, such as accurate information, public consultation, and consider input from various related parties.  

This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

Women's empowerment is one indication of rising welfare. One of the steps in empowering women in Indonesia is done through PKK activities. Empowering PKK mothers as members of the community and who are also classified as productive labour is vital. The purpose of this empowerment is to develop awareness and independence in business, as well as to expand employment opportunities and increase the knowledge of mothers in Panjunan Village. This alternative was chosen because PKK women in the Panjunan area really need knowledge and skills that can be used as provisions and hone the skills of each individual. This training is expected to complement the knowledge and skills of PKK women in various aspects, and can provide benefits in showing their existence in skills, while equipping themselves to do business which in turn can encourage increased income in the family.

This study analyzes the causes of self-censorship in the Japanese mass media. Japan is now considered a country that has low press freedom. The purpose of this research is to explain the causes of self-censorship in the Japanese mass media. This study uses qualitative research methods with the Thematic Analysis Approach approach and model of analysis data taken in The Journalist series. The conclusion of this study is that the Japanese mass media exercise self-censorship due to pressure from outsiders which makes it difficult for them to present the news and sources who refuse to be interviewed.

The use of Kolcaba's theory of comfort is easy to apply in the perioperative field and is useful for addressing a variety of patient comfort needs. Fulfillment of holistic comfort through indicators of relief (freedom), ease (calmness), transcendence (happiness). This literature review was carried out by collecting articles and textbooks from databases such as Proquest, Scient Direct, Google Search, Google Scholar. The search was carried out using the keywords "Comfort", "Katherin Kolcaba", "Nurse" and "Perioperative". The selected article focuses on Katharine Kolcaba's practice theory of Comfort in Perioperative Care. The results of the study show that the theory of comfort is very helpful in providing nursing care for perioperative patients, through feeling comfortable facilitating the emergence of synergistic, multidimensional, organismal responses that can influence the healing process. So that the theory of comfort is highly recommended in providing nursing interventions for perioperative patients. Nursing interventions in the four holistic contexts lead to various ways to help patients find relief, serenity or transcendence. Using comfort theory can assist nurses in assessing and identifying patient needs and in providing nursing interventions.

The health industry in the Depo City area experiences continuous development from year to year, this causes competition to maintain and increase patient trust to become increasingly difficult. Setya Bakti Mother and Child Hospital as one of the industries engaged in health services feels the impact of competition in the health service industry. Retaining patients is the main thing that must be done. to increase patient satisfaction can be pursued in various ways including by improving the quality of service. A service is said to be satisfied by the patient if the service provided is in accordance with expectations and does not cause dissatisfaction. In this study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service on patient satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The technique used in this study is probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach with a total of 93 respondents. It is known that simple linear regression analysis in this study is obtained. Based on the results of the research, the simple linear regression equation is obtained as follows Y = 3.854 + 0.092 X calculated t value of 2.119. at Degree of Freedom (df) = n-2, df = 93-2 = 91, then a t table of 1,984 is found. Then it can be seen that t count > t table (2.119> 1.984). So it can be concluded that Service Quality (X) can have a positive effect on patient satisfaction (Y).

Background: Pre-operative anxiety is the fear of pain after surgery, physical changes, facing surgical equipment and staff, death during anesthesia, failure of surgery or complications during surgery. Anxiety in patients who will undergo surgery can be overcome with non-framacological therapy, namely SEFT therapy which has a positive impact on reducing preoperative patient anxiety. Purpose: This case study aims to determine whether implementing SEFT therapy can reduce anxiety in preoperative patients Method : The method is a case study focusing on one patient. First, a numerical rating scale was utilised to measure the intensity of anxiety of the patients using the STAI (State-Traite Anxiety Inventory), then using SEFT therapy over of 3 stages, namely set-up, tune-in, and tapping between 10-15 minutes 1 time per day for 2 days, then re-evaluate using STAI to measure anxiety levels after the intervention  Results: The results show that using the SEFT therapeutic intervention, the preoperative patient's anxiety level decreased from moderate anxiety to mild anxiety Suggestion: Nurses could provide education to patients and their families in order to be able to reduce anxiety in the pre-operative phase so that patients can become more relaxed and comfortable.

The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

The purpose of this writing is to identify, study and analyze procedural diversion for children in conflict with the law in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In this paper the author uses the normative juridical method. In the conclusion of the discussion, children who are in conflict with the law are considered as legal subjects who are not competent and do not understand what they are doing. Investigation of child cases is carried out by investigators appointed by Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or other officials appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. If the Diversion succeeds in reaching an agreement, the Investigator will submit the Minutes of Diversion along with the Diversion Agreement to the head of the district court for stipulation. Meanwhile, if the Diversion process fails, the Investigator must continue the investigation and transfer the case to the Public Prosecutor by attaching the Minutes of Diversion and minutes of community research. Arrested children must be entrusted to the LPKS. The cost for each child placed in the LPKS is borne by the budget of the ministry that administers government affairs in the social sector. The role of diversion as an effort to protect the rights of children's rights is expected to solve the problems of children who are in conflict with the law. When a child is faced with a formal criminal justice process, it is certain that the child will lose his freedom. By diverting, the freedom of children is still guaranteed, and the deprivation of independence for them can be avoided. Diversion is a very meaningful effort to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law so that they can fulfill the basic rights of children.

Article 156a of the Criminal Code is intended to prevent religious teachings from being distorted which are considered as the main teachings by the leaders or religious leaders concerned; and this rule protects religious peace in society and maintains the values of religious teachings that are maintained by the community from insults/humiliations and from teachings not to embrace a religion based on Belief in the One Supreme God.

Human trafficking is an organized crime that violates human rights relating to freedom, security and has the potential to use acts of violence against victims. This research uses empirical juridical research methods by examining a phenomenon that occurs in society associated with the applicable laws. The research was conducted to find out the law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in persons, the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement, and how the police efforts as law enforcers who act to handle obstacles at the level of investigation and investigation. The results showed that law enforcement of trafficking in persons was dominated by trafficking in persons with sexual utilization and trafficking in Indonesian migrant workers. Case handling begins with a public report then submitted to the unit handling human trafficking cases for a series of investigations, investigations, and submission of files to the prosecutor's office. There are different methods in handling cases tailored to the needs of cases of trafficking in persons with sexual exploitation or exploitation and migrant workers. Based on the research, it is known that investigators find various obstacles caused by internal factors or the investigation process itself and external factors or from the community. Law enforcement is carried out with the aim of restoring the law itself so that evaluation is needed so that the handling of human trafficking crimes runs effectively.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees and the driving factors of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees. Despite having a sizable state budget, it is impossible to employ street children in suitable jobs. Additionally, there is still a dearth of assistance and backing from many organizations.
