This examination means to investigate and recognize the different sources and components adding to income age in the financial area inside the City of Medan. The study evaluates the various sources, instruments, and strategies utilized by banks to generate income and delves into the intricate details of revenue streams. Using a blended strategies approach, the exploration consolidates both quantitative information investigation and subjective experiences from key partners inside the financial business. The quantitative perspective includes the examination of fiscal summaries, pay reports, and execution pointers, giving a complete outline of income patterns. Key central places of the exploration incorporate the ID of premium pay, expense-based pay, and other subordinate sources adding to the general income of banks in Medan. However, alongside these benefits, technology also brings challenges related to data security and changing regulations, necessitating accountants to continuously develop their technological skills. Online collaboration between accountants and clients is becoming more common, reflecting the influence of information technology on the evolution of accounting practices. Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

. This research was conducted to provide in-depth insight into how PT Telecom Indonesia manages implementation of IFRS 22 and IFRS convergence in the context of business combination accounting. Adoption of PSAK 22, business combinations recorded using the acquisition method. The transferred remuneration is calculated on the basis of its fair value, which is the difference between the fair value of the transferred asset, the assumed liability, and the equity instrument granted to the acquired party in exchange for control. The combination of business and IFRS convergence has a correlation because it improves the effectiveness of information in the financial statements of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. This research uses the method of literature review or literature reviews to obtain research material. . This research aims to determine foreign currency transactions that occur at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in its financial reports is because countries have different currency values. Foreign currency transactions at this company involve the sale and purchase of currency to support business needs and control company risks. The data collection technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the discussion stated that, PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk noted that foreign currency transactions occur due to import-export, foreign funding and foreign investment. Foreign currency transactions are important in company risk management as a source of good financial strategy.

This study aims to find out about the analysis of auditor independence towards fraud in financial statement audits. The data used in this study are secondary data derived from journals in previous research, auditor behavior and acts of fraud in financial statement audits. In this study, to obtain journal data collection methods were used. Data collection methods used are descriptive methods, literature studies, and literature. From the results of the evaluation and analysis of the field data that has been carried out, it can be concluded that (1) the auditor should have a good Internal Locus Of Control so that decisions made are not influenced by other external factors, (2) an auditor should not be influenced from differences in work experience between senior auditors and junior auditors, because there were no significant differences in the auditor's ethical behavior in dealing with audit conflict situations, (3) ethical behavior should not link the roles of men and women in society, so that it involves women's abilities in carry out their duties and profession.

PSAK 38 is a statement of accounting standards that regulates the accounting for business combinations of entities under common control. PSAK 38 was created to fulfill business combinations based on PSAK 22, with additional arrangements for the entity receiving the business and the entity selling the business. The scope of PASK 38 is regarding forms of business combinations, business combinations under common control, and the presentation and disclosure of company financial reports based on PSAK 38 (revised 2012). The method used in this research uses the literature review method. In addition, the aim of this research is to compare PSAK 38 (revised 2004) with PSAK 38 (revised 2004) in recording company financial statements in general.

Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) are guidelines for the preparation of corporate financial statements in Indonesia. There is a component of the Financial Accounting Standards that has an important role in business combination is the Presentation and Disclosure Principle (PPP) in the Financial Accounting Standards. A business combination occurs when one or more companies merge to form a new business entity separate from the merging companies. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis through the development of data related to the topic of discussion collected by reviewing the financial statements of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk which can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The result of this study is that PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk has carried out business combination activities by identifying the party to be acquired and measuring the value based on a predetermined acquisition price in obtaining control in accordance with the percentage of ownership. This study aims to explain the application of business combination accounting based on PSAK 22 at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. This research is intended as an effort to develop the knowledge obtained by the author in order to obtain an optimal solution in exploring the combination operation process carried out by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk.

This research aims to test the government's internal control system and regional financial accounting system on the effectiveness of regional financial management. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 74 employees at the Padang City Inspectorate Office. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this research show that the internal control system has no effect on the effectiveness of financial management and the accounting system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of financial management.

The compensation and pay bookkeeping data framework at PTPN IV Medan isn't completely as per the hypothesis that upholds it. Despite the fact that she had been helped by unique mark programming, Ms. Office Excel, dan Accurate Accounting System, related works actually have not arrived at the best level. As a result, the payroll and wage accounting information system's internal control can still be improved, particularly with regard to the division of labor in the financial sector. This can be accomplished by creating new sections in accordance with applicable theory, such as the employment function, the PPh21 function, and other functions, to ensure this system's internal control is more efficient.

Inventory management at Puskesmas BLUD "X" is a mandate from  Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 concerning BMN / BMD Management and its amendments. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 tahun 2016 concerning Guidelines for Regional Property Management (BMD). Moreover, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2021 concerning procedures for implementing BMD bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, Kebijakan Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah on inventory, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah on inventory.  In this study, it was found that inventory management at the Puskemas BLUD "X"  was still inadequate and not in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the error factor in the management of medical supplies Puskesmas BLUD "X" which is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The methods used in this study are comparative descriptive qualitative with the type of case study, and data collection techniques through triangulation (interviews, observations, and documentation).  The result of this study is that inventory management at the Puskesmas BLUD "X" is still inadequate due to several factors, namely the non-functioning  of operational standards in terms of  recording, the quality of the internal control system is still weak,  and the weak use of the SIM Persediaan Puskesmas, where these factors affect the results of the calculation of medical inventory expenses presented in the financial statements.

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

Utilization of financial technology as an effort to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting. Current developments in financial technology really help business actors in preparing financial reports per period. This convenience is expected to help business actors in presenting better financial reports. The general objective of this activity is to support MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) business actors to improve their ability to record transactions and be able to present financial reports easily so as to produce sustainable financial reports. The method is carried out by making direct visits, conducting observations, conducting questions and answers and providing demonstrations and briefings. The results of this activity provide MSME players with an understanding of how important it is to record financial reports every month. The advantage of making financial reports is that it will make it easier for the owner to control and evaluate his business. Financial technology is an alternative that business actors can use to make it easier to create and present financial reports on an ongoing basis.

This research study aims to determine the effect of financialknowledge and financialattitude on financialbehavior through the mediation of locusof control instudents the city ofBengkulu. Thepopulation study were students in thecity ofBengkulu. From calculations using theformula where[21], theindicator is 24 x 10, thesample size for thisstudy was determined to be 240 respondents. Determination of thesample using non-probability samplingtechnique with purposive samplingtechnique, by determining the criteria of therespondent. Theresearch approach used is quantitativeresearch. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely research dataobtained directly from originalsources (respondents). The research data was processed using thesmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of thisstudy indicate that financialknowledge can influence financialbehavior directly and cannotinfluence it indirectly or through locus ofcontrol mediation. FinancialAttitude Variable can influenceFinancial Behaviordirectly and can also influence indirectly through Locus OfControl. Lastly, the variables of financialknowledge and financial attitudes have influence on the financialbehavior variable. FinancialKnowledge and FinancialAttitude Variables can affect the LocusOf Control variable. Finally, the Locus OfControl variable can have a significant effect on the FinancialBehavior Variables.

The purpose of this thesis is to manage Islamic finance MSMEs at Muaro Jambi Temple, to find out the obstacles in managing MSME sharia finance at Muaro Jambi Temple and to find out the efforts of MSMEs in financial management at Muaro Jambi Temple. This thesis uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, the following results and conclusions are obtained: MSME Islamic Financial Management in Muaro Jambi Temple is carried out by trying only to take what is lawful and good, lawful way of acquisition: through trade that applies voluntarily and willingly, lawful method of acquisition: act fairly and avoid doubts and lawful. How to use: Help each other and avoid excessive risks. Obstacles in MSME Islamic Financial Management at Muaro Jambi Temple include personal needs and business turnover that are not separated and limited knowledge. Efforts in MSME Islamic Financial Management at Muaro Jambi Temple include the use of the budget in the needs that will be carried out so that the business being run can benefit, recording is done to anticipate losses occurring or expenditures occurring, so that income will also be clearer when recording, reporting is done made not just written numbers but have information. Exercising control by fully implementing control over the financial management of its business.

Sharia shares are a form of ordinary shares which have special characteristics in the form of strict control regarding the halal scope of business activities. One of the shares listed on the stock exchange belongs to BRI Syariah. Bri Syariah is a sharia bank that has sharia shares. BRI Syariah with the ticker BRIS conducted an initial share offering. Currently, many people are interested in BRIS shares. The increase in BRIS shares is due to the increasing number of people showing interest in sharia finance. Sharia capital markets are capital market activities that do not conflict with sharia principles in the capital market. The explanation of the phenomena stated above provides a gap that requires urgent further research related to the law of buying and selling BRIS shares in the sharia share community from the perspective of Islamic and positive law. This research is normative juridical research that is qualitative in nature. Normative juridical research is a process for determining legal rules, legal principles and legal doctrines. In this research, the approach used is a statutory approach and an analytical approach. From the results of the author's research, it was found that the process of buying and selling BRIS shares from an Islamic legal perspective must avoid several aspects, namely Bai' al-Hamisy and Bai' al-Maksyuf. The practice of buying and selling BRIS shares in the Sharia Shares Community begins with a contract process that is adapted to DSN-MUI No.80 of 2011 and the process of buying and selling BRIS shares from a positive legal perspective has been carried out safely and in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations. buying and selling BRIS shares is permitted based on the perspective of Islamic law. The perspective of Islamic law regulates that buying and selling must avoid several aspects, namely Bai' al-Hamisy and Bai' al-Maksyuf. The practice of buying and selling BRIS shares in the Sharia Shares Community begins with a contract process adapted to DSN-MUI No.8 of 2011, namely mudharabah, ijarah, musyarakah and syirkah contracts.

This research aims to find out whether gender and cash dividends influence company value. This research was conducted on Health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2020 period. The population in this study was 13 companies and the sample in this study was 6 companies using purposive sampling as the sampling method. Data collection is carried out through financial report data published on the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. The research results showed that gender has a negative effect on firm value, cash dividend has a positive effect on company value, and  liquidity as a control variable has a positive effect on firm value.

This research aims to apply and develop the information collected to find the best solution to study the process of business combination operations in the company.
