This study is motivated by the growing public demand for reliable and high-quality public transportation services such as the Trans Solo Bus on corridor 4. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Facilities, Innovation, and Service Quality on User Interest, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents who are users of the Trans Solo Bus on corridor 4. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through several tests, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results revealed that Facilities, Innovation, and Service Quality significantly influence User Interest, either individually or simultaneously. These findings imply that improving facilities, implementing continuous innovation, and ensuring high service quality can increase public interest in using Trans Solo Bus services, thus supporting the development of sustainable urban transportation.

The Cultural Advancement Facilitation through Pinhole Photography as an Educational Medium for Children program aims to enhance cultural literacy, creativity, and awareness among young generations regarding the preservation of Malay Deli cultural heritage. This initiative is motivated by the declining interest of children in local history and culture amid rapid modernization, particularly in coastal areas with limited access to educational resources. Pinhole photography is employed as an educational approach due to its simplicity and reflective nature, fostering patience, accuracy, and a fundamental understanding of the interconnection between art, science, and culture. The program was conducted over three days through a series of activities, including workshops on constructing pinhole cameras, field exploration and photography at Malay Deli heritage sites namely Maimun Palace, Al- Mashun Grand Mosque, Al-Osmani Grand Mosque, and Sri Deli Park and photo developing and curation sessions. The activities actively involved children from the Rumah Edukasi Anak Pesisir community as primary participants in the visual documentation of cultural heritage. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of Malay Deli historical and cultural values, the development of creative and reflective thinking skills, and the production of children’s photographic works with potential use as educational and cultural promotion media. Overall, this program contributes to participatory-based cultural advancement and strengthens sustainable cultural tourism through an educational, creative, and sustainable approach.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Deep Learning learning approach and school facilities on the learning outcomes of MPLB students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 180 MPLB vocational students, with a sample of 125 students determined through proportional stratified sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instruments, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The analysis includes research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Deep Learning learning approach to student learning outcomes. In addition, school facilities have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the Deep Learning approach and school facilities together have a positive influence on the learning outcomes of MPLB students. These findings confirm that the success of learning is not only determined by the methods used, but also by the support of school facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the application of a Deep Learning approach supported by adequate school facilities can improve the quality of student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.

This study examines the role of the General Affairs (GA) Division in ensuring the effectiveness of administrative processes and facility management at PT. Panorama Indah Permai (Saloka Theme Park). The research was conducted during an internship program from September to December 2025, during which the researcher was directly involved in daily operational activities. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through direct observation, administrative document analysis, and informal interviews with GA personnel. The results show that the GA Division functions as a critical support unit responsible for logistics management, documentation control, meeting room preparation, and operational vehicle administration. Several challenges were identified, including inconsistencies in documentation, high workload during peak operations, and limited digital integration. Despite these challenges, the GA Division plays a central role in coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow continuity. This study reinforces the relevance of operations management, office administration, facility management, and organizational communication theories in practical workplace settings. The findings imply that improving digital administrative systems, enhancing coordination mechanisms, and standardizing procedures could significantly strengthen GA performance and overall organizational efficiency.

This research aims to analyze the influence of job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities on the performance of employees at Jawa Pos Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are employees of Jawa Pos Kediri. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The R² value of 0.944 indicates that 94.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, this study emphasizes that appropriate job placement, adequate benefits, and sufficient work facilities are important factors in improving employee performance at Jawa Pos Kediri. Thus, the company management needs to pay more attention to these three aspects to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

This Community Service Program aims to enhance the understanding of parents, Madrasah Tsanawiyah students, and the community of Karangbong Village regarding the history of developmental psychology and major child development theories. The program was initiated due to the community’s limited knowledge of developmental concepts, which affects the quality of parenting practices. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, educational sessions, and discussions, the program presented essential materials covering the history of developmental psychology, Piaget’s cognitive development theory, Erikson’s psychosocial stages, and Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ comprehension of developmental stages and their ability to apply appropriate parenting strategies. The program also reinforced the awareness that child development is a responsibility and divine trust that must be nurtured optimally. Overall, this activity contributes to the development of informed, adaptive, and development-oriented parenting within the community.

The market, which previously served only as a center of local economic activity, is being revitalized into a public space-based tourist destination that is aesthetic, educational, and attractive. This transformation aims to create a new experience for visitors by presenting an engaging, thematic visual design that aligns with social media trends, particularly Instagram. This research aims to design and implement Instagrammable photo spots that can enhance the appeal of Parukmas Market and evaluate their impact on increasing visitor numbers and empowering the surrounding community economically. The research method used is participatory, involving the community, vendors, and local stakeholders in the planning, design, and construction of the facility. Evaluation is conducted through direct observation of market activities and visitor satisfaction surveys to assess responses and perceived benefits. The expected outcome of this activity is the creation of a creative space that can enhance social interaction, strengthen local identity, attract tourists, and open new business opportunities for the community, thereby strengthening the local economy and increasing vendor income.

This study aims to determine the effect of library facilities on students' interest in reading books in economics for grades 10, 11, and 12, majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study used a quantitative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Based on the description above, the population in this study was 489 students in grades 10, 11, and 12 majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. The sample in this study was grades 10, 11, and 12. The analytical method used was simple linear regression. The results showed an effect. The results obtained a R-squared coefficient of 0.258. This value means that 25.8% of the variability in the variable of interest in reading economics textbooks for grades 10, 11, and 12 majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province can be explained by library facilities, while the remaining 74.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Program pengabdian ini menjawab kesenjangan kapasitas UMKM di Desa Plelen sebagai desa penyangga Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), khususnya pada aspek kualitas produk, keterampilan manajerial, dan kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan peluang ekonomi industri melalui: (1) peningkatan kualitas produk dan kemasan; (2) pelatihan manajemen usaha dan penyusunan business plan; serta (3) fasilitasi pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih sebagai wadah ekonomi kolektif. Pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Partisipatif diterapkan untuk memastikan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan program. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada diversifikasi produk, standar higienitas produksi, literasi bisnis, serta terbentuknya koperasi yang berfungsi mendukung pemasaran dan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, model pemberdayaan terintegrasi yang menguatkan aspek teknis, manajerial, dan kelembagaan terbukti efektif dalam mempersiapkan desa penyangga menuju transformasi sosial-ekonomi yang inklusif dan adaptif terhadap industrialisasi.

Facilities include infrastructure, amenities, and conveniences that support business operations, while customer satisfaction refers to the feelings of pleasure or disappointment experienced by customers based on the comparison between their expectations and actual experiences with products or services. The research problems involve inadequate facilities, such as the absence of Wi-Fi and a children’s playground, a small prayer room, limited parking space, narrow stairs, and less aesthetic décor, which reduce customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with data collected through observation and questionnaires from 96 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0, including validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression, t-test, determination test, and correlation analysis. The t-test results show thitung = 28.981 > ttable = 1.661, indicating that facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.899 (89.9%) and R of 0.948 demonstrate a very strong relationship.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, competence, and work conflict on employee productivity at UD Karya Pala Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of 36 employees, all of whom were included as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that work facilities, competence, and work conflict have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.862. This means that 86.2% of the variation in work productivity is explained by these three variables, while the remaining 13.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings highlight that improving employee productivity can be achieved through adequate work facilities, continuous competence development, and constructive conflict management within the workplace.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Tiki 0259 Outlet in Bekasi Regency. In the era of increasingly competitive logistics service industry, customer satisfaction is the key to the sustainability and growth of the company. Tiki 0259, as one of the providers of goods delivery services, must be able to maintain service quality and provide adequate facilities to maintain customer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to customers who have used Tiki 0259 services in the last six months. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests to test the influence of each independent variable on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results showed that service quality and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The test showed that the facility variable had a more dominant influence compared to service quality, evidenced by the t-value of 20.075 which was greater than the t-table of 2.021 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that improved facilities, such as comfortable waiting rooms, comprehensive digital services, and easy access to information, have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate the importance of continued investment in facility improvements and staff training to enhance service. Tiki management is advised to continuously evaluate available facilities and ensure professional, prompt, and friendly customer service. This way, Tiki 0259 can maintain customer loyalty and increase its competitiveness in the delivery services market. The availability of educational facilities is one of the most important factors in enhancing active learning, particularly in the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) education and classroom settings. Physical education and health is one of the subjects that can help students develop themselves as individuals and social beings so that they grow and develop naturally (Firmasnyah & Rukmana, 2017). The availability of educational facilities is one of the most important factors in enhancing active learning, particularly in the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) education and classroom settings. The purpose of this study is to understand how PJOK and classroom teachers perceive the availability of educational facilities in schools in promoting active learning. The This study uses a descriptive statistical approach to analyze the level of student satisfaction with campus facilities at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using a simple random sampling method with 36 respondents. The questionnaire covered four categories of facilities: general, technology and accessibility, academic support, and campus and infrastructure. The analysis involved calculating percentage, probability, mathematical expectation, variance, and standard deviation. The results showed that library comfort had the highest satisfaction score (expected = 4.06), while the Wi-Fi connection had the lowest score (expected = 3.06, deviation = 1.39), indicating dissatisfaction and an uneven perception. Other aspects, such as academic guidance by lecturers (expectation = 3.86), toilet facilities (expectation = 3.83), and laboratories (expectation = 3.72), showed good satisfaction levels. These findings provide a strong basis for the campus to improve low-scoring areas and maintain areas that meet student expectations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencatatan akuntansi produk simpanan wadiah oleh BMT dan kesesuaiannya dengan PSAK 459 serta PAPSI, serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) KSPPS BMT Nusa Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Cileunyi Bandung menggunakan software IBSS dalam pencatatan akuntansi simpanan wadiah, sehingga pencatatannya menjadi lebih efektif; 2) Pencatatan akuntansi simpanan wadiah belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PSAK 459, terutama dalam pengakuan penerimaan, pendapatan, dan beban yang seharusnya diakui pada saat terjadinya, serta pendapatan atas pengelolaan dana yang seharusnya bukan merupakan keuntungan untuk dipublikasikan, dan pemberian bonus yang seharusnya tidak diperjanjikan sebelumnya; 3) Pencatatan juga belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan PAPSI, khususnya dalam pengakuan beban dan pengungkapan fasilitas isimewa kepada penyimpan; 4) Kendala utama terletak pada transaksi BMT yang masih sederhana dan software IBSS yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga laporan keuangan akhir tidak lengkap dan memuat atas transaksi wadiah, terutama terkait fasilitas istimewa, belum diterapkan secara maksimal.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses permodalan, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, serta kendala dalam pemasaran produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, mengevaluasi efektivitas program pemberdayaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan sektor swasta, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan yang mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, serta fasilitasi akses pasar dan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing UMKM secara signifikan. Selain itu, peningkatan proses pembelajaran dalam UMKM sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi produk dan perbaikan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan UMKM harus terintegrasi dengan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akses permodalan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dukungan kebijakan yang memudahkan akses pembiayaan dan regulasi yang ramah terhadap UMKM juga menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan sektor ini. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan program pemberdayaan UMKM yang lebih efektif, sehingga UMKM dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi lebih optimal terhadap perekonomian nasional.

The research is entitled The Influence of Facilities, Services and Needs on the Reading Interest of Medan State Polytechnic Students, with the research objective being to determine the Influence of Facilities, Services and Needs on the Reading Interest of Medan State Polytechnic Students with this research method, namely Quantitative with data collection methods Observation, Study Libraries, and Questionnaires. Meanwhile, this research was tested using SPSS version 25 statistics which found the results of a positive influence between the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the research results it was found that Facilities had an influence tcount of 2.636 > 1.988, while on the results of the Service variable the tcount was 2.243 > 1.988, However, the Requirements variable found a t-count result of 3.567 > 1.988. This result can also be seen as an overall influence in the Coefficient of Determination test which shows a result of 0.355 or 35.5%, where the remaining 64.5% of the figure is influenced by other variables. Based on the research results, it was agreed that the facilities, services and needs to increase students' reading interest as visitors must be improved further.

The provision of friendly facilities for people with disabilities is one form of government concern in creating social inclusion and equal access for all levels of society. In this context, the National Land Agency (BPN) plays an important role in ensuring that public facilities provided can be accessed by all individuals, including people with disabilities. This study aims to analyze how BPN provides disability-friendly facilities at the regional office located on Jalan STM, Sitirejo, Medan Amplas District, Medan City, North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth case study method, where data is obtained through interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies related to the provision of facilities for people with disabilities at the BPN. The results of the study indicate that despite efforts by the BPN to provide facilities that are friendly to people with disabilities, there are still a number of obstacles that need to be fixed, such as the lack of supporting facilities such as disabled lanes, and information on service procedures that are not fully disability-friendly. From this study, it is recommended that the BPN can improve infrastructure and services for people with disabilities by paying attention to applicable standards, and conduct wider socialization related to accessibility rights for people with disabilities, in order to realize more inclusive public services.
