Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

Implementation of Corporate Environmental Responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled by companies in Indonesia which has been regulated through Article 74 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UUPT) as a general implementing regulation. corporate social responsibility/CSR in Indonesia and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies as its implementing regulations.

This century has seen an increase in the development of sustainable development, and to help with this, the green economy strategy has been established. Businesses who are aware of this are beginning to include environmental management components to the strategic roadmap in order to accommodate this programme, which needs funding in order to be carried out. As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

Abstract. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) has become a major concern in the world of education since 2022. This research aims to understand the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten, focusing on the topics of implementation, objectives, benefits, advantages, and evaluation. The research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten has had a positive impact in increasing understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila, introducing local culture, and forming character and environmental awareness in kindergarten children. Evaluation of P5 activities is carried out through learning management and involving active participation from the surrounding community. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, building student character, and community participation and empowerment. The suggestion proposed is the need for cooperation between teachers, P5 coordinators, and parents of students to better adapt the P5 program.

Patient An MM was brought by his parents to the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center Children's Polyclinic with complaints of itching on both hands for the last 3 weeks. The initial complaint was that it felt like itching accompanied by the appearance of reddish spots, and over time, pimples appeared between the fingers. Complaints felt worse in the last week until the patient felt itchy all day and complaints of itching felt worse at night until the patient had difficulty getting to sleep because he kept scratching the part of the body that felt itchy. Based on the anamnesis of complaints obtained after contact with the patient's older brother who experienced similar complaints. A physical examination was carried out and the examination results were within normal limits. Primary data was obtained through anamnesis and physical examination by conducting home visits, filling in family folders, and filling in patient files. The assessment is carried out based on a holistic diagnosis at the beginning, process and end of the visit quantitatively and qualitatively. The interventions carried out include education about the causes of scabies in the family, education on environmental sanitation and cleanliness and management of the disease as well as explaining complications that may arise from the patient's disease so that the patient's family maintains better personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness.  

The lack of human awareness of environmental problems and limited natural resources is a challenge that needs to be corrected for the survival of future generations. Raising awareness through environmental literacy habits needs to be instilled from basic education, this is done because instilling character values will be more effective given from an early age. Infographic media is a way to convey overall information clearly, complexly and quickly. With the aim of knowing the use of infographics regarding the problem of preserving natural resources as an effort to increase environmental literacy in elementary school students. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Infographics are an interesting medium for increasing environmental literacy in students. Students can be guided to collect and analyze problems in the surrounding environment, analyze the impacts that will occur, and find solutions to overcome these problems which are outlined in the form of infographics. By instilling environmental literacy in children from an early age, it is possible for students to have an attitude of caring about the environment.

The plastic manufacturing industry in Indonesia has become a much needed industry because consumption power continues to rise. One company in Batam that produces plastic is PT Batam Plastik. As a plastic factory, PT Batam Plastik will add plastic waste that cannot be broken down in Batam City. This article was created to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and green human resource management at PT Batam Plastik. This type of qualitative research uses data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, PT Plastik Batam has implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and environmentally friendly human resource management correctly. This is based on data from interviews conducted where PT Plastik Batam recycles plastic waste into recycled products and has trained its employees on how to recycle plastic and reuse plastic.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, which is the most frequently found bacteria and is transmitted between humans via the air route. The incidence of TB in Indonesia in 2020 was 301 per 100,000 population. Therefore, family doctors play an important role in promoting health and preventing TB disease, identifying risk factors, clinical problems, and providing management to patients by implementing holistic family doctor services based on evidence based medicine through a patient centered and family approach, the main problem This patient did not wear PPE when in direct contact with other patients while working at PKM Tanah Pasir. In this case report, primary data was obtained through anamnesis (autoanamnesis), physical examination and home visits to complete family data, psychosocial and environmental data. Patient Mr. R, 45 years old, underwent routine TB treatment at the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center and was diagnosed two months ago. The patient has normal nutritional status. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions are carried out for patients in the form of education about TB disease for patients and their families. The results of the evaluation of the intervention are that the patient has started to do physical activity and the family has supported the patient's routine treatment.

Character education is important for every individual, especially in terms of environmental awareness. Good character can be formed through education at school. Caring about the environment is important because it will have many positive impacts on every individual. To make this happen, it can be done by instilling various character values in students from an early age. This study aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of protecting the surrounding environment, especially for students at the River School, Gunung Anyar, Surabaya. This study uses conventional learning methods, question and answer methods and technology-based learning methods. In fact, this school has slowly shaped the students' character regarding caring for the environment. It is known that students are able to understand how to protect the environment.

It can be seen that in recent years the Ambon city forest environment and residential areas have experienced several fires which resulted in destruction and damage to the environment along with buildings and structures as well as loss of life. This is what happened in South Leitimu District, Sirimau District, Nunaniwe District. The cause is indicated by the low level of community participation in protecting the environment. This can be seen from human negligence or negligence, deliberate human actions, human carelessness. The aim of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge and understanding through educational and socialization facilities in order to reduce to a minimum the damage and destruction of the environment along with the loss of life.

The function of this study is to determine the concept of sustainable development and its principles.To develop a development plan based on the concept of sustainable development, it is necessary to understand what elements are needed as well as what factors and tools are needed to develop sustainably. The pillars of sustainable development are economic sustainable, socially sustainable and environmentally sustainable, all of which must develop in a balanced manner; otherwise development will be trapped in conventional development models that emphasize economic growth alone and leave social and environmental development behind. This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.  

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the form of directive speech acts and the background of the speech in the short story collection Rokat Tase by Muna Masyari. This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is a sociopragmatic approach. The data collection techniques used are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is a data card for the classification of forms of directive speech acts. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out informally. The forms of directive speech acts found were (9) directive speech acts of giving advice, (31) directive speech acts of commands, (8) directive speech acts of requests, (3) directive speech acts of ordering, and () directive speech acts of criticism. Meanwhile, the background causes of speech are influenced by physical environmental factors, social influences, culture, social status, social relationships and work. This research can have implications for literature learning at junior high school level.

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

The aim of this research is to find out how environmental management accounting, green innovation and environmental performance are used by the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach was used. The data used in this research comes from interviews conducted in 2022, as well as data from the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the data. describes the results of his findings based on the data collected.The results of this research indicate that the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service has completed the treatment stages of implementing environmental management accounting for waste management costs and has evaluated the level of environmental performance well. In addition, they have implemented green innovation as a form of social responsibility to society and the environment, as seen in the presentation of waste management costs included in detailed financial reports. Furthermore, the more environmental performance evaluations carried out, the higher the level of community satisfaction. Conversely, the lower the level of environmental performance evaluation, the lower public satisfaction with the company.

The Karang Taruna Organization (KARTAR) in Jati Sidoarjo Village, especially KARTAR RW 01, has become a significant entity in community development and empowerment efforts. With various work programs and activities, KARTAR RW 01 has succeeded in making positive contributions that have had an impact on revitalizing the spirit of youth participation. Through purchasing glass drinks when someone dies, environmental activities, and security monitoring by providing CCTV, KARTAR RW 01 is able to create a better community environment. The impact of this participation can be seen in easing the economic burden on the community, increasing environmental security, and reviving the spirit of participation of young people who were previously less involved in community activities. Regulatory support, such as Youth Law no. 40 of 2009 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 114 of 2014, strengthen the role of KARTAR RW 01 in youth empowerment. As an awareness agent, this organization not only participates in physical activities but is also involved in increasing the awareness and sensitivity of the younger generation towards the surrounding environment. The concept of youth participation in development, in line with national ideals and regulations governing youth empowerment, is reflected in the practices of KARTAR RW 01. This organization is not only an implementer, but also a pioneer of these values ​​in every activity. Thus, youth participation in KARTAR RW 01 is not only fulfilling social responsibility, but also becoming a real means of achieving national goals in developing an inclusive, just and sustainable society.

The research methodology adopted employs a qualitative approach through meticulous analysis of literature. The steps encompass identifying the appropriate scope, selecting relevant data sources, conducting descriptive analyses, critically evaluating the authenticity of the literature used, and compiling and interpreting the findings. The research findings indicate that consistent use of green accounting has a positive impact on a company's financial performance. However, challenges related to established economic paradigms and the need for consistent definitions in the context of sustainable development remain obstacles. The amalgamation of social and environmental responsibilities in business decision-making holds significant potential for enhancing environmental management efficiency and financial performance of companies. Overall, green accounting practices promise a substantial influence in creating sustainable business models, demanding a shift in perspective and broader implementation.

This paper aims to explore the impact of the implementation of green accounting and environmental performance on the financial performance of companies, with a specific focus on the mining and manufacturing sectors in Indonesia. The study delves into the challenges of environmental pollution and the necessity for companies to enhance profitability while improving financial performance. The research assesses the relationship between green accounting, environmental performance, and financial outcomes, aiming to provide insights into whether companies applying green accounting can enhance profitability through good environmental performance.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of several pillars that support the economy in Indonesia. The aim of community service through the Merdeka Entrepreneurial Internship activity is to provide assistance to SME partners, regarding innovation menus, flavors, products, as well as marketing methods via social media. With this service, it is hoped that it can be a solution in improving the welfare of SMEs. The partners who receive assistance in this service are UKM Pejuang Rasa which is located on Jalan Semolowaru No VIII, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, East Java Province. The methods used in this activity are interviews, problem analysis, production planning, production and promotion. Their Entrepreneurship Internship activities are carried out by approximately 4-5 people per group for a total of 30 working days. After going through the observation stage during the activity, a product was produced in the form of a smoothie bowl which had environmentally friendly paperbowl packaging to become an innovation related to fruit processing at Pejuang Rasa UKM. It is hoped that the results of this product innovation can increase sales and business competitiveness with other SMEs.
