This study aims to strengthen students’ networking competencies through the implementation of straight and cross LAN cable assembly training at SMKN 53 Jakarta. The background of this research is based on the need to enhance students’ practical skills in basic computer networking, particularly in understanding cable configurations and applying crimping techniques according to industry standards. Many students experience difficulties in differentiating wiring standards and applying correct crimping procedures, which impacts their readiness for industry practice. This research employed a practical training approach combined with demonstration and hands-on methods. The participants were students of the Computer and Network Engineering program. Data were collected through observation, performance assessment, and competency tests before and after the implementation. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of cable color standards (T568A and T568B), accuracy in assembling straight and cross cables, and testing results using LAN testers. Students demonstrated higher levels of technical accuracy, problem-solving skills, and work discipline after the intervention. The implementation of structured practical activities proved effective as a medium for strengthening networking competencies. The study implies that continuous practice-based learning aligned with industry standards is essential in vocational education to improve students’ technical readiness and employability in the networking field.

This systematic literature review examines research trends in problem-based learning (PBL) within blended learning contexts by analyzing 64 peer-reviewed articles from Scopus database published between2020-2024. Using PRISMA methodology, this study identifies key patterns including the dominance of medical education contexts (71.9%), the significant impact of COVID-19 pandemic on pedagogical innovations, and the prevalence of experimental research designs (34.4%). Findings reveal that blended learning emerged as the most researched approach (61%), followed by online/distance learning (23%) and flipped classroom models (11%). The analysis indicates increasing publication trends in 2022 and 2024, with Education Sciences and BMC Medical Education as leading publication venues. This review highlights research gaps in engineering and technology education contexts, limited exploration of long-term learning outcomes, and insufficient mixed-methods studies. These findings provide valuable insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers in designing effective learning strategies that integrate problem-based and blended learning approaches in diverse educational settings.

This community service activity aimed to enhance English pronunciation skills and establish a consistent speaking habit among students of SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. Thirty-six students of class X TKJ (Computer and Network Engineering) participated in a one-month program using thematic sentence templates, repetitive pronunciation drills, and self-reflection through voice recording feedback. The implementation employed a participatory and descriptive-qualitative approach, involving active collaboration between facilitators, teachers, and students throughout all stages. Weekly themes included self-introduction, daily activities, hobbies, and opinions to create a contextual and meaningful learning situation relevant to students’ daily lives. The results showed noticeable improvement in pronunciation clarity, increased awareness of pronunciation errors, and higher confidence in speaking English during classroom activities. However, aspects such as fluency and vocabulary variation remained limited due to the short duration of the program. Overall, the pronunciation habituation strategy proved effective in fostering awareness, comfort, and sustainable speaking habits when applied consistently over a longer period.

This community service program aims to enhance students’ understanding of narrative language features at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya through the implementation of the Detective Case-Solving Game model. The method applied was participatory learning, involving 36 eleventh-grade Computer and Network Engineering students in two sessions. The first meeting focused on introducing the game concept, including rules, character roles, and examples of narrative clues, while the second meeting emphasized the application of more complex case scenarios that required deeper analysis and storytelling skills. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ ability to identify narrative structures, apply past tense, and use direct–indirect speech correctly. Moreover, students showed higher enthusiasm, actively engaged in group discussions, demonstrated teamwork, and were able to provide linguistic reasoning during presentations. In conclusion, this model effectively strengthens language skills while fostering 21st-century competencies, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, making the learning process more interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful for vocational students.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning independence and logical intelligence on Physics learning achievement in 1st semester students of STMIK Pranata Indonesia Bekasi Odd Semester 2021/2022 Department of Informatics Engineering with survey research methods. Student research respondents totaled 45 people, selected based on purpose sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the sample. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics such as finding the mean, median, mode, standard deviation, and inferential statistics to find coefficients. The method in this study is a survey. That there is a change in the dependent variable, which is 40.8% and the remaining 59.2% which is influenced by variables other than variables X1 and X2. Because the value of F = 14.457 is used to test the hypothesis in predicting the contribution of independent variables (X1 and X2) to the dependent variable (Y)

Internet Network is one of the fields in informatics and electronics engineering which is now growing rapidly due to the issue of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is increasingly closely related to Cloud computing technology and the Internet of Things. Without resources and knowledge about computer networks, the Internet of things and Cloud computing are quite impossible to design. Computer networks give birth to internet access which is very much needed by every agency and even the entire community in the world. Especially in educational institutions such as Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Raden Fatah, which is located in Kalasan, Yogyakarta when in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, it faces the challenge of disruption from offline learning to online learning. To answer the demands of the times, MA Raden Fattah is very enthusiastic in developing its institution towards a quality smart school. The network infrastructure available at MA Raden Fattah has not been optimized, so through this service, network design and management are carried out so that the need for access points that help students and teachers can be met. This service has succeeded in increasing the number of access points, optimizing the management of internet network resources at MA Raden Fattah, and improving the quality of teaching and learning services at the institution

Speaking skills are more prioritized considering the function of English, namely for communication. This encourages the development of trends in English learning to include speaking in the sub-achievements of course learning in larger portions. in order to improve students' speaking skills, drill and practice method is needed to be applied as a variation of learning methods in the classroom. This research is aimed at determining what to extent drill and practice method can  improve students' speaking skills. Subjects of the research were 36 students of Diploma III Computer Engineering Study Program. Data were collected using pre-tests and post-tests, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively using test and qualitatively described. The findings showed that in the first cycle, 83.33% of students' speaking scores were above the KKM, then in the second cycle it increased to 97.22%. This also applies to the average student score which increased from 67.38 in cycle 1 to 73.72 in the second cycle.In conclusion, drill and practice method can enhance students’ speaking skill.

This research investigates ship maintenance management practices among senior students in shipping engineering during their internships at a vocational school in Jakarta. The study explores the challenges faced, strategies employed, and lessons learned in managing maintenance tasks onboard ships. Seven participants were interviewed, highlighting technical malfunctions, resource limitations, time constraints, environmental factors, and communication barriers as primary challenges. Participants utilized preventive maintenance, cross-training, task prioritization, collaborative problem-solving, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Lessons underscored the importance of preparation, teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and communication skills in navigating maritime maintenance complexities. The findings emphasize the role of proactive maintenance strategies and technological integration in optimizing sustainability and operational reliability within the maritime industry. Integrating practical training into educational curricula and embracing digital innovations are recommended for preparing future professionals. Future research could explore larger sample sizes and quantitative methodologies to validate findings and quantify the impact of maintenance practices. This study contributes to enhancing vocational education in maritime sciences and informs industry practices for advancing ship maintenance management globally.

The development in the study raised the question of the role of fishermen to the pouingtivas of niill class VIII subjects at the time MTs Muhammadiyah Al-fatah Nangahale . The goal to achieve and the research is to learb about the role communities at the covid-19, study of the IPS of the class VIII from the covid-19, the study IPS a qualitative desktop approach. Tekmike compiles the data used this research-engineering, observast, interview and documentation. The results of the study is to boring to the public an effort to prevent children from being cut children in spite of the covid-19 clinical conditions, agains the promise of children at home by creating a schedule that allows the study of anals to be controlled by the society, agains the protection of the childs experience in order to motivate childrens performance in learning, peopke have always been supportive and supportive of their childs achievement in learning.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. . Based on the results of observations, learning subjects Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering in Vocational High Schools showed low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using audio-visual media in the student facilitator and explaining learning model. This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects were 35 male students in class X Machining at SMK Negeri 1 Cibeber for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the written test conducted at the end of cycle I, an average value of 69.92 was obtained with 72% classical completeness. Implementation of improvements in cycle II increased student learning outcomes, with an average score of 78.30 and 76.92% classical completeness.
