Character education strengthening occurs not only theoretically in the classroom but also through habituation in daily life. Using drama as a method for character education can be effective because drama is closely linked to character development. This article aims to discuss the affirmation of drama appreciation learning in relation to the importance of character education for fourth-semester students at STKIP Darussalam Cilacap. The researcher applies a literature review methodology, focusing on the use of texts and library literature as primary sources. The results indicate that regular drama appreciation learning activities have a positive impact on students' development. The findings highlight the significant contribution of drama appreciation learning to character education at STKIP Darussalam. It teaches students moral values, ethics, and responsibilities. Additionally, interaction during drama activities plays a key role in enhancing students' tolerance towards differing opinions, backgrounds, and cultures, creating a holistic educational environment. The presence of drama as an art form, both at the elementary school level and as part of higher education curricula, should impact by reflecting the reinforcement of character education in the digital era, which increasingly overlooks essential foundational aspects of life, such as efforts to build good personal and moral character.

Background: Social and emotional development of young children is affected by many stimulating factors, and one of those factors is early childhood education however, not all preschool children have the opportunity to attend early childhood education. This study was aimed at comparing children’s social and emotional development of those who attend and do not attend early childhood education. Method: This comparative study was carried out using cross sectional approach among 72 participants divided into 2 groups: 36 participants who attend early childhood education and 36 participants who do not attend early childhood education. Consecutive sampling technique was applied to select samples. Results: Non-parametric statistical test employed was Mann Whitney test, whose comparison value of children attending and not attending early childhood education was Pvalue 0.000; the emotional comparison value was Pvalue 0.040, so it can be concluded that there were differences in social and emotional development between children who attend early childhood education and those who do not attend early childhood education. Conclusion: Early childhood education can help stimulate development on children. Parents should pay more attention to their children’s social and emotional development, whereas if parents cannot be the medium to support children’s social and emotional development, they should engage their children to early childhood education.

Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly making it easier for the community to convey information. 2D animation can be a means of socialization for the sake of interesting and efficient information. In the midst of the widespread Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the government took several steps to minimize the spread of Covid-19 by socializing including to schools. The school always reminds its students to comply with health protocols. However, less interesting socialization makes children less enthusiastic in understanding the purpose of socialization. The purpose of this research is to make a 2D animated video about Covid-19. This 2D animated video is made as attractive as possible with characters and sound effects that children like so that children become interested in learning and understanding about covid-19. Based on the results of this educational media test, it has been tested on children and helps children in the process of delivering information about covid 19 more effectively and interestingly. Of the 20 respondents, 60% (12 people) agreed that animated videos help children understand covid 19

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

This research is motivated by the lack of complete information, both from books and religious study texts about the problems and developments of organizations that organize Islamic educational institutions, especially in Bali. Also, the uniqueness of the Denpasar Al-Ma'ruf Foundation was found from the preliminary study. The focus of this research is: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020?; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment?. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How is the development of the organization that organizes Islamic education institutions, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation in 2004–2020; and 2) What are the obstacles faced and solutions made by the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation, especially in the early days of its establishment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed; 1) From the description of the research location, it proves the readiness, compliance, and accuracy of the foundation to the internal and external conditions of the foundation. In addition to experiencing such a rapid evolution, the Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar Foundation also experienced stagnation and involution in several of its activities, and 2) The biggest obstacles faced by the foundation, namely; provision of land and buildings, approval of permits from the environment, as well as the readiness of professional, qualified, and competent human resources. Solutions carried out by the foundation, namely; by renting land contracts, supporting funds from the foundation's business, persuasive approaches to the surrounding community and related officials, and asking for assistance from experts including teachers and staff from Java.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.

Elderly can be said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle. Meanwhile, article 1 paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4) of Law no. 13 of 1998 concerning health states that an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years (Maryam, 2011). A decrease in muscle function and strength will result in a decrease in the ability to maintain postural balance or body balance in the elderly. Joint pain is an inflammation of the joints which is characterized by joint swelling, redness, heat, pain and movement pain. (Santoso, 2009). The type of data used is primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test ∝= 0.481. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of elderly people with less experience experienced joint pain (43.5%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained p= 0.481, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and activeness of the elderly in doing elderly exercise with the incidence of joint pain in the elderly. Seeing the results of this research, the health workers on duty should provide education about exercise for the elderly and joint pain.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.
