Understanding the impact of digital technology on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Makassar City is the aim of the research. The descriptive qualitative method used in this research is collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Research shows that this has a significant positive impact on the profits of UMKM in Makassar City from Digitalization. On the other hand, one of the factors that hinders UMKM actors in terms of the effectiveness of digitalization is the ability to utilize technological media as an indicator of digital economic performance.

This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of Batam’s regional investment policies, focusing on their effectiveness in fostering sustainable economic growth. Batam, one of Indonesia's fastest-growing cities, has experienced significant industrial development, making investment policies a crucial factor in ensuring continued economic progress. The research examines key aspects of these policies, including efforts to reduce bureaucracy in investment processes, create incentives that align with regional development goals, and enhance the monitoring of investment activities. By analyzing the current policies through a comprehensive evaluation framework, this study identifies challenges such as institutional dualism, legal uncertainties, and slow investment growth, which hinder the city's economic development. Additionally, it explores solutions for optimizing these policies to improve their efficiency, thereby contributing to sustainable growth and greater competitiveness for Batam. The findings of this study provide critical insights for policymakers seeking to enhance Batam's investment climate and overall economic performance.

Textile industries in Bangladesh are shifting towards a sustainable future, and as a result, many firms are implementing Green Supply chain Management (GSCM). This study aims to evaluate if practicing GSCM in different areas of industry positively impacts environmental, economic, and social performance. Regarding this issue, this paper observes the scopes, drivers, and barriers of practicing GSCM and reviews it. Therefore, the research investigates, through empirical analysis based on responses from 104 textile firms, the influence of GSCM practices on environmental, economic, and social performance. Results confirm that GSCM improves environmental sustainability by reducing emissions, waste, and resource use. It enhances economic performance through cost savings and efficiency gains and also offers several social advantages, improved worker satisfaction, and community engagement. The results bring to light the potential role that GSCM can play in making the textile industry sustainable, along with suggesting policy interventions and further research on longitudinal impacts and advanced technological integration.

This study explores the role of industrial organization and market structure behavior in enhancing industrial performance in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to understand how organizational strategies and market structures influence industrial behavior and performance within the context of Indonesian industries. The method applied in this study is qualitative analysis, examining case studies from several industries in Indonesia, as well as analyzing organizational structures, competitive strategies, and external factors affecting industrial performance. The findings indicate that market structure and organizational behavior play a significant role in determining the competitiveness and efficiency of industries. The implications of this research are crucial for policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers to develop strategies that promote industrial growth, sustainability, and improved economic performance.

The success of Meranti Islands Regency after the expansion of Bengkalis Regency which occurred on December 19 2008, with a focus on the economic sector and public services. Even though there are several indicators of better economic performance compared to the parent region, the overall economic growth of Meranti Islands Regency is still lagging behind. On the public service side, even though it shows more positive results, there are several indicators that are still lower than Bengkalis Regency. This research uses literature studies to identify the challenges and performance of the Meranti Islands Regency, including the problem of fiscal dependence and suboptimal regional financial management. Public services in this area have not been effective due to inefficient use of funds, lack of public service energy, and service utilization that has not been maximized. Despite the accessibility of public services.

Sustainability report disclosure is becoming increasingly important for companies, and this can be seen from several perspectives, including corporate social responsibility (CSR), and investor confidence. This study aims to analyze the effect of disclosure of environmental, social, and economic performance on company mining sector on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. Using quantitative method with multiple linear regression through SPSS 25, the sample was taken with purposive sampling with a population of companies in the mining sector listed on the IDX. Sustainability report disclosure is measured using the GRI G4 index, while firm value is measured by Market to Book Value. The results show that environmental, social, and economic performance each has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant influence on firm value.

This study examines the influence of monetary policy, particularly interest rates, on economic stability in the TIMI countries (Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia). It underscores the vital role of interest rates in controlling inflation and stimulating economic growth. Utilizing a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the research analyzes the reciprocal relationships between crucial economic indicators such as GDP, CPI, exchange rates, consumption, interest rates, and trade balances from 2008 to 2022. For instance, adjustments in interest rates can influence investment levels, consumption patterns, and inflation rates, thereby affecting overall economic activity. The Granger causality tests indicate that short-term relationships between these variables are insignificant, but long-term interactions are evident. This supports the Johansen cointegration results, which confirm two cointegrated equations at the 5% significance level. The study emphasizes maintaining interest rate stability for sustainable economic growth and price stability. It highlights that fluctuations in interest rates, influenced by global economic conditions and domestic economic policies, play a crucial role in the economic performance of TIMI countries. Recommendations for central banCM include implementing responsive and adaptive interest rate policies to manage inflation, foster economic growth, and maintain exchange rate stability. This approach is essential for addressing disparities in income, education, healthcare, and technology access, which are critical for equitable economic development. The duties and functions of a lecturer are to implement the Tri Darma of Higher Education which consists of teaching and education, research and community service. Community service is intended to participate in advancing community welfare and making the nation's life smarter. For this purpose, community empowerment is carried out through training in basic welding techniques to provide skills for people who have dropped out of school and employees who have been laid off by the Company due to being hit by the economic crisis as a consequence of the spread of Covid-19 globally and having a broad impact on various aspects of human life. The basic welding techniques training activity began with a socialization and discussion session together with educational and community leaders in Patekke Village, South Makale District. The results of the discussion are part of an analysis of situations and phenomena in society in general and for former of PT Malea Energy workers in particular. This training activity aims to provide training participants with skills and competencies so that they can work independently to activate and run the economic activities again. Training materials related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Industrial Materials, work facilities and equipment, and working drawings. The benefit of training is increasing HR capacity to increase productivity which is expected to improve the family's economic performance.
