Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

This research investigates the financial management proficiency essential for the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study aims to explore the strategies employed by MSMEs to effectively manage their finances and navigate challenges. The research model adopts an interpretivist approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and managers. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants representing diverse industries and geographic locations. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and insights regarding financial management practices. Preliminary findings suggest a variety of strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic investment decisions, play pivotal roles in MSME success. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. This research investigates the impact of training and development on employee performance in the digital era. The influence of social factors on interest in using Islamic financial services is an important topic in the banking industry. Social factors such as reference groups, family, role, and status have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Islamic banks. This study uses qualitative research methods to understand the social dynamics that influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. The results show that social factors, including social environment and Islamic financial literacy, influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. Therefore, Islamic banks need to pay attention to social factors in designing marketing strategies and services in order to meet the needs and desires of the community. The suggestion is to conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the community regarding Islamic financial products and services.

Attention is given to the prayers and expectations of parents, reflecting on the cadets' plans and aspirations to become exceptional seafarers. Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

This research aims to find out what child custody rights are like after parents' divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are for child custody after parents' divorce. The method used in this research uses a normative type of research. This research uses a comparative approach (Comparative Approach) and a fact approach (The Factapproach). The results of this research found that divorce between husband and wife has a big impact, especially on child custody rights after parental divorce with an approach from the perspective of Islamic law and the Constitution. Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The Gorontalo Religious Court's decision regarding child custody is also a supporting factor, highlighting the best interests of the child as the main priority. Interviews with Gorontalo Religious Court Judges show that the court's adaptation to modern family dynamics and the involvement of children in the decision-making process is in the spotlight. In concrete cases, the research describes two decisions related to child custody, highlighting the importance of considering casuistry and the best interests of the child in making custody decisions. This research seeks to provide a holistic and sensitive picture of the complexity of child custody cases with a focus on child welfare as the main priority. Divorce between husband and wife raises responsibilities that must be maintained, especially regarding children's rights. In line with Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, parents have primary obligations, including caring for, nurturing, educating and protecting children. This thesis explains that after divorce, children become direct victims by being separated from their parents. Child care, especially the cost of the hadhanah, is the father's responsibility according to the Compilation of Islamic Law Article 156 letter d. However, if parents do not fulfill their obligations, child custody rights can be revoked at the request or coercion of the court

Inheritance law contains regulations that include the need to understand the dynamics and challenges in the property inheritance system, involving legal, cultural and social aspects. Jurisprudence reflects efforts to maintain a balance between local wisdom, justice and legal certainty in the inheritance of traditional property. This research uses a normative juridical method with a case approach, analyzing court decisions that have permanent legal force. Although the patrilineal customary inheritance system still applies in several regions of Indonesia, the view that customary inheritance law is irrelevant reflects the complexity of social and legal transformation. Although there are arguments that customary inheritance law does not always comply with justice and changing times, some judges in Indonesia still use jurisprudence or other inheritance laws in their decisions.

This research delves into the dynamics of motor vehicle tax compliance through a qualitative approach, exploring taxpayers' perceptions and attitudes. The identified key factors shaping attitudes toward tax obligations include regulatory complexity, clarity of rules, and personal experiences. Elements such as fairness perception, trust in the taxation system, and supervisory effectiveness also play crucial roles in forming compliance attitudes. These factors, integrated with psychological aspects, provide an in-depth understanding of taxpayer compliance behavior. While acknowledging challenges like regulatory complexity and economic inequality, the study highlights opportunities, including the application of information technology, fiscal incentive development, and cross-sector collaboration, as strategies to enhance compliance. In conclusion, a holistic and adaptive tax policy strategy, considering both local and global contexts, can foster a transparent, fair, and supportive tax environment for sustainable development.

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.    

In this paper, the author discusses inter-religious harmony in Indonesia with a focus on the strategic role of religious leaders in building brotherhood. Indonesia, as a country with rich religious diversity, faces challenges in maintaining harmony amidst complex societal dynamics. Through qualitative analysis by examining literature from various sources, this paper identifies concrete strategies that have been implemented by religious figures. Religious figures have a central role as spiritual leaders, spiritual advisors, and religious teachers, significantly influencing religious and social life. Although Indonesia is known as a tolerant country, several challenges such as social conflict, religious polarization, and intolerance are still issues. The concrete strategies proposed involve interfaith dialog, joint social activities, educational initiatives, communication strategies, and strengthening nationalistic insights. These efforts are expected to strengthen interfaith brotherhood and maintain harmony in the future. The results indicate that religious leaders can serve as agents of peace and tolerance, but they are also faced with challenges such as conflict, politicization of religion, and difficulties in interfaith communication and dialogue.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.
