This research is motivated by business networks to expand professional networks, create opportunities and businesses or jobs. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

The exploration of policies for the conservation of marine biodiversity in the management of natural resources (SDA) in Indonesia emphasizes the urgency of preserving marine biodiversity in the world's largest archipelagic country. Challenges such as illegal fishing, environmental degradation, and a lack of institutional coordination take center stage. With the aim of identifying barriers and opportunities for policy implementation, this study analyzes models of natural resource management using a qualitative approach through literature review. The study focuses on theories of conservation, natural resource management, and international collaboration. The findings highlight the complexity of policy issues and practices in managing marine natural resources, including an evaluation of the "Community-Based Folley Sea Sasi Management" and "Blue Economy Implementation" models. The recommendations put forward involve enhancing supervision, strengthening international collaboration, and implementing advanced technologies. The implications of these findings are expected to support the formulation of more effective policies and efforts to conserve marine biodiversity in Indonesia.

Understanding mechanical and organic solidarity theories, education management can utilise these insights to design an effective, inclusive and relevant education system in the face of continuous social and technological change. The purpose of this research is to explain the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. In a modern society, education management should allow students to grow according to their potential, enable student participation in decision-making, encourage collaboration between stakeholders, and respond with flexibility to social change.

They form the basis of learning, character building and preparing students to play an active role in an increasingly complex society. The purpose of this research is to explain about Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Solidarity and Social Integration in the Context of Education Management: An Analysis Based on Émile Durkheim's Theory. The results of this study suggest that an understanding of solidarity and social integration in the context of Durkheimian theory is important. These concepts help guide approaches and practices that promote a balance between uniformity and diversity, respect for shared social norms, and understanding of the unique role of individuals in achieving common goals. Education, as a key tool in shaping society, plays an important role in facilitating social integration and creating solidarity. In education management, curriculum development, student participation, collaboration between stakeholders, inclusive approaches, and an understanding of the role of education in social integration are key in achieving this goal.

This qualitative study investigates the perspectives of 240 Semester 3 cadets at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta) regarding An Operational Approach to Maritime Cyber Resilience. Over three semesters, the research scrutinizes cadets' academic self-checked intelligence, perceived professional competences, motivations, and the interplay between language development and preparedness for global roles. The demographic diversity of the cadet sample, representing majors in Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management, ensures a comprehensive exploration of maritime education. The findings reveal a positive evolution in cadets' understanding of maritime cyber resilience, with a notable increase in academic self-checked intelligence. The curriculum's effectiveness in cultivating a nuanced comprehension of cyber threats is underscored by the enhanced professional competences perceived by cadets, indicating preparedness for the practical challenges in the maritime industry. Motivations and engagement exhibit a positive trajectory, from initial challenges to sustained interest, indicating the subject's growing relevance over time. The interconnected development of English language proficiency and subject mastery emphasizes the need for targeted language support within maritime education. The positive correlation between improved language fluency and a deeper understanding of maritime cyber resilience suggests the symbiotic relationship between linguistic and technical competence. The study's implications extend beyond STIP Jakarta, offering insights for refining maritime education globally. Recommendations encompass dynamic pedagogical approaches, continual curriculum evaluation, industry collaboration, and language enhancement initiatives. By embracing these recommendations, maritime education programmes can foster a resilient cadre of professionals adept at navigating the complexities of the modern maritime industry.

Based on the research results, it can be concluded that (1) Implementation of Classroom Management in Improving the Effectiveness of Student Learning in Class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja has taken place effectively, and can increase the effectiveness of student learning. It can be known based on the teacher's strategy in preparing various things needed for the teaching and learning process, for example teaching media, learning tools, and preparation of lesson plans. Besides that, the teacher's strategy for opening lessons is by giving encouragement to their students' learning enthusiasm. (2) Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of classroom management in increasing the effectiveness of student learning in class IV SD Negeri 0119 Banjar Raja. These supporting elements include adequate infrastructure, qualified homeroom teachers and experts in their profession, strategic location, safe, surrounding environment clean classrooms, and the interaction of the homeroom teacher with the surrounding environment. The obstacle is the diversity of students' characteristics, such as the presence of students who fight, do not carry out pickets.    

The purpose of this observation is to invite factors that are influenced by loyalty. Literature Survey Marketing management. The method of writing this research paper is quantitative method and the research sample is residents around Pujon District, Malang Regency.  Organizational culture affects management loyalty. Basically, this cooperative aims to improve the management of members and society as a whole. Although cooperatives do not prioritize profits, cooperative efforts can maintain their survival and increase their business continuity. The first goal of the establishment of cooperatives is to motivate the national economy to ensure the welfare of its members and has expanded the establishment of cooperatives to date. To help its members, cooperatives must improve their operations. This study also uses a questionnaire method that must be filled in at least 100 respondents of KUD members. The form must be filled in on the website that has been done by the cooperative on behalf of the village unit cooperative.

Marriages across religious organizations reflect the complexity of social and cultural dynamics in contemporary society. This article examines the challenges and adaptation strategies of couples in such marriages. With a focus on understanding, compromise, social support and family identity, the research highlights the central role of society and religious communities to shape family well-being. The analysis also shows that acceptance of religious differences, open communication and constructive conflict management are key aspects to building healthy relationships. The results of this study provide valuable insights for couples across religious organizations, family guidance practitioners, and religious community leaders to understand the dynamics of such marriages and strengthen efforts to support family well-being within the framework of religious diversity.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as an effort to strengthen student character, including design; management; processing assessments and reporting results; evaluation and follow-up. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods in Depok state schools in 2022. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed using interactive techniques including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that the research results in cultivating the P5-based mutual cooperation character show that (!) the process of implementing the mutual cooperation character during P5 activities begins with diagnostic assessment, introduction, contextualization, real action, reflection-follow-up and celebration of learning. This P5 activity was carried out over a period of 1 week-1 month based on 3 themes (2) strategies given by the teacher to students, namely, a) competition for the themes "entrepreneurship" and "unity in diversity". Through P5 actions, students can strengthen the character dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, especially those who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, work together, be independent, have global diversity, reason critically and creatively.   Keywords: Innovation, Mutual Cooperation, Character, Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles  

This article discusses the "Empowering Pioneer Teachers" program implemented at Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng, aiming to enhance the quality of education and nurture holistic student development. The program is rooted in education that embraces diversity and adapts to changing times. Pioneer teachers are selected based on their enthusiasm, dedication, adaptability, in addition to academic qualifications. The article reviews the stages of selection, intensive training, and program implementation within classrooms. The program emphasizes the development of interpersonal competencies and innovation in teaching methodologies. Support from the school, parents, and local community plays a crucial role in the program's success. Its impact is evident in improved student learning outcomes, social skills, creativity, and the cultivation of an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Through this article, it is hoped that the experience of Public Elementary School 3 Sadeng can inspire other educational institutions. Empowering pioneer teachers yields positive effects throughout the school community and has the potential to guide elementary education towards a brighter and more equitable future.

This research uses a phenomenological approach that seeks to capture various problems in society and reveal the meaning contained therein. The goal of qualitative research is to find out the social reality of those involved. Participants are people who have been interviewed, observed and asked for information, views and opinions. 1. This research explores the role of emotions in intercultural communication through an ethnographic study of a multicultural community. Findings show significant variations in patterns of emotional expression across different ethnic groups and cultures, where cultural norms play an important role. Emotions such as joy, anger and disappointment are expressed differently based on cultural background, with examples such as East Asian holistic approaches compared to North American individual focus. Emotion regulation strategies also vary, influenced by the situation, individual disposition and cultural adaptations. Cultural values, norms and beliefs impact emotional experiences, with the interaction of gender and culture shaping the perception and expression of emotions.  Emotions play a key role in the dynamics of intercultural interactions, influencing relationship formation and the potential for conflict. Practical implications emphasize the importance of culturally sensitive communication for effective diversity management in organizations, improving team efficiency, and supporting organizational change. The research contributes theoretically by offering insights into the complexity of emotional processes in culturally diverse environments, enriching intercultural communication theory and the psychology of emotion. These results confirm the importance of an in-depth understanding of cultural diversity in emotions to promote more harmonious and effective interactions in multicultural environments.

Reviews of the literature on diversity management and workplace misconduct are still incredibly uncommon. Given the requirement for appropriate handling to stop irregular conduct at work (organizations; companies, government institutions, MSMEs). This scoping review's objective is to summarize the literature on the value of diversity management in avoiding workplace deviance.  The scoping study adheres to the Arksey and O'Malley Steps. (2005). The scoping review used has 5 steps, including identifying research topics, finding pertinent studies, Specifically, (1) formulating research questions, (2) locating pertinent studies, (3) choosing studies, (4) outlining data, and (5) gathering, describing, and disclosing findings.  Over 11 years, this research was reviewed using 3 electronic databases: Taylor dan Francis, Wiley dan Emerald. (2013-2023). Corruption, the giving of gifts or bribes, and gossip are among the categories of deviant behavior in the workplace that were identified, and all of these categories have the potential to negatively impact organizational performance, according to the findings of the scoping review. Gender, race, and culture are three types of diversity that are particularly susceptible to the issue of aberrant behavior in the workplace. Therefore, management must provide support and focus, particularly to human resource managers who are responsible for managing diversity in the workplace.
