The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. The large number of young people's interest in entrepreneurship needs to get support and facilities, one of which is through entrepreneurship education. In entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial values ​​are taught as a value that must be upheld in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show thatPKK subjects at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo are divided into 2, namely Entrepreneurship PKK and Productive PKK, Entrepreneurship PKK studies entrepreneurship in theory and Productive PKK is practice. Entrepreneurial values ​​in subjects on PKK Entrepreneurship learning valuesIndependent, Creative, Honest, Discipline, Responsibility, Cooperation, and Communicative are taught in theory while in Productive PKK Creative values, dare to take risks, action oriented, hard work, honest, innovative, cooperation, realistic, curiosity, and Communicative skills are taught through practice. Viral evolution is a subdiscipline of evolutionary biology and virology that focuses on the evolution of viruses. Many viruses, especially RNA viruses, have relatively high mutation rates and short production durations (on the order of one point mutation or more per genome per round of replication). The rapid pace of viral mutation paired with natural selection enables viruses to rapidly adapt to changes in the host environment, despite the fact that the majority of viral mutations offer little benefit and frequently prove to be harmful. Additionally, because viruses often make several copies in an infected host, altered genes can be rapidly transmitted to a large number of offspring. The high mutation rates of RNA viruses, which are the result of an error-prone RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, make them a veritable gold mine for researchers interested in discovering evolutionary novelty and developing new methods to study evolution in action. There are two different forms of genetic changes: antigenic drift and antigenic shift. This article covers briefly the evolution of viruses in terms of genetic variation.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. The conclusion of this study is that through the habit of praying Dhuha in congregation and tahfidz Al-Qur`an religious values ​​can be fostered which are reflected in good attitudes, behavior and personality in everyday life. Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on Students Achievement in Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar for the Academic Year 2022/2023. The problem in this study is how the influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar 2022/2023. The population and sample in this study were class X as many as 26 people. To obtain data on learning creativity and learning discipline, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and used a closed questionnaire structured in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. The quality of the research instrument for the questionnaire was assessed through validity and reliability tests. The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is = 83.60 + 0.06 X1 meaning that between the variables X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is = 74,37+(0.8) X2 means that between variables X2 is linear with Y and Y over X1 and X2 is = 1.33 + 0.53 X1 + 0.69 X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 is linear with Y.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Compensation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non ASN Employees (Study of the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province)". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 71 respondents were employees at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province. Based on the results of testing the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.335 > 1.667 with a sig value. 0.023 > 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β1) is positive at 0.271 which means that the higher the employee's competency, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.613 > 1.667, with a sig. of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.411 which means that the more satisfying the compensation given, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. While the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 2.548 > 1.667, with a sig. 0.013 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β3) is positive at 0.285 which means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on the performance of UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek employees. Several factors including communication, work discipline and work environment at UD Kodok Ngorek have an influence on employee performance using the sampling method with a saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique is using the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The number of samples is 30 employees. The results obtained include a partially significant effect of communication on work performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance has a value of Sig. 0.037 <0.05 which means that it has a significant effect then the influence of the work environment on employee performance partially also has a significant effect on the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05. The simultaneous influence of the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance has a Sig value result. 0.000 <0.05 indicates that communication, work discipline, and work environment have a positive influence in improving employee performance at UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline.   Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (studi pada kantor Kecamatan Mijen). Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mijen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  semua pegawai kantor Kecamatan Mijen yang berjumlah 90 orang.  Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel serta menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunter pada PT. Global Arrow Semarang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunteer terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang, sebanyak 214 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Metode pengambilan sampel akan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas,          Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Normalitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Goodnes of Fit (Uji Model) dan Uji Hipotesis. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah, pertama, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the representation of social values in the sack. The problem explored in this research is social values in the form of spiritual values which include (1) truth values, (2) beauty values, (3) moral values, (4) religious values. The method and approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive approach is used to describe the social values in the karungut. Data analysis of this research was carried out by collecting data with the method of observing and recording, identifying data, classifying data, and describing data. The results of this study indicate that the representation of social values in the karutut with the form of spiritual values shows (a) the truth value in the karungut is the most dominant, there are 29 truth values, namely the values of justice, the value of obedience, the value of decency, the value of craftsmanship, the value of honesty, and the value of responsibility. Traffic safety is influenced by several factors including Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions. Of the three, have an important role in improving traffic safety with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety on Jl. Holy-Pati Raya In this study, the research population is Traffic Safety on Jl. Raya Kudus-Pati with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: the independent variable is Driver Discipline (X.1), Law Enforcement (X.2), and Motorcycle and Road Conditions (X.3) and the dependent variable is Traffic Safety (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.16 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.758 + 1.963 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.287 X3+ µ . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Driver Discipline on Traffic Safety (t count 13.675> t table 1.98447), Law Enforcement on Traffic Safety (t count 1.292 > t table 1.98447), Motor and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety (t count 2.099 > t table 1.98447), individually, Rider Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions affect Traffic Safety. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 71% on Traffic Safety and 29% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
