Business actors carry out economic activities for profit. Globalization makes many changes in the times, especially in the industrial economy in Indonesia.Digital economy or disruptive innovation raises business competition problems so as not to cause large losses to consumers and other business actors on a large economic scale creating high barriers to market entry due to the positive economy. This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

Information and digital technology has become an important part of an organization to grow and develop in an era of change. This will show how tourist villages use information and digital technology to provide new information, services and value to a wide audience. One of the tourist attractions in Lembanga Randanan is the Painted Rice Fields. The fertile rice fields provide beautiful landscapes and a deep impression. Students from the Management study program at the UKI Toraja Faculty of Economics with the theme Tourism Village are collaborating with the Lembang community and parties in the development and promotion of the Painted Rice Fields tourism in Lembang Randanan so that it can be touched by a wide audience, especially the commercialization of tourism. From the results of observations, it was found that the basic problems that hinder tourism promotion are the lack of public awareness to promote painted rice field tourism and the ineffective use of information and digital technology. The aims and objectives of organizing community service are to introduce painted rice field tourism to the general public and to help the Lembang Randanan community in using information and digital technology for promotion. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data collection was obtained from searching various references such as books, journals and articles. The results of the service activities that have been carried out are helping tourist villages with promotion, marketing and management of tourist villages. This includes creating Instagram and YouTube social media accounts which aim to promote tourist villages, especially painted rice field tourism in Lembang Randanan. From this research, it is hoped that potential-based tourism village promotion can be carried out.

Rapid progress makes company competition increasingly tighter and more intense. The aim of this research is to see how entrepreneurship has increased in the current digital era and what opportunities and challenges are faced. The method in this research is library research using book literature, journals and other electronic records. Technology in this digital era is developing very rapidly, but there are challenges and opportunities in this digital era, namely the high level of competition among business opportunities entrepreneurs. The younger generation now has more opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial skills thanks to digital technology.

At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

This research explores the optimization of network utilization to enhance the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services for customers. The study delves into the theoretical framework of Shariah Mobile Banking, elucidating its customer benefits, technology, and the role of networks. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study aims to examine the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services. The findings underscore the paramount importance of efficiency in Shariah Mobile Banking and highlight the pivotal role of network concepts in augmenting this efficiency. The discussion also identifies hurdles encountered in optimizing Shariah Mobile Banking services and proposes viable solutions to overcome these challenges. This research contributes valuable insights for financial institutions and providers of Shariah Mobile Banking services to improve their service efficiency through network optimization. Additionally, it broadens the understanding of the customer benefits derived from Shariah Mobile Banking. The outcomes are anticipated to inform strategies and actions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience of Shariah Mobile Banking for customers.

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This study aims to explain how technology and innovation can be used to improve Lemang culinary culture in the context of the Society 5.0 Era.

UMKM play an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM can play a role in improving people's welfare as a means of equalizing the economic level of the common people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. Despite the importance of the contribution of UMKM to the national economy, it turns out that this sector still has many problems, one of which is the weakness of UMKM in marketing their products. The purpose of community service is to provide assistance to UMKM related to the use of digital technology to increase product sales, especially to UMKM Eshan.id_. Ehsan.id_ UMKM is a business in the field of knitting handicrafts, which in 2022 has achieved an income target of only 63.05%, so it is necessary to determine the right strategy in marketing its products, such as through digital marketing. The assistance is intended so that UMKM can take advantage of social media to increase sales by creating social media content on Instagram and Tiktok. The result of this activity is the giving of meaning and philosophy to the logo to meet the requirements for making IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and also a company profile that can be used by UMKM in conducting product marketing. In addition, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through social media that is effective and right on target

This research aims to examine the application, obstacles and benefits of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT on the effectiveness of social media marketing using the Attention, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA) model approach, especially on the Cuci Shoes Kelen Instagram account. The background to this research is the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which has created an era of digital technology with a high number of internet users in Indonesia, even though digital understanding and literacy is still low. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through virtual ethnography and interviews. The research subjects consisted of two owners of "Cuci Shoes Kelen," namely DB and FP, while the research object was the use of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT in this account. The results of the first research showed that the application of Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT with the AIDA model approach on the Instagram account "Cuci Shoes Kelen" resulted in improvements in all aspects measured. Therefore, the marketing and promotional content produced by ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of social media marketing. The results of the second research show that there are obstacles in implementing ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence, especially in new users' understanding of the types of questions that should be asked to ChatGPT, and also the limited information in ChatGPT version 3.5. However, benefits include ChatGPT's ability to provide promotional strategy recommendations that comply with AIDA concepts and detailed guidance for their implementation.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. In the ever-evolving digital era, disruption challenges face Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including STIE Ganesha students who are preparing to enter the business world. This research explores management strategies that can help MSMEs face disruption in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to identify disruption trends, challenges faced, and effective management strategies. The research was conducted over six months, involving in-depth interviews with MSME owners who have experienced digital disruption. Data analysis used a qualitative approach by formulating patterns of findings that emerged from the interviews. The results showed that the strategy of STIE Ganesha students in facing disruption is the adoption of MSME digital technology, understanding of data and analytics, continuous innovation, focus on customer experience, collaboration and partnerships, increasing cyber security, increasing human resource capacity, flexibility and adaptability of creative marketing understanding of business legal aspects. The implication of this research is to provide practical guidance for STIE Ganesha students who will later run or support MSMEs. Research limitations include limitations in the number of samples and focus on local cases.
