The development of the digital world has brought significant changes to various aspects of people's lives, including the family economy. Digitalization opens up new opportunities for economic activity, particularly through the use of social media, marketplace platforms, and digital financial services. However, many people still lack adequate digital literacy and are therefore unable to optimally utilize this technology to increase family income. This community service activity aims to improve the community's digital literacy and encourage the use of digital technology as a means of sustainably increasing family income. The implementation method includes providing training on the basics of digital literacy, digital-based entrepreneurial mentoring, and hands-on practice in using social media as a promotional tool, marketplaces as sales channels, and digital financial services to support business transactions. The results of the activity indicate an increase in public understanding of the use of digital technology, a change in a more adaptive entrepreneurial mindset, and the emergence of various digital-based business initiatives. The use of digital technology has been proven to open new economic opportunities and make a positive contribution to increasing family income.

This community service activity was conducted to assist banking institutions in the Surabaya region in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing strategies for savings products in order to increase the number of customers. The main problems faced by banks include the relatively low level of public interest in saving and the suboptimal implementation of promotional strategies, particularly in the utilization of digital media. This activity employed a collaborative approach through training, mentoring, and joint evaluation with marketing staff of banks in the Surabaya area. This activity commenced with an observation and interview phase to identify the marketing strategies that had been previously implemented. Subsequently, material delivery, technical assistance, along with an evaluation of promotional effectiveness. The results indicate that participants were able to implement more adaptive marketing strategies by utilizing digital media such as social media, website, and banking applications. The implementation of these strategies was shown to increase public interest in opening saving accounts. Furthermore, this activity contributed to enhancing the capacity of marketing staff to design data-driven strategies and to strengthening public financial literacy regarding saving products.

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of Karel Workshop in Wairhubing, Sikka Regency, using a SWOT approach (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) as a basis for formulating business development strategies. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and customers, as well as secondary data from documents and official statistics. The findings indicate that Karel Workshop possesses several strengths, including meticulous service quality, strong interpersonal relationships with customers, and mechanic skills acquired through self-learning. However, the workshop also faces weaknesses such as limited equipment, the absence of a structured management system, and a lack of digital promotion. Opportunities that can be utilized include high public interest in motorcycle modification, potential motorcycle painting services, a strategic location, and possible partnerships with spare-part suppliers. Meanwhile, the main threats include rising spare-part prices, competition among workshops, and occupational safety risks. Overall, the study recommends strengthening digital promotion, improving business management, enhancing workshop facilities, and implementing safety standards to support the sustainable development of Karel Workshop.

The development of e-commerce and social commerce has driven significant changes in student shopping behaviour, including at FEB UNDARIS. Ease of access, digital promotions, and the influence of social media have led students to shop online more frequently, even impulsively. This study aims to analyse how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control interact in shaping students' online shopping behaviour using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) framework. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews with ten students who actively shop online. The data were analysed to understand the experiences, perceptions, and social factors that influence their decisions in digital transactions. The results show that positive attitudes towards efficiency and promotions, social pressure from friends and influencers, and high perceived behavioural control due to technological convenience work simultaneously to reinforce online shopping intentions and actions. These three TPB components support each other and trigger increasingly impulsive consumption patterns in the digital environment.

Minang Rua Beach in South Lampung possesses significant tourism potential that has not been optimally utilized, primarily due to the lack of creative promotional events and limited community skills in event management. This community service aimed to enhance the capacity of the local Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and youth in designing, managing, and promoting tourism events effectively. The method employed was a participatory training approach that included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice covering creative event design, logistics management, budgeting (RAB), and digital promotion strategies. The training activities were met with high enthusiasm and active participation from the community members. The participants gained new, practical knowledge and skills in event planning and promotion, as demonstrated by their active engagement during interactive sessions and simulations. The improved capacity of the local community is expected to foster the independent and sustainable organization of creative events, thereby enhancing the destination's attractiveness and increasing tourist visits. The community service program in Purworejo Village, Sragi District, Pekalongan Regency, was implemented to enhance the capacity of local MSME actors in utilizing digital technology as a modern marketing tool. The program adopted a participatory approach involving youth organizations, business actors, village authorities, and the implementation team in every stage of the activity. Assistance included field observation, data collection, content development training, and the creation of a dedicated MSME website as a shared promotional platform. The results indicate significant social changes within the community, including improved digital literacy, stronger awareness of the importance of technology-based marketing, the emergence of local youth as digital facilitators, and the development of collaborative working patterns in managing digital media. These findings reinforce that participatory-based mentoring can strengthen community capacity in adopting technology, consistent with theoretical perspectives that position the community as key agents of local development. Therefore, the program not only produced a functional digital product in the form of an MSME website but also laid the foundation for a more adaptive, competitive, and sustainable village economic ecosystem..

This Community Service (PkM) program was conducted in Kaligentong Village, Gladagsari, Boyolali, Central Java, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of local superior products through the implementation of digital marketing strategies for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main problem faced by the partners was their limited ability to utilize social media and online marketplaces for effective product marketing. The program employed a two-day training approach, including product photography and videography using smartphones, promotional content writing (copywriting), and online store creation on e-commerce platforms, followed by hands-on mentoring and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in managing digital business accounts, producing engaging photo and video content, and utilizing marketplaces to expand their market reach. More than 80% of participants successfully created new business accounts and actively promoted their products online. This activity had a positive impact on improving digital literacy and local product marketing while strengthening the collaboration between higher education institutions and the community in developing the village economy.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of students, teachers, and educational staff at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology as a medium for promoting the excellence of their study programs. The activity was conducted in the form of a two-day workshop attended by 50 participants, consisting of students, teachers, and educational personnel. The workshop materials covered an introduction to AI, the application of AI in digital promotion, and hands-on practice in creating promotional content using AI, such as chatbots, AI-based graphic design, and data analysis. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ skills in using AI technology to support study program promotion, which positively contributed to increasing the interest of prospective new students. This workshop provides a tangible contribution to human resource development at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih and serves as a replicable model for community service initiatives in other educational institutions.

This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and managerial skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through two training programs: "Optimizing Marketing Content Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications" and "Digital Financial Management." The program was implemented through several stages, including problem identification, training material development, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure program effectiveness. Fifteen MSMEs from Prapatan Village, Balikpapan City, participated in the program. The evaluation results showed that the training significantly improved participants' understanding of the use of digital marketing and technology-based financial management. Prior to the training, most participants still had limited digital literacy and had not utilized technology for promotion or financial recording. After participating in the program, 73.3% of participants assessed the material as excellent and relevant to their business needs. This program provides a tangible contribution to the development of technology-based applied science while supporting community economic empowerment through the MSME digitalization process.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of halal brands, brand image, and price perceptions on the motivation and purchasing choices of Wardah consumers, as well as to identify the psychological and behavioral factors underlying the phenomenon of "The Wardah Effect" among Indonesian people. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. A total of 21 Wardah respondents aged 18 to 27 years old in Kudus were selected as respondents through purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected online using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and open-ended questions. The results showed that three main factors greatly influenced "The Wardah Effect", namely value (halal image and pride in local products), economic efficiency (affordable prices), and ease of access (easy to find). Most respondents felt proud of local products (81.0%), found the prices offered affordable (95.2% agreed), and thought that the products were easy to find (90.5%). Halal imagery is also the most influential component, which provides a sense of security and trust (76.2% fully agree). Promotions and advertisements had an impact on 80.9% of respondents. It was concluded that Wardah's purchase decision was based on three types of rationality, namely economic, cultural, and ideological, as well as social-digital, thus making Wardah a symbol of identity and social values for the younger generation.

This study aims to analyze the application of e-commerce as a strategy to increase product sales at PT Daehsan Indonesia Medan Branch. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of management and distributors involved in the company's digital marketing activities. In addition, this study also reviews the supporting factors and obstacles that arise during the implementation of e-commerce, so that it can provide a comprehensive picture of the extent to which the use of digital platforms affects the increase in sales volume, the expansion of market reach, and the level of customer satisfaction.

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) UP2K Unyur Makmur in Unyur Village, Serang City, Banten through the application of digitalisation and product packaging innovation. The main problems faced by partners are limitations in the use of digital technology for marketing and packaging designs that are unattractive and do not reflect the identity of local products. The methods used in this activity include socialisation, training, mentoring, and evaluation of the implementation of digital marketing strategies and packaging design development. The results of this activity show an increase in the ability of MSME actors to use digital media such as marketplaces, social media marketing, and simple graphic design for product promotion. In addition, the packaging innovations introduced were able to increase the aesthetic value and appeal of products in the eyes of consumers. The tangible impact of this activity was an increase in MSME actors' awareness of the importance of digitalisation and packaging innovation in expanding markets and strengthening brand image. This activity is expected to become a model for digital and creative MSME empowerment in the Serang area and its surroundings.

This community service program was carried out with the aim of developing the concept of Javanese cultural art edu-tourism at the Kentingan Art Village Foundation in Surakarta as an academic contribution to realizing the vision of Solo City as an internationally recognized cultural tourism destination. The approach adopted was participatory and collaborative, involving various stakeholders such as foundation managers, local artists, academics, and the surrounding community. Through this program, the service team sought to strengthen managerial skills in art-based tourism management, enrich educational content that highlights Javanese cultural values, and develop digital promotion strategies to expand the reach of visitors. The results of the mentoring activities indicated a significant improvement in the capacity for managing art events and organizing the tourism area at Kentingan Art Village. The edu-tourism package developed successfully integrated elements of education, entertainment, and cultural preservation in a harmonious manner. In addition, the program encouraged growing interest from educational institutions and creative communities seeking to make Kentingan Art Village a site for cultural learning. Overall, this community service initiative made a tangible contribution to strengthening the community-based cultural tourism ecosystem in Solo City and serves as a model for developing sustainable tourism destinations rooted in Javanese local wisdom.

This community service activity was motivated by the still low ability of business owners to maintain financial records and digital promotions. Pak Joko Chicken Slaughterhouse is one of the MSMEs experiencing challenges in financial management due to its manual system and lack of use of digital media for business promotion. The objective of this activity was to improve managerial capacity through Microsoft Excel-based digital bookkeeping training and online marketing training with Google Maps and Instagram. The method used was a participatory approach through three stages of activities: field surveys, training, and evaluation of results. The results of the activity showed an increase in partners' understanding and skills in maintaining more structured and accurate financial records using Excel. Partners also succeeded in creating business profiles on Google Maps and business Instagram accounts used to promote products digitally. The tangible impact of this activity is increased awareness of the importance of financial records and digital promotions, as well as increased business competitiveness. In conclusion, digital bookkeeping and digital marketing training has proven effective in driving the transformation of traditional businesses to modern, technology-based management.

Community Service (KKN) is one method to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education through community service activities. The Independent KKN Project from the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra in 2025 was implemented in Dolok Kahean Village, Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency, with the theme "Innovation and Creativity as Keys to Entrepreneurial Success in the Digital Economy Era. " The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in maximizing product marketing using digital marketing, with an emphasis on the use of photo and video content for business branding. The implementation methods of this activity include observation, interviews, socialization, and training in photography practices, editing, and digital content strategies. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge and skills of MSME actors in creating promotional content, building brand identities (such as logos and product packaging), and utilizing social media as a marketing tool. In addition, social activities such as mutual cooperation, economic education in schools, and the creation of educational signs about waste also contribute to increasing social awareness in the community. The success of this activity was facilitated by community cooperation and support from village officials, while the main challenges were geographical conditions and limited transportation. Overall, this KKN activity had a positive impact on the development of local MSMEs, increased digital literacy, and strengthened the relationship between students and the village community, demonstrating the role of higher education institutions in community empowerment.
