Coloring materials for fabric painting can be produced from natural dyes and synthetic dyes. Natural and synthetic dyes have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The combination of the two colors will give the impression of a brighter color, and slightly reduce environmental pollution. The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the processing of synthetic and natural dyes for fabric painting; 2) Knowing the results of applying synthetic and natural dyes to fabric painting. The method used in this research is the research and development approach model Research and Development (R&D) and data analysis. Trials in this study were carried out with dye using 4 types of cloth with the help of a validator as an assessor of the coloring results. The results of this study indicate that synthetic dyes are lighter than natural dyes. Meanwhile, the colors produced from natural dyes tend to be darker. In painting this cloth, the writer needs a combination of dark and light colors. Therefore, the use of synthetic and natural dyes requires mixing of colors. The fading test conducted by the author for the color absorption of diamond crape on the fabric is very good. Thus it can be concluded that the use of natural and synthetic dyes can be applied to fabric painting by conducting trials first to get the right color.

The development of information and communication technology in the current digital era is growing very rapidly and affects many aspects of human life, including aspects of children's education. The influence of these technological developments also brings changes to modern lifestyles that have both positive and negative impacts on all levels of society, including the lives of children. The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 also affected the life of the education world, namely changing learning methods of the teaching and learning process in schools. The online learning method is starting to be applied for schools that are ready with this online learning system, which requires a lot of media, such as cellphones, laptops, computers and of course the availability of a good internet network. This government policy came into effect in several provinces in Indonesia on Monday, March 16, 2020, which was also followed by other provincial areas. The changing era and the influence of the development of technology and information can affect children's lives. These are a challenge for a teacher because the teacher's role is very important in the child's education process. This role can be interpreted as individual behavior that is important for the social structure of society. While facing all challenges, the teacher has important role to instill the right character values for students to anticipate all negative influences that can be caused and affect their lives, especially for PAK teachers in carrying out their main duties.

Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The results of the comparative analysis carried out showed that there was no significant difference in the implementation of IFR, but in the implementation of ERM there were significant differences.  

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has great potential for the development of tropical fruits, horticultural crops and vegetables. Vegetables are important foods that are needed by the body because they contain nutrients needed by the body. However, some sweet potatoes that contain nutrients have not been adequately studied and utilized, including sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L) from the Convulvulaceae family (Suparman, 2007). Sweet potato plants (Ipomoea batatas L) from 1968 until now have been widely produced, even Indonesia was the fourth largest country that produced sweet potato plants.The objectives of this study were: 1) Knowing the process of making purple sweet potato Gel candy; 2) Knowing consumer acceptance of purple sweet potato Gel candy products; 3) Knowing the nutritional content of purple sweet potato Gel candy. The methods used in this research include literary, documentation, experimental, organoleptic, hedonic and nutritional content methods. The resulting data is then processed and evaluated and then presented in tables and diagrams with in-depth explanations.The results showed that the best formula composition is found in code 472 The characteristics of the purple sweet potato gel candy produced are sweet and sour taste, candy aroma, solid chewy texture, light purple color. The panelists' acceptance of the making of purple sweet potato gel candy through the hedonic test results showed that the most favored by the Panelists were the product code 472 with a composition of 60 grams of sweet potato, 75 grams of gelatin, 75 grams of sugar, 1 gram of himalaya salt.

Early childhood development has an important role in the development of an individual. In order for a child to have good development, it is necessary to carry out early detection of the child's growth and development with the aim of achieving optimization of a child's development. Data shows an increase in the prevalence of parents who do not regularly monitor their children's growth and development. Monitoring the growth and development of toddlers is carried out in conjunction with early detection of developmental disorders in toddlers so that intervention and simulation can provide optimal results. This community service activity aims to determine children's developmental growth and deviations that occur as well as providing education to parents, especially about the growth and development of pre-school children and the factors that support children's growth and development. The target of the activity is pre-school children and mothers/parents of Prima Bhakti Kindergarten students. The method used in the activity is the KPSP child growth and development detection instrument and to increase parents' knowledge about growth and development, it is carried out through counseling, question and answer discussions and demonstrations on how to stimulate children's growth and development. The results of early detection of growth assessment using the WHO curve showed that 95% had normal stature and normal nutrition and 5% were malnourished. Examination of children's development with the KPSP instrument was 100% developmentally appropriate. The education provided to parents shows that they are active participants in question and answer discussion activities and demonstrations of growth and development stimulation.

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Investments in fixed assets by the company are intended to support the company's business activities. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. Improper handling of fixed assets will have an impact on finances and improper handling of fixed assets because they still practice a manual system that allows for various problems in financial reporting. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Technology assistance is very helpful for community activities including financial institutions, such as the application of Fintech (Financial Technology). Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. Efforts made by Bank Indonesia, namely BI to form the Bank Indonesia Fintech Office (BI-FTO) and recommend to follow the existing regulations in PBI No. 16/8 / PBI / 2014 and PBI No 18/17 / PBI / 2016 concerning Electronic Money (PBI E-Money).           Keywords: Financial Technology, Legal Protection, Debtor Efforts

The biggest problem for children who are faced with the law is because of Law no. 3 of 1997 regarding Juvenile Court is no longer relevant, both from the juridical, philosophical and sociological aspects. This law does not provide the right solution for the handling of children as children in conflict with the law. Children who are in conflict with the law that is resolved in court, result in mental and psychological pressure on the child who is in conflict with the law, thus disturbing the child's development and development. Thus, there is a need for a criminal law policy in handling bullying. The research method used in this research is juridical empirical by looking at the facts that exist in practice in the field. The research objective is to explain policies in law enforcement against child bullies. SD Mardi Rahayu 01 Ungaran is an elementary school. The learning process still uses conventional methods which make students less enthusiastic in participating in learning and tend to get bored with the material presented. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive Javanese script learning media based on multimedia. The development method in this study uses the Research and Development method. Multimedia-based interactive Javanese script learning media is an alternative in the learning process. Based on the results of the validation, the learning media got a feasibility percentage of 92.5% from internal validator, 90% from external validator, and 81% from the results of user trials, so it can be concluded that the learning media developed was categorized as very feasible to use.

Transportation is a very important aspect of its existence in society, both the transportation of people and goods. One of the well-known online transportation companies in Indonesia is PT Gojek Indonesia. During its development, there have been actions committed by unscrupulous people in the community that harm online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely fictitious / fake orders. Fictitious Order is an order that starts with creating a fake account through an online transportation application that can harm the company.The problem is what is the form of the agreement between the driver and the user and is there the responsibility of PT Gojek Indonesia. The method used in this research is sociological juridical, with data sources in the form of interviews. The results of the analysis were presented descriptively and analytically.The results show that there is no legal regulation that regulates protection for Gojek drivers who experience fictional orders. But from the PT. Gojek provides compensation in the form of compensation money. However, this is not widely used by drivers, because the process of disbursing compensation money takes time, so the driver as the victim prefers to bring the results of the fictitious order himself or sell it to someone else.  Keywords: Protection, Transportation, Gojek

This research produces Artificial Fiber Spinning Learning Media that applies Augmented Reality (AR) for Class XI Students of TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang as a learning aid. so that it can be used as a modern, effective, and interactive learning medium. This application was made with the aim of completing the limitations of depicting objects in existing learning media, helping students to more easily learn the material, improving student learning outcomes, and increasing the variety of media in learning. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. The final result of making this learning media is an application in the format android application, used on every android-based mobile phone. The validity value of the media expert obtained a value of 3.2 which was declared feasible, the results of the material expert validation test obtained a value of 3.6 which was declared very feasible, and was able to increase the average value of the artificial fiber spinning subject class XI TPSB SMK Texmaco Semarang which Initially 61.5% with 17 students who had not reached the KKM to 80.5% with 4 students who had not reached the KKM.

The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

The development of technology allows one to obtain other people's spatial position data. One mobile technology that utilizes spatial data as a supported factor is location-based services. Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school.
