Magelang City faces the challenge of limited land availability, with a total area of only 18.58 km2 and a high population density. Consequently, telecommunications infrastructure development requires a precise strategy. This study aims to analyze the business model and investment feasibility of Pole and Greenfield type telecommunication towers in Magelang City. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this research processes secondary data from PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Indonesia by applying feasibility analysis based on Life Cycle Costing (LCC), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break-Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), and Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR). The results indicate significant differences in cost structures; Pole towers proved to be more efficient, requiring an initial capital outlay of only 28.8% of the total capital required for Greenfield towers. Greenfield towers generated an NPV of Rp13.07 billion with an IRR of 20%, while Pole towers generated an NPV of Rp2.46 billion with a higher IRR of 23%. Pole towers have proven to offer a faster return on investment and better operational cost efficiency, making them the most strategic option to support network densification and the implementation of 5G technology in urban areas with spatial constraints like Magelang City.

In the digital era, e-commerce has developed not only as a platform for buying and selling activities but also as a strategic medium for marketing and business development. University students theoretically possess strong potential to become edupreneurs because they are closely connected to technology and supported by higher education environments. Nevertheless, the reality at Al-Amien Prenduan University indicates that students tend to act more as consumers in e-commerce rather than as entrepreneurs. This condition creates a gap between theoretical expectations and practical implementation, raising questions regarding the effectiveness of e-commerce in encouraging students’ entrepreneurial spirit. This study examines strategies for strengthening Edupreneurship graduates through the optimization of e-commerce. The research specifically explores ways to maximize e-commerce in supporting the development of Edupreneurship graduate profiles and improving graduates’ competitiveness in entrepreneurship and employment sectors. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed at Al-Amien Prenduan University. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving female students of the Islamic Education Edupreneurship program who actively engage in entrepreneurial activities through e-commerce platforms. The findings reveal that optimizing e-commerce can be achieved through identifying students’ digital competencies and needs, as well as utilizing flexible technologies that support broader market access and global transactions. In addition, strategies such as enhancing digital marketing creativity, strengthening market research capabilities, and understanding consumer behavior significantly contribute to entrepreneurial development. The study concludes that e-commerce effectively fosters entrepreneurial attitudes, adaptability, and competitiveness among students in facing the challenges of the digital economy.

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of implementing digital marketing to increase the revenue of the Makicha banana chips MSME. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing in the Makicha Banana Chips MSME has a positive impact on business development, especially in increasing visibility, market reach, and business revenue. The transition from conventional marketing to the use of social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok is a strategic step in reaching a wider consumer base, including from outside the region. Although the implemented strategy is still simple, such as uploading product photos, testimonials, and sharing information through the story feature, it has been quite effective in attracting consumer interest and increasing the number of orders. However, the implementation of digital marketing is not optimal due to still being constrained by limited human resources, time, and a lack of consistency in content management, so the development of a more structured strategy in content creation is needed. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview for other MSMEs regarding the importance of utilizing social media in expanding the market to increase business revenue.

The implementation of the National Health Insurance Program has transformed the competitive dynamics of the healthcare industry in Indonesia, particularly for non-JKN private hospitals. This study aims to analyze the business strategies implemented by non-JKN hospitals in responding to market changes during the JKN era. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design involving four non-JKN hospitals in Bali, namely BIMC Hospital Kuta, BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua, Kasih Ibu General Hospital Denpasar, and RSIA Bunda Denpasar. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and were analyzed inductively through data reduction, categorization, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that non-JKN hospitals primarily adopt a differentiation focus strategy to maintain competitiveness. This strategy is reflected in premium healthcare services, faster service delivery, direct access to specialist doctors, medical tourism development, utilization of modern medical technology, and personalized patient care. The study also finds that the integration of SWOT analysis, Porter’s generic strategies, and the Balanced Scorecard supports more adaptive and sustainable business strategy implementation. Strategic success is determined by adaptive leadership, service innovation, human resource development, and the hospitals’ ability to respond to changing consumer behavior and market competition. This research confirms that non-JKN hospitals still possess significant market opportunities through service quality enhancement and premium patient segmentation amid the dominance of the JKN system.

This study addresses low student engagement and high levels of boredom in entrepreneurship courses that rely heavily on one-way PowerPoint-based lectures. Preliminary observations in-dicated that 80% of students experienced low motivation and difficulty generating innovative business ideas. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of gamification on student learning motivation and business creativity.A quantitative approach was employed using a pre-experimental (One-Group Pretest–Posttest design). The sample consisted of 25 students selected through total sampling. Gamification elements, including: points, badges, and leaderboards, were integrated into the learning process to replace conventional lecture methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of gamification significantly trans-formed student learning behavior and classroom dynamics. Students shifted from passive disengagement, characterized by limited interaction and high distraction levels, to proactive participation. Verbal interactions increased substantially, moving beyond administrative ques-tions toward meaningful business discussions. Students demonstrated heightened engagement and responsiveness during learning activities. The gamified learning environment also fostered a safe space for creative experimentation, enabling students to take entrepreneurial risks without fear of academic or financial failure. Improvements were observed across key di-mensions of business creativity, including fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The study concludes that gamification is an effective pedagogical strategy for enhancing student motivation and business creativity in entrepreneurship education. By transforming learning from a passive knowledge-transfer model into an experiential and interactive process, gami-fication supports the development of an entrepreneurial mindset among digital native students.
