The development of an institution cannot be separated from the role of the community it self. Apart from quality, the institution must also give priority to the community, consumert or customers to maintain the continuity of the institution or argency. The activities of Islamic banking institutions must be carried out as closely as possible in introducing the products and services offered by Islamic banking with the aim of increasing or even increasing public interest and trust. In connection with this research, this thesis aims to determine the lack of public interest in choosing Islamic banking products. This type of research is qualitaive research and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 30 respondents in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh districh, consisting of various professions. From the results of research conducted by researchers, 8 respondents stated that they were interested in Islamic banking , but only 3 respondents had used Islamic banking services, and the remaining 14 respondents were not interested and used conventional banking services, then 8 respondents did not respond because they assumed that Islamic banking and conventional bank are the same. Based on the data analysis from this research, the public understanding of Islamic banking are internal and external factors, including personality, motivation, attitudes, beliefs lifestyle, religion, experience, family, culture, society and service. Of   these factors, the most dominant main factors are attitude and belief factors, personality factors and community factors themselves.

PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Juridical Review of the Digital Banking System for Customer Protection discusses legal certainty for customers in banking transactions via internet banking. The study highlights the protection of customers' personal data and the security of banking information regulated in related agreements including Law no. 10 of 1998 concerning banks and Law no. 11 of 2008, which was changed to Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning electronic information and transactions. Legal protection of online banking users from cybercrime also serves as a research focus. Several studies also highlight the importance of policy protection for victims of economic crime in the banking sector. The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

Technology has changed the way businesses operate in recent decades. Rapid technological innovation has provided new opportunities for businesses to grow and develop. This needs to be done by a company as an effort to maintain loyalty customers as well as acquiring new customers. Good product quality is indeed an important factor to be able to increase company sales. However, there are other things that you should pay attention to, namely establishing good relationships with customers it is undeniable that customers are one of the factors that will affect the condition of your business. If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. Customer relationship practices help salespeople automate sales activities with a customer relationship strategy, you know when to reach out to your sales prospects, what to say, and how to say it.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

A wedding is a very important moment for everyone and requires meticulous preparation, sometimes taking months to years, but the lack of time and support from friends and family is often not enough to fulfill all the needs for planning a wedding. In this case, wedding organizers (WOs) are here to solve this problem. This study aims to examine the growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews.Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. In addition, the net profit generated shows good financial management. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of business networks, marketing strategies, service production processes, and financial management in running a wedding organizer service business.

Telkomsel is the leading provider of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia based on market share. At the end of March 2008, Telkomsel had 51.3 million subscribers, which based on industry statistics represents an estimated market share of almost 51%. Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, nationally via the dual band GSM network 900/1800 MHz and internationally via 288 international roaming partners in 155 countries (at the end of 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the company's condition by looking at the financial ratios that describe company performance and analysis of the company's optimal capital structure. The data in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency, the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology, the Directorate General of Posts and Telecommunications and the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Department of Communications and Information Technology. Data used in This research is data about the condition of the cellular telecommunications industry in Indonesia which includes expenditure, infrastructure, customers, human resources (labor). Data was taken from company condition reports (annual reports) PT. Telkomsel, PT. Indosat , and PT Excelcomindo for the quarterly period 2005-2008.

The Covid-19 pandemic has occurred. Since 2019, almost all countries in the world have experienced it. The Indonesian population is experiencing a pandemic that causes millions of people to experience difficulties, one of which is economic factors, namely in paying off debt or murabaha financing at Islamic banks and conventional banks. This is due to a decrease in daily income. If these conditions are not addressed properly, it will result in a decline in the economic growth of a country. This article aims to examine the application of the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 to the gift of restructuring murabahah financing to customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used the literature review method. In addition, this study also uses a narrative analysis method to describe the reality that occurs in the field and conducts interviews with customers and the Bank. The research study conducted in this article shows that the application of Surah Al Baqarah verse 280 during the Covid-19 pandemic can be a solution to maintain the level of economic growth in Indonesia.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

PT Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery services sector. One of the services businesses offer is sending letters and packages. Companies with this delivery service will really need a marketing strategy to attract customers who operate in the business world which aims to satisfy consumers and increase sales volume. The data collection method in preparing the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be targeted, namely the business market segment. By determining the business market segment, determining the target market determines the strategy for selecting the company. By choosing a target that suits the business market segment, the market position will automatically become the label for the business product itself in society. The marketing mix in a marketing strategy will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, this is because the product, place, price and promotion are determined according to the business market segment.

. Business mergers are carried out with many goals, including increasing company profitability and efficiency. This research contains the application of business combination accounting to the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the implementation of PSAK 22. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

The mobile technology advancement has been growth rapidly. Every persons use mobile phone to support their daily activities. This condition make banks have to change their traditional methods of customer service to adoption of information technology.Customers today require more personalized services at any time and any place. Mobilebanking is one of advanced information technologies that can employ to achieve a high level of customer services and emerging technology that permits conduct of banking transaction through mobile phone. For bank’s customers, this application will support their banking transaction if they think it has a usefulness and easy to use. The important one is customer trust to mobile banking application. This research purposes to test the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust to use of mobile banking. A survey was conducted at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru Collected data analized with multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust tend to have effect on use of mobile banking And There are still many customers who make transactions directly to the teller even though there is mobile banking.

. In today's rapidly developing digital era, product marketing strategies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are becoming increasingly important to compete and develop. Information Systems (SI) have become a very effective tool in helping MSMEs optimize the marketing of their products. This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.

Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung coffee shop is one of the coffee shops established in Lubuk Basung and has many customers. Based on observations made by the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop, it has several problems, including instability in the number of orders, consumers do not get an attractive impression when visiting, consumers only focus on one product so they do not recognize the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop brand, Teras Muzaka Coffee shop Lubuk Basung is not yet the main choice for consumers and there is a tendency for consumers to compare Teras Muzaka with other competing coffee shops.This type of research is classified as a quantitative research method with a causal associative approach. This research was conducted to see whether there is an influence of Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions at Teraz Muzaka Lubuk Basung, as well as to see the relationship between these two variables. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used was 377 respondents.Based on the research conducted, the following results were obtained: the level of respondents' achievement in the Brand awareness variable was 64% in the not good category and the purchasing decision variable was 73% in the quite good category. The results of the simple linear regression test obtained a calculated F value of 61.318 with Sig 0.000 < 0.05, so regression can be used. This means that brand awareness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The result of the regression coefficient equation is 0.538 with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The R square value is 0.138, meaning that the Brand awareness variable has an influence of 13.8% on purchasing decisions at the Teras Muzaka Lubuk Basung Coffee shop and 86.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
