This research discusses the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in the Independent Curriculum at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the character of students with six main dimensions, such as faith, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical thinking and creativity. Implementation of P5 is carried out through project-based activities involving these elements, with a focus on the theme "Local Wisdom." UNP Laboratory Development High School implements P5 every three months, involving all education stakeholders. P5 evaluation does not focus on written grades, but rather on strengthening character, especially local wisdom which describes the culture, identity and ethics of the local community. This program aims to prepare students to face the challenges of globalization while maintaining harmony with Pancasila values ​​and local wisdom. The research method used was qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews with the P5 coordinating teacher. The findings show that P5 involves project-based activities aimed at strengthening students' competencies and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implication of this research is the importance of character education that integrates local wisdom in learning to create a competent and characterful generation.

The aim of this research is to find out how this curriculum is implemented, in Indonesian language lessons in class VII MTs Negeri 3 Subang, how the independent curriculum is implemented. This research was conducted qualitatively and data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Project Based Learning (PBL) approach, formative evaluation and literacy improvement for students, are all used to adopt the independent curriculum. The implementation of this curriculum has resulted in increased student independence and the development of soft skills. Overall, the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Negeri 3 Subang supports student independence, facilitates critical learning, and develops Pancasila character. The obstacles faced require further attention to increase the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, although there are obstacles related to the availability of books and teacher understanding. The effectiveness of the curriculum is assessed through student self-evaluation and teacher observation. Limited resources and teachers' understanding of the curriculum are some of the obstacles. This research provides insight into the difficulties and opportunities of an independent curriculum to improve the quality of education at the secondary level.

This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the "kurikulum merdeka" (independent curriculum). Educational institutions are now encouraged to implement a "kurikulum merdeka" that is oriented towards liberation and independence. The "kurikulum merdeka" serves as an educational approach aimed at granting students the freedom to develop their own potentials and interests, as well as preparing them to face real-world challenges. This research falls under the category of literature review, conducted by utilizing literature sources such as books, notes, and research reports from previous studies. Based on the findings and discussions related to the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" in educational institutions, it can be concluded that evaluation is an integral component of the ongoing curriculum process. Steps involved in the evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" include establishing evaluation goals, identifying performance indicators, data collection, data analysis, discussion and collaboration, formulation of recommendations, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The evaluation of the "kurikulum merdeka" should involve the participation of all stakeholders and be open to changes and continuous improvement. Thus, evaluation becomes not only a necessity but also an instrument to continually advance educational institutions towards improvement.

This article provides a good understanding of the background, system, curriculum and problems in Islamic education in Malaysia. There are several important points in this article, namely about the background of Islamic education in Malaysia: The history of the arrival of Islam to Malaysia in the 14th century and its main role in society after the arrival of the Malays explains the roots of Islamic education in Malaysia. The presence of Islamic scholars and scholars in Islamic preaching in Malaysia reflects the importance of religious education in the culture and history of the country; Development of Islamic Education in Malaysia: this article details the development of Islamic education in Malaysia in three periods: the early period, the period of British rule, and the period after independence. These include the introduction of Islamic education subjects in public schools after independence and the establishment of Islamic higher education institutions; Islamic Education System in Malaysia: explains the structure of the Islamic education system in Malaysia, including its stages such as pre-school, primary, secondary, and pre-university education. An explanation of exams and qualifications also provides a good understanding of how students move through the education system. ; Educational Curriculum in Malaysia: The educational curriculum in Malaysia is explained with a focus on subjects, tests, and language of instruction; outlines changes in curriculum over time and the emphasis on languages of instruction, including English, in education; Problems and Policies in the Education System: covers several problems facing the Malaysian education system, such as access gaps, ethnic issues, and language of instruction. The government has responded with policies such as scholarship programs, skills-based education, and improved teacher training; Policies in the Education System: A number of policies that have been implemented in Malaysia, such as the Basic National Education and skills-based education programs, are also described in this paper providing a good view of the evolution and challenges of Islamic education in Malaysia as well as the government's efforts to overcome existing problems. . This is important to understand how Islamic education plays a role in Malaysia's multicultural and multiethnic society.

As we already know, the independent curriculum is a new curriculum that is currently being published. From year to year, the educational curriculum is increasingly undergoing changes, these changes are adapted to technological developments and developments in this new industrial era. Approximately 2 years ago, in the pandemic era or Covid-19 era, the curriculum that applied in schools was the 2013 curriculum and the prototype curriculum. The prototype curriculum is a curriculum that develops progress from the 2013 curriculum, where the curriculum is referred to as the emergency curriculum for the 2022 and 2023 school years. At that time the government established the Merdeka curriculum for all schools deemed ready to implement this curriculum, various technical guidance that is currently needed for school principals as well as teachers and educational staff in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, it can be implemented through technical guidance, which is carried out online. This online guidance is expected to be able to make participants comfortable and more motivated to continue following or remain focused until the material and learning design they want to achieve is achieved properly. good and students can receive the results of guidance from these techniques using the learning management system

The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia assesses that there are still many Islamic boarding schools that have not yet been established, so they need to strive for their independence. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion has launched the “Pesantren Independence Road Map” (2021). This study examines the independence of Islamic boarding schools based on kopontren at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS). The aim is to prove the independence of PPS. The research method used is qualitative research which analyzes data in the form of statements and documentation. From the research conducted, it was found evidence that PPS is an independent Islamic boarding school both in terms of institutional, management, curriculum, manpower and funding aspects. This independence is achieved through the implementation of management principles such as planning, organizing, acting and controlling in managing the pesantren. In addition, the study also found that there are seven characteristics of PPS independence, namely having a business charity that is able to finance the financial needs of the pesantren, being able to manage its finances from the time the students register to completing their studies at the pesantren, being able to meet the basic needs of the students, being able to manage and determine the educational curriculum for the students. santri independently, not asking for help from other parties or the government to build pesantren. In addition, it has educational institutions, da'wah, social, economic and alumni networks that support the independence of pesantren.

One of the main focuses of the Merdeka Curriculum is literacy skills. Indonesian is a subject that teaches literacy skills, one of which is the sub-aspect of writing poetry. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the acrostic technique in improving the poetry writing skills of class X at SMKN 1 Magetan. The research method used is a quantitative research that compares the results between the two cycles. The results of the study found that the acrostic technique increased students' poetry writing skills. Based on the findings, the researcher suggestthator teachers use the acrostic technique as an alternative method of teaching poetry writing skills because it has been proven to be able to improve students' competence and learning activities.

 The Independent Curriculum was determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a decree number 347 of 2022 regarding guidelines for implementing the Independent Curriculum in madrasah. So the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah becomes a demand for madrasah. The research uses a library research. The data research related to the Independent Curriculum and the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 347 of 2022 concerning the Independent Curriculum. The Analyzing data of this research using a way to describe the data in the study (content analysis). The Independent Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum implements learning according to the abilities of students which gives more space to develop student’s basic character and competence. The Character abilities that support interactive learning is by developing abilities and having characters in the form of noble character, diversity, independence, critical and creative reasoning. Have a focus on essential learning and adapts to the abilities of the students. The Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was developed in Indonesia with the aim to improve the quality of education. Its implementation is adjusted to the needs and characteristics of students which can facilitate the learning process without feeling burdened in the implementation of learning in Madrasahs. It is because the process of implementing the Independent Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Curriculum is more profound, fun and independent. Implementation of the Independent Madrasah Ibrtidaiyah Curriculum in accordance with KMA RI No. 347 Year 2022 is supported by the existence of the Independent Learning platform which is easily accessible. The Independent Curriculum application contains teaching tools needed by students and teachers to facilitate the learning process.
