This study examines how women entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector leverage digital technology to strengthen their roles in the urban tourism ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data and non-intervention observations over six months in South Jakarta, the study analyzes the dynamics of digital adoption, the cultural value of creative products, and structural barriers affecting women's entrepreneurial experiences. The findings reveal that digital utilization is most prominent on easily accessible platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, while the use of more complex tools, such as marketplaces, websites, and analytics, remains limited. Women’s creative products, in subsectors like culinary, crafts, fashion, and others, prove to enrich the tourism experience and reinforce the city's destination identity. However, low digital literacy, minimal mentoring, and weak integration into the formal tourism supply chain hinder the optimization of these potentials. Additionally, the digital adoption patterns found support the Technology Acceptance Model's explanation that the perceived ease of use is a key factor in early technology adoption. This study fills an important gap in the literature by linking gender issues, digital transformation, the creative economy, and urban tourism within a unified framework. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and structured collaboration between women-led MSMEs and tourism stakeholders to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

The results of the research indicate several local potentials that can be developed into superior products, namely creative industries in the form of pandan leaf crafts and crafts from recycled plastic, fisheries such as salted fish, and livestock including acacia honey cultivation. In addition, there is also the potential for tourism that can be developed. Based on the OVOP criteria and SWOT analysis, the potential of the village that can be developed as a flagship product is in the cultivation of acacia honey. The availability of land and bee feed in acacia and palm plantations, as well as opportunities in national and international markets, means that acacia honey cultivation also provides a chance for communities to engage in sustainable businesses while enhancing public awareness of forest and environmental conservation. The cultivation of acacia honey also serves as a preventive solution to the cases of forest and peatland fires that frequently occur in Mak Teduh Village.

Indonesia is currently experiencing enormous changes, namely being in the era of globalization and free trade, where companies are required to be able to compete with other countries in order to maintain the existence of their companies (Rohayatin, 2021:2). On the other hand, government organizations are also required to have better good governance, this can be seen by the Indonesian people becoming increasingly critical of everything the government does (Dwiyanto, 2021:1). The public demands a good governance pattern through the principles of good governance (transparency, accountability and credibility) (Imbaruddin, 2019: 86). Good governance is basically a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and their implementation that can be held accountable together as a consensus reached by the government, citizens and the private sector for the administration of government (Prokomsetda, 2017). This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of leadership style and organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Department.

Sikka Regency is an area with superior tourism potential but the contribution of the tourism sector does not have a significant influence on economic growth, this is due to the low contribution of the creative economy in supporting the tourism sector which is influenced by less attractive and competitive creative economy products, lack of promotion and branding, lack of collaboration and partnership between tourism actors and creative economy actors and lack of support from the government and related institutions. To overcome these problems, the proposed solution is the existence of regulations as a strong legal foundation and framework for policies and programs that support the creative economy in Sikka Regency. The writing of this Policy Paper aims to enable the creative economy to contribute more to the development of the tourism sector in Sikka Regency and increase regional economic growth as well as policy recommendations to overcome the low contribution of the creative economy to support tourism in Sikka Regency. The method used in this paper is problem tree analysis involving literature study, field observation and in-depth interviews with tourism and creative economy actors. The recommended policy option is a Sikka Regent Regulation on Creative Economy that can provide a legal framework and programs that support the development of the creative economy sector in Sikka Regency.

The mutual influence relationship between literature and tourism occurs in creative inspiration and destination promotion. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the contributions of both. Laskar Pelangi, by Andrea Hirata, is an example of literary success in promoting Bangka Belitung. This research aims to examine the tourism values in this novel and in the context of how literary works are able to increase the popularity of the destination. This research uses qualitative methods with a hermeneutical approach. The findings of this research conclude that the value of tourism in the novel Laskar Pelangi is reflected through natural beauty, cultural richness and emotional experiences. This has the potential to increase the popularity of tourist destinations, especially in Bangka Belitung.
