The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation on the work productivity of employees at the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali. This research is quantitative research with a type of causal research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees of the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to determine the profile of respondents and multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research conclude that direct compensation and indirect compensation have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Five Star Hotel Badung Bali.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and compensation on work productivity in PR. Makmur. Respondents in this study were PR. Makmur production employees. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from PR.Makmur companies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a significant effect on work productivity and workload and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee produktivity. This research aims to examine the effects of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in PT Fimaha Serang. The study utilized a multiple linear regression analysis to investigate the relationships between the independent variables (compensation, work discipline, and motivation) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Data was collected from 50 employees working in the production department, and a structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The findings indicated that work discipline had a significant and positive impact on employee productivity, while compensation and motivation showed positive effects, but their contributions were weaker and did not reach statistical significance at the 0.05 level. This study highlights the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee productivity and suggests that further investigation is needed to understand the roles of compensation and motivation in improving employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for PT Fimaha Serang in optimizing factors that can boost employee productivity, particularly by emphasizing the importance of maintaining and improving work discipline. Further analysis and consideration are recommended when formulating compensation and motivation policies to enhance overall employee productivity.

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This study wants to explain in detail the influence of motivation, compensation and service on employee productivity. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. Processing data using a purposive sampling technique. As for the research sample, namely employees who work at PT Inalum. The results of the study show that by providing great motivation to employees, employee performance is considered to be more productive. Compensation is also essential in increasing employees' morale at PT Inalum. By providing payment to employees, employees will be more diligent in carrying out their respective duties, likewise with training which has a vital role in honing every employee's abilities at PT Inalum. It can be concluded that motivation, compensation and training greatly influence employee work productivity.

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD.
