The Pantai Indah Pohe tourist area in Pohe Village, Gorontalo City, holds significant potential as a premier coastal tourism destination. However, challenges such as a lack of adequate location markers and insufficient visual promotion strategies hinder its development. To address these issues, a community service initiative was carried out by the D4 Architecture and Building Construction (ABG) Program at Gorontalo State University. The initiative aimed to enhance the visual image of the area and foster greater community involvement in promoting local tourism. The project adopted a participatory approach, actively engaging the village government, tourism awareness groups, and residents of various age groups. The activities involved creating and installing a new signage system for the "Pantai Indah Pohe" area, which serves as a crucial element for enhancing the visibility of the tourist spot. In addition, community engagement was facilitated through events such as coloring contests and sack races, aimed at promoting a sense of unity and local pride. The outcomes of this initiative revealed an increase in community awareness regarding the importance of visual promotion for tourism. It also fostered stronger social connections between local residents and academics, contributing to the community’s sense of ownership and pride in their local resources. Furthermore, the initiative provided tangible contributions to the strengthening of the local identity, with community members actively participating in the improvement process. The project aligns with Community-Based Tourism (CBT) principles and placemaking theory, which emphasize the importance of community involvement in shaping tourist destinations. This community service activity serves as an exemplary model of integrating architectural design, education, and sustainable tourism development, showcasing how academic and community collaboration can drive positive changes in local tourism promotion.

Islamization emerged because of the concerns of Muslim intellectuals who saw that Muslims were in crisis due to the application of secular-based Western science. The secular concept of science is not suitable for Muslims because it separates religion from science. So far, Islam is believed to have a very important role in coloring the building of science. However, in reality, Muslim society seems to be forced to implement secular teachings in life because of the rapid flow of secularization. This condition is a concern for Islamic thinkers, because it could endanger Islamic faith. Thus, a critical opinion emerged from a Muslim scholar who came up with the idea of the Islamization of science, namely Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi and Syad Naquib Al-Attas. Both of them saw that the phenomenon of scientific development had deviated from Islamic teachings. So that it has the impact of someone becoming secular. This research aims to discuss the Islamization of science according to the thoughts of Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi and Syad Naquib Al-Attas. The method used in this research is a research library, by collecting previous articles and sources. The results of this research reveal that Al-Faruqi and Al-Attas have similarities in their thinking, namely that they both think that the main problem of the Muslim crisis is science developed by the West.

Community empowerment in making environmentally friendly dish soap from lime extract and pandan leaves is not just a service activity. It is a movement that aims to change people's consumption patterns, protect the environment, and improve economic welfare. Toxins are toxic and harmful substances produced in products. In addition, pandanus is also useful as a natural coloring material, but using it has a drawback, which is that the color is not very striking. The method used for community service activities in making environmentally friendly dish soap from lime extract and pandan leaves to increase public awareness of the dangers of chemicals is the demonstration method. The demonstration method is to demonstrate or show something in front of the public (Dewanti et al., 2020). Planning, implementation, elaboration and conclusion. The above stages provide guidance in implementing the extension program for making dish soap for the economically weak community in Tugan village, and ensure systematic and directed preparation, implementation, elaboration, and conclusions. According to the long-term impact evaluation, there is a possibility of an increase in the number of people interested in entrepreneurial training, opportunities for economic growth, and the emergence of a desire to participate in socio-economic empowerment. Wontons consist of skin and filling. Generally, wonton skin is made from wheat flour, oil, water and salt. In this research, wonton skin was made with different characteristics by replacing wheat flour with tangmien flour. The wheat flour in wonton skin can be replaced 100% with tangmien flour because it has fine and soft characteristics which make the wonton skin color more transparent white and have a flexible texture. One effort to increase nutritional value and appearance is by adding green spinach (amarathus hybridus l.) juice. Green spinach contains chlorophyll which can be used as a natural coloring in food processing. Green spinach is mixed with 20gr, 40gr and 60gr of tangmien flour which is useful for changing the color of the wonton skin so that it has different color variants. Research Objectives: 1) To determine the sensory quality of wonton skin which includes color, texture, aroma and taste; and 2) To determine the nutritional content which includes energy, carbohydrates, fiber, iron, and vitamins A, B, C. This research uses an experimental method. The data collection technique was carried out by observation using a questionnaire sheet in the form of an instrument with 30 panelists. The data analysis technique used was single ANOVA followed by Duncan's test. To determine the nutritional content (energy, carbohydrates, fiber, iron, and vitamins A, B, C) laboratory tests are carried out. The results of the research show: 1) There is an effect of substitution of green spinach juice on the sensory quality of color and no effect on the sensory quality of texture, aroma and taste; and 2) The nutritional content of the product is Energy 305.80 kcal/100g, Carbohydrates 38.60%, Fiber 3.80%, Iron 2.85 mg/100g, Vitamin A 98.65mg/100g, Vitamin B 4.15mg /100g, Vitamin C 8.10mg/100g.   Keywords: , , ..
