The Legal Unit plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with banking regulations, particularly in managing customer documents related to data protection and legal risk reduction. This study aims to explore the role and performance of the Legal Unit in managing customer files at Bank Sumsel Babel, Kapten A. Rivai Main Branch, and to identify obstacles and possible solutions. The method chosen in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis, which were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The research findings indicate that the Legal Unit is responsible for ensuring that document management is carried out regularly, securely, and in accordance with applicable banking regulations. The implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal supervision, and the use of digital archives contribute to legal compliance and minimize the risk of document loss and information leakage. Problems encountered include limitations in human resources and incompatibility with digital systems. Therefore, improvements in document management technology, training for human resources, and periodic SOP evaluation are needed to improve the effectiveness of the Legal Unit's work and maintain customer trust.

This study examines eschatology within the framework of Catholic faith as a reflection of faith and hope of salvation, not merely as a depiction of the end times. The background highlights the need to avoid reducing eschatology to a sole event of judgment day, by emphasizing the close relationship between eschatology, Christology, and soteriology, as well as the role of faith in the daily life of Catholic believers. The aim of the study is to articulate eschatology as an integrative framework that connects faith, hope, love, sacraments, liturgy, and inculturation in the Church’s praxis, and to consolidate the active participation of the faithful in the Kingdom of God, which has been initiated but not yet completed. The research method is descriptive-analytical literature review, comparing the views of experts, the Church Magisterium, and contemporary liturgical and theological documents to construct a comprehensive theoretical framework. The main findings indicate that Catholic eschatology functions as a moral and spiritual engine: (1) it integrates the “already and not yet” in the experience of faith; (2) it links eschatological hope with the actions of love, justice, and social liberation; (3) it bridges private faith with sacramental practice and inculturation. Theological and pastoral implications include strengthening faith formation, participation in liturgy, and an imaginative response to present-day social and environmental challenges. This narrative affirms a living, inclusive, and relevant eschatology for the Church’s life of faith in the contemporary era.

The phenomenon of megachurches represents one of the most significant developments in contemporary Christianity, reflecting shifts in church organizational structures, leadership patterns, and engagement with modern culture. Despite their rapid growth, megachurches have drawn criticism, particularly regarding reliance on charismatic leadership, the prominence of prosperity theology narratives, and the potential weakening of communal dimensions in church life. This study aims to analyze the megachurch phenomenon through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates the sociology of religion and ecclesiological reflection. Employing a qualitative method, this research utilizes literature analysis and a phenomenological approach to understand leadership dynamics and religious practices within large church contexts. The findings indicate that megachurch growth is driven by a combination of charismatic leadership, complex organizational systems, and adaptation to contemporary culture, including digitalization and religious consumerism. However, this model also generates tension with New Testament ecclesiological principles that emphasize participatory community and servant leadership. This study contributes to practical theology by offering an integrative analysis and provides a reflective basis for churches to evaluate their organizational forms and leadership practices in light of foundational theological principles.

Schools are formal educational institutions that play a crucial role in transferring knowledge and shaping students' cognitive, psychomotor, and character development systematically and responsibly. While the "school of life" is often defined as a non-formal learning space, formal schools retain a strategic position because they provide a clear ontological, epistemological, and axiological framework, including in the formation of students' character and self-concept. However, the reality on the ground shows that labeling practices are still prevalent in the school environment, both by teachers and fellow students, which negatively impact students' psychological, emotional, social, and self-concept. Negative labels such as stupid, lazy, naughty, or physical and social labels have been shown to cause "invisible wounds" that affect students' self-esteem and functioning in the long term. This study uses qualitative methods through a literature review to examine the phenomenon of labeling and its impact on the formation of students' self-concept within the framework of Christian Character Education. The results of the study indicate that Christian Character Education, which is based on the values of love, acceptance, and respect for human dignity as God's creation, has a strategic role in restoring the self-concept of students affected by labeling. Christian character education not only instills moral and ethical values, but also builds students' inner and spiritual resilience so that they are able to interpret themselves positively, regardless of the negative labels they receive.

This study aims to analyze Paul as an educator through an epistemological and methodological examination of his letters, as well as an examination of his teaching style within the context of the early church. This research approach is qualitative theological, employing exegetical and hermeneutic analysis of New Testament texts, particularly Paul's letters. This analysis reveals that Paul's educational epistemology is rooted in his encounter with Christ as the source of all truth and spiritual knowledge. According to Paul, knowledge of faith is not the result of human rationality, but rather God's revelation, understood through the work of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:10–13). Methodologically, Paul demonstrates a dialogical, argumentative, relational, and transformative teaching approach. He uses logical and communicative rhetoric to guide the congregation in a reflective understanding of the Gospel and emphasizes the importance of living examples as a means of learning faith (1 Corinthians 11:1). Paul also developed a Christocentric and communitarian teaching style, where the church is seen as a living, mutually edifying space for learning about faith, centered on the love of Christ (Colossians 1:28; Ephesians 4:11–16). The results of this study indicate that education, from Paul's perspective, aims for life transformation, not merely the transfer of knowledge. Paul views education as a process of discipleship that produces new life in Christ (Romans 12:2; Galatians 2:20). Thus, Paul's educational model provides theological and practical contributions to contemporary Christian education, placing Christ at the center of epistemology and love as the primary method of teaching.

This research is motivated by the persistent difficulty elementary school-aged children have in controlling their emotions and behavior in social situations, particularly within the context of church community development. The study aimed to examine the effect of Christian values-based emotion management training on improving children's self-control. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design on 30 children aged 7–12 years at the GPM Wonreli–Kisar Congregation. The intervention was implemented over four days through activities involving emotion recognition, value reflection, emotion regulation training, and social simulations. Data were collected using a self-control scale and analyzed using paired-difference tests and effect size calculations. The results showed a significant increase in self-control scores after the training, with the largest changes in rule compliance and impulse control, and a more moderate increase in resilience to frustration. The effect size indicates a strong practical impact of the changes. These findings indicate that training that integrates social experiences and value reflection can facilitate the shift in behavioral control from external control to internal awareness. Practically, this research provides a basis for developing a community-based child development program that emphasizes not only discipline but also the understanding of values in character formation and self-regulation.

This paper discusses the role of education in shaping students' ability to recognize and appreciate religious diversity within Indonesia's pluralistic society. Indonesia, as a pluralistic nation, boasts a diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions, which demands the instilling of tolerance from an early age, particularly through educational institutions. Students are understood as individuals developing intellectually, morally, socially, and spiritually, requiring systematic guidance to understand differences as a gift from God. Recognizing and appreciating religious diversity is not merely about passive tolerance but also encompasses the ability to respect others' beliefs, engage in dialogue, and coexist peacefully without losing one's faith identity. Through education, particularly Christian Religious Education and Pancasila Education, values of tolerance can be instilled through curriculum integration, teacher role models, an inclusive school environment, and practices such as opportunities to worship according to one's religion, interfaith cooperation, and social activities. Teachers play a strategic role as facilitators and role models in fostering empathy and appreciation for differences. Various strategies such as integrating multicultural values, providing worship spaces, strengthening cooperation, and cultivating mutual respect have proven effective in developing tolerant character in students. Research results indicate that education that emphasizes the value of tolerance aligns with the spirit of Pancasila and the teachings of Christ's love in the Bible. Therefore, developing students who value religious diversity is a long-term investment in creating a peaceful, just, and civilized society. Education that prioritizes inclusivity provides a crucial foundation for a generation capable of becoming agents of peace amidst the nation's diversity.

Cross-cultural ministry is a tangible manifestation of the Great Commission of Christ, which calls the church to reach all nations without geographical or cultural boundaries. This article describes the experience of spiritual ministry among the diaspora Christian community in the Middle East conducted by a team from the Kerusso Theological Seminary of Indonesia. The activity not only aimed to strengthen the faith of the congregation living under cultural and social pressures but also served as a means of nurturing contextual Christian spirituality and character. Through revival services, Bible teaching, and pastoral accompaniment, the congregation experienced a genuine transformation of faith—from weakness to steadfastness and hope. This study affirms that cross-cultural ministry is not merely a mission activity but a concrete expression of transformative and participatory Christian education. It demonstrates that when ministry is carried out with contextual understanding and empathy, profound spiritual change can occur even amid intercultural challenges.

This study examines the differences between Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and large corporations in utilizing e-commerce platforms for digital promotion, particularly through collaborations with influencers. The rapid development of digital technology has reshaped business competition and created unequal access to market opportunities, where corporations benefit from strong financial capacity, formal contractual structures, and comprehensive legal compliance, while MSMEs often struggle with limited resources, inconsistent product legality, and informal promotional arrangements. This research aims to analyze comparative practices in digital promotion between the two business scales and evaluate how regulatory frameworks support digital fairness for MSMEs within Indonesia’s e-commerce ecosystem. Using a qualitative method that combines literature review and in-depth interviews with three influencers, the study reveals significant distinctions in collaboration patterns, compensation systems, marketing flexibility, and legal assurance. The findings indicate that MSMEs exhibit higher adaptability and openness toward emerging creators, whereas corporations demonstrate stronger professionalism but lower responsiveness due to bureaucratic structures. The research further highlights persistent digital inequality shaped by differences in legal awareness, operational capacity, and marketing strategy. These findings imply the importance of enhancing MSME digital literacy, strengthening contractual governance, and improving regulatory responsiveness to ensure equitable participation in the digital market. Strengthening cooperative efforts between government, digital platforms, and influencer communities is essential for building a fairer and more inclusive e-commerce environment.

The implementation of Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays an important role in strengthening the spiritual growth of the congregation through Sunday worship as a means of continuous faith formation. This research and community service (PKM) activity was conducted at the GKSI Kampung Rama Church with the aim of understanding how PAK is implemented in Sunday worship and its impact on the spiritual life of the congregation. The method used was a qualitative-descriptive approach that included observation, field questionnaires, and literature study. The results of the study show that the church implements PAK through various elements of worship such as sermons, Bible readings, liturgy, praise, and special programs such as catechism, Sunday school, and cell groups. All of these elements complement each other to guide the congregation towards maturity in faith and a comprehensive understanding of God's word. However, there are several challenges in implementing PAK, such as limited teaching staff, lack of facilities, the influence of culture and globalization, and lack of support from families and congregations in spiritual guidance. To overcome these challenges, the Church has made several improvements, such as improving the quality of teaching the Word, developing participatory worship, utilizing technology to train ministers, and forming communities for spiritual guidance after worship. Through these efforts, the spiritual growth of the congregation has shown positive and more focused changes. Thus, the implementation of PAK through Sunday worship has proven to be effective in helping the congregation grow spiritually and strengthen their faith in their daily lives.

The rapid expansion of digital technologies has intensified financial misinformation and disinformation, particularly through illegal online loans and online gambling targeting communities with limited digital and financial literacy. This community engagement program in Dusun Munggur, Girimulyo Village, aimed to strengthen residents’ ability to identify and respond to deceptive digital practices through contextualized education on risk indicators, manipulative design strategies, and verification methods. Using a three-hour interactive socialization combining visuals, discussion, and a short comprehension exercise, the program improved participants’ understanding of how fraudulent financial schemes operate and how personal data, behavioral triggers, and algorithmic amplification are exploited. Participants demonstrated greater awareness of suspicious platforms, increased confidence in evaluating online offers, and requested sustained resources such as booklets and reporting guides for household- and community-level prevention. Although effective in raising immediate awareness, the intervention was limited by the lack of long-term behavioral assessment and the rapidly evolving nature of digital fraud. The program underscores the importance of community-centered, preventive literacy to mitigate digital financial risks in rural Indonesia.

This community service activity was conducted in a Christian ministry institution located in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The Student Creativity Program (PKM) was motivated by the reality that many people in Makassar have not yet known or believed in Isa Al-Masih (Jesus Christ )as Lord and Savior. As a city with a predominantly non-Christian population, evangelism in Makassar needs to be carried out contextually, wisely, and lovingly, without offending the beliefs of the surrounding community. The “PI 3 Saja” method (an acronym for Evangelism anytime, anywhere, and to anyone) serves as a relevant and effective strategy for reaching out to society. Through the 5P approach (Pertalian—Relationship, Peralihan—Transition, Penginsafan—Conviction, Pengabaran—Proclamation, and Penyelesaian—Commitment), this method emphasizes the importance of friendship, empathy, and naturally sharing the Gospel in everyday conversations. The purpose of this activity was to train participants in the institution to become contextual evangelists who can share the Good News without coercion, but rather through exemplary living and genuine friendship with others. The training and field practice results showed positive responses from the community, the formation of small discipleship groups (house churches), and an increased sense of courage and sensitivity among participants in sharing the Gospel in non-Christian environments. This activity demonstrates that evangelism can remain relevant and effective when it prioritizes love, relationships, and sensitivity to local culture.

This community service activity aims to strengthen the leadership capacity of youth and congregations at the Faithful Christian Church of Indonesia (GKSI) Ampadi, West Kalimantan, through empowerment programs and training based on spiritual values. The church as a faith community has a strategic responsibility in creating leadership regeneration, but the reality on the ground shows that youth involvement in ministry is still limited. This service activity was carried out with a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, through stages of observation, literature study, spiritual leadership training, cross-generational mentoring, and direct assistance to participants. The results of the activity showed that the low participation of youth in GKSI Ampadi was caused by a lack of structural development, the dominance of the senior generation, and the absence of a clear cadre system. Through a Bible-based leadership training program, the formation of an inclusive ministry team, and ongoing mentoring, there was a significant increase in youth involvement and synergy between congregations. In addition, this activity produced a leadership cadre roadmap as a strategic guide for the church in developing human resources for ministry. This service activity not only had an impact on improving the quality of service and congregational activity, but also strengthened the process of sustainable leadership regeneration within the local church environment. It is hoped that this empowerment model can be applied contextually by other churches to build dynamic, inclusive, and contemporary service communities.
