Unregistered marriage (nikah sirri) is a phenomenon that has attracted the attention of many, both from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. This study aims to critically examine nikah sirri, including its definition, legal basis, and the social impacts it causes. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data from various sources, including legal literature, interviews, and case studies. The results show that although nikah sirri is recognized under Islamic law, its practice often conflicts with the state's legal protection and can have negative consequences, especially for women and children. The issue of nikah sirri is complex as it involves two different legal domains—religious law and state law. On the one hand, nikah sirri may be considered valid according to Islamic principles if it fulfills the requirements and pillars of marriage. On the other hand, since it is not recorded in the state’s administrative system, it raises several legal and social issues, particularly regarding the protection of women's and children's rights. Therefore, a well-structured problem formulation is needed to thoroughly explore the conflicts and gaps between Islamic law and positive law in addressing the practice of nikah sirri.

Analyzing the study of diphthongs and consonant clusters in the children's reading book" wading the ocean of life " by Muh.Sunardiyantothis research uses the literature study method. This research aims to determine the types of children's diversity in learning. The method used in the research is literature study or literature review. There are 2 journals that are suitable for this research. The results of this research show that children's diversity in learning is a phenomenon that is increasingly recognized as a key aspect in education. Children bring a variety of backgrounds, cultures, interests, and abilities to their learning environment. By embracing diversity, educators can create an inclusive environment and allow every child to develop to their potential.

This research explores the intricate relationship between digital citizenship, moral development, and family-based character education, focusing on integrating technology. Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

The lack of human awareness of environmental problems and limited natural resources is a challenge that needs to be corrected for the survival of future generations. Raising awareness through environmental literacy habits needs to be instilled from basic education, this is done because instilling character values will be more effective given from an early age. Infographic media is a way to convey overall information clearly, complexly and quickly. With the aim of knowing the use of infographics regarding the problem of preserving natural resources as an effort to increase environmental literacy in elementary school students. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Infographics are an interesting medium for increasing environmental literacy in students. Students can be guided to collect and analyze problems in the surrounding environment, analyze the impacts that will occur, and find solutions to overcome these problems which are outlined in the form of infographics. By instilling environmental literacy in children from an early age, it is possible for students to have an attitude of caring about the environment.

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.

The importance of good character building has become a major concern, considering that it is very influential in the formation of moral foundations and individual behavior. Adolescent character is something that is very crucial to be considered by parents through quality time. This research focuses on the role of parents in improving children's character through quality time. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the literature study method, this research emphasizes an in-depth understanding of this phenomenon through detailed descriptions. The results show that parents have a role as the main role model in improving adolescent character. Parents have a huge responsibility in educating their children. In conclusion, the emphasis on qualoity time in improving adolescent character is an important foundation in improving character with parents having a central role in this process as the main moral pillar and guidance for adolescents.  

A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

A multidisciplinary approach is a method in education that combines various disciplines to create a better understanding. This approach recognizes that the real world is not divided into separate categories of knowledge, therefore it tries to bring together various disciplines so that students can see the connections between concepts.  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary approach method in the context of learning at the primary school level. The background of this research is based on the need to develop a holistic learning approach that suits the needs of today's children. A literature study was conducted to determine the concept of multidisciplinary approach and its impact on learning achievement and development of primary school children. The literature study method was used to collect, review and synthesize related research findings. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential application of the multidisciplinary approach in learning at the primary school level. The practical implications of the findings can provide direction for the development of more effective curriculum and teaching methods at the primary school level.   

This study aims to describe how students develop during the elementary school period (6-12 years) in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is a literature study obtained from several sources such as books, journals and research articles that are appropriate to this research. The research results show that the characteristics of a child's development are different, and it depends on the factors that influence a person's development. The developmental characteristics of school-aged children include physical, motoric, intellectual, language development, social & emotional development, religious moral awareness. There are many factors that influence development which will cause problems in development. These factors include genetic factors and environmental factors. In this case, teachers must have knowledge in maximizing aspects of children's development. Apart from that, teachers must be able to foster good cooperation with parents, the community and all people involved in the smooth running of the education process at school.

Education is the most important sector in the rise of a nation and state. The pattern of education in Indonesia has undergone many changes from time to time, many changes have been raised or these changes, one of which is the emergence of an independent curriculum and creating a P5 learning program. This P5 learning runs effectively. With this P5 or Pancasila Student Profile is a good influence and reference in developing student competence and character which is the main goal of this independent curriculum. P5 has 5 dimensions, namely; The values of mutual aid, social justice, democracy, the One and Only God, and just and civilized humanity. This study aims to illustrate the importance of the role of P5 in Catholic Religious Education or other learning. The research methods that children use are observational research methods and use literature review research methods, and several other sources such as articles, journals, related books.

Character education is a system of instilling character values in school members which includes components of knowledge, intelligence or will, and actions to implement these values. Character education is a deliberate effort to build good character based on core virtues that are objectively good for individuals and society. The research method used is a qualitative method involving data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data collected was then analyzed inductively, namely by identifying patterns, themes and concepts that emerged from the data. The purpose of this literature is to determine teacher strategies and creativity as an effort to improve character education for students. The results of the research show that the improvement efforts made by teachers at RA Maghfirah have been very good, teachers always accustom children to what they have been taught. The strategy used by teacher RA Maghfirah in forming children's character is related to habitual activities. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that teachers can use various models, methods and learning media to increase students' creative thinking.

This research aims to determine the review of Islamic law regarding artificial insemination in humans. And to find out the maqashid of sharia on artificial insemination in humans. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, study results related to the research to be conducted. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that artificial insemination in humans in terms of Islamic law is (1) sperm cells and ovum from the husband and wife themselves, and the embryos are not transferred into the womb of another woman (entrusted mother), if the condition of the husband and wife concerned really requires it and (2) artificial insemination or IVF with sperm and/or ovum donors brings more harm than good. The problem is that it can help married couples where both or one of them is infertile or there are natural obstacles in the husband and/or wife that prevent sperm cells from meeting with egg cells. Yusuf Qaradawi said that if sperm comes from another man, whether known or unknown, then this is forbidden. Likewise, if the egg cells come from another woman, or the egg cells belong to the wife, but the uterus belongs to another woman, this is not allowed. Sheikh Mamud Syaltut said that artificial insemination uses the sperm of another man (not her husband). The law is the same as adultery and children born as a result of this kind of insemination have the same status as children born outside of a valid marriage. Traditional games are games passed down from ancestors, but traditional games have been marginalized because in the modern era 4.0 the use of technology is very much used in everyday life. The technology that is often used is cellphones. The use of cellphones starts from teenagers, adults and even children who use cellphones like elementary school children. Mobile phones are usually used by children to play online games because children can play online games anywhere and anytime, which results in children not playing with their peers because they are already engrossed and focused on the online games on their mobile phones. This research aims to explore the character values ​​that can be instilled in elementary school students through game congklak or barn. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review. The results of this research show that the traditional game congklak or lumbung can instill character values ​​in elementary school students such as the values ​​of honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity, curiosity, independence, communicativeness, responsibility and respect for achievement.

This research explores the potential of Indonesian animated children's songs videos in supporting vocabulary development in toddlers. Sampling from the "Lagu Anak Indonesia Balita" channel on YouTube, the study utilizes observational methods of visual style and literature review to understand children's visual responses to the content. The results indicate that Indonesian animated children's song videos, with their short duration and repetitive lyrics, can create an enjoyable learning experience. From a phonological perspective, the repetition of sounds in the lyrics aids in the recognition of language sounds. Semantic aspects are represented through the introduction of various vocabulary in an easily digestible manner. The simple syntax of the lyrics supports the understanding of basic sentence structures, and pragmatically, these songs can be applied in everyday communicative contexts. In conclusion, Indonesian animated children's song videos can positively contribute to the vocabulary development of toddlers through a holistic and enjoyable approach. The findings of this research can serve as a foundation for the development of early childhood education curricula that effectively utilize animated media.

This research aims to understand the concept of a wife's income from an Islamic legal perspective. And to find out whether the husband is obliged to increase his wife's income when the price of household necessities is expensive from an Islamic legal perspective. This research was conducted using library research and paying attention to the field (Field). Research). The research results show that a wife's maintenance from the perspective of Islamic law is obligatory for husbands who have reached puberty in a virtuous way, namely in a way that is appropriate to their circumstances and abilities, whether they are well off (rich) or not (poor). This maintenance is obligatory on condition that (1) the wife surrenders herself to her husband completely, (2) the wife is an adult and capable of carrying out husband and wife relations, (3) the marriage that takes place includes a valid marriage contract, (4) the husband is not lost in the event of detention The wife is by his side without syar'i permission. The husband is obliged to increase the wife's living when the price of Daruri's needs is expensive from the perspective of Islamic law for a husband who is rich or capable. If the husband is poor, the wife has the right to receive a living just to meet her needs, food and side dishes that are good, and clothes just to meet her needs. If the husband belongs to the mutawasith (middle) group, his income should be looser, and his clothes should also be better. And (2) kiswah living means living in the form of clothing or clothing, which includes the costs of physical care for the wife, health care costs, jewelry costs, recreation costs, children's education costs, and other unexpected costs.    

Learning pattern is a process or sequence in learning that can help children understand a topic. Children's learning patterns are different because children have different learning characteristics. This study aims to determine the learning patterns of children of cigarette factory workers in parental guidance based on structural and functional studies. This study uses a case study qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a research technique that provides descriptive information in the form of speech or writing and observed individual behavior. Case studies are an appropriate strategy for research where how or why research questions are used, the researcher has little time to control the events being studied, and the focus of the research is on current phenomena that follow current events. The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study, recording, interviews, recording and documentation. In this study also used an interactive model with steps that include data collection, presentation and drawing conclusions in analyzing data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the learning pattern applied by children whose parents work in factories is an independent learning pattern where children study at home independently and are also caged with the help of their older siblings and parents. From this research, there are implications, namely children whose parents are factory workers already have good preparation for learning before starting learning. Making school lesson schedules, taking notes on subject matter. However, noting the subject matter has not been fully implemented properly, because there are children who want to learn when given homework. In addition, there are also children who are able to complete their own homework and are sometimes assisted by their siblings.

This study aims to develop an Android-based educational game that focuses on learning about fasting. This game is designed to provide a fun, exciting and educational interactive experience for users, especially children aged 6-12 years who want to learn about fasting in the month of Ramadan. The method used in developing this game is the Design Thinking method, which involves five stages of the process, namely (emphasize) understanding, (define) definition, (ideate) idea, (prototype) prototype and, (test) testing. In research and data collection, the authors used questionnaires, and observations as primary data, and secondary data including literature and internet reviews. Making educational games is developed using the game engine Construct 2. The games developed are only limited to prototypes so that more implementation and application is needed, therefore further research is still needed to perfect this Ramadan Adventure game. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution in the development of educational games that are useful for learning about fasting. This game can be used as an interesting and interactive educational tool to help users better understand and practice fasting. In addition, this research also has the potential to become a foundation for the development of other Android-based educational games that focus on religious and cultural learning.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. In this article, we will examine the impact of divorce (Division of Property & Child Custody) where this study was conducted at the Medan District Court. This divorce has a lot of impacts, especially on children. However, this article will focus on the division of assets and child custody as a cause and effect of divorce. This research uses descriptive qualitative and normative legal methods through analytical and observational approaches, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and interviews. Divorce is triggered by various reasons, including disharmonious relations between husband and wife in terms of fulfilling biological needs, issues of different principles of life, differences in income in improving welfare, infidelity. The decision to divorce results in the division of property and child custody, where custody falls to the mother because the child is under 12 years old. Referring to Article 105 KHI, which explains that child custody in divorce with children under 12 years old is given to the mother. Meanwhile, the distribution of assets is in accordance with applicable Islamic law.
