Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies have revolutionized language education, providing new opportunities to enhance sociolinguistic awareness and Arabic language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This study explores how AI-driven applications and digital platforms support learners in understanding and using various Arabic dialects alongside Modern Standard Arabic. The study uses a qualitative approach to analyse how these technologies bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical communication. The study focuses on tools such as interactive chatbots, speech recognition systems, assistive technologies, virtual assistants, and language learning platforms. These tools align with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages 2020 and Sustainable Development Goals 4 (SDG 4), highlighting their potential to promote inclusive and equitable language education. The study analyses how AI and digital tools contribute to Arabic learning and enhance communicative competence rather than involving testing or experiments. The findings suggest that these technologies offer significant potential for improving language proficiency and addressing diverse learners' needs.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. The rapid advancement of technology has made artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative chatbots, an integral part of everyday life. These chatbots, powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning technologies, are widely used in various fields such as customer service, education, and entertainment. However, the increasing prevalence of such technologies brings forth important philosophical concerns, particularly in the realm of axiology—the branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of values, including the practical and ethical implications of knowledge and technology. This study investigates the practical benefits and ethical responsibilities associated with generative chatbots, using ChatGPT as a case study. The research examines whether ChatGPT adheres to the axiological principles of science, specifically its usefulness in enhancing human life and its ethical responsibilities. Through a qualitative content analysis, this research evaluates the responses of ChatGPT to a series of questions based on the axiological framework outlined by Sumantri. The study focuses on two main aspects of science's axiological evaluation: the practical benefits of science and technology, and the ethical responsibilities tied to their application. The findings indicate that ChatGPT is capable of providing useful insights that contribute to human understanding, improve quality of life, simplify complex tasks, and offer solutions to various problems. However, the ethical considerations of AI technology, such as fairness, transparency, and accountability, remain a crucial area of concern. This research highlights the importance of balancing technological progress with ethical responsibility, emphasizing that AI systems like ChatGPT must be developed and applied in ways that align with human values to ensure their positive impact on society.

This article aims to explore the opportunities of optimizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting adaptive, inclusive, and innovative learning in the Society 5.0 era. With its potential to revolutionize education through content personalization, responsive learning, and administrative efficiency, AI is the key to future education transformation. The research approach is qualitative through literature analysis and case studies, covering the implementation of AI in adaptive learning, educational chatbots, and virtual reality technology. The researcher's review of several studies revealed that AI not only eases the administrative burden on teachers, but also provides individually tailored learning plans and improves students' digital literacy. However, the integration of AI in education faces challenges such as resistance to change and disparities in access to technology. To overcome these challenges, the development of inclusive policies as well as AI-based training for educators is recommended, thus ensuring the ethical and effective application of technology, in line with the humanistic and future-oriented vision of Society 5.0.

The function of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating a positive consumer experience on the Shopee e-commerce platform is covered in this study. Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) plays a significant role in the e-commerce sector, allowing businesses to offer more individualized, quick, and safe services. This study examines how Shopee customer satisfaction and loyalty are impacted by the use of AI technologies, including chatbots, tailored product suggestions, fraud detection, and inventory management. This study found that AI plays a significant role in making shopping more responsive and convenient by analyzing data on the use of chatbot services, the efficacy of personalized recommendations, the accuracy of predicting customer needs, transaction security, and the efficiency of logistics management. According to the study's findings, implementing AI technology reduced service response times by up to 20% and increased customer satisfaction by 15%. In addition to enhancing service quality, the use of AI increases Shopee customer loyalty. These results demonstrate how AI in e-commerce holds enormous promise for fostering startup expansion and enhancing client connections.

ChatGPT is a conversational AI that forms sentences based on the information given to it. This AI can be used by all groups, especially students when they need instant, systematic and customized information. Office administration students of SMKS YPKP Jayapura are the target group of this community service program. We hoped that students could gain knowledge about ChatGPT, especially we wanted to improve students' skills in using technology.

Abstract. One technology that is widely used today is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operation. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in student interest in reading. Students reading interest may decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' reading interest as well as identify other factors that may affect reading interest. This study investigates the effect of using AI ChatGPT on reading interest by involving respondents through filling out a Google Form questionnaire, that is Information Systems students at ITS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of using ChatGPT on the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students. The proposed recommendations include increasing student awareness of the importance of reading accredited literature, books, and scientific articles in the era of digital development. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth insight into the influence of AI Chat GPT respondents regarding the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligences (AI), Chat GPT, Reading Interest.   Abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang marak digunakan saat ini adalah ChatGPT, sebuah chatbot yang memanfaatkan AI dalam operasinya. Salah satu dampak yang perlu diperhatikan adalah penurunan minat baca mahasiswa. Minat baca mahasiswa dapat menurun karena kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh ChatGPT melalui servis yang menggunakan bahasa alami manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat baca. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan AI ChatGPT terhadap minat baca dengan melibatkan responden melalui pengisian kuesioner Google Form yaitu mahasiswa Sistem Informasi di ITS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya membaca literatur terakreditasi, buku, serta artikel ilmiah di era perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengaruh AI Chat GPT responden terkait minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. With the rapid development of technology, its use has expanded to all sectors, including education. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an important role in providing innovative solutions, mimicking human intelligence, and potentially replacing human roles in several functions. In education, AI has proven to enhance learning motivation and active student participation. YouChat, an AI chatbot based on GPT-3.5, is used as a learning assistant offering features such as answering questions and providing idea suggestions. Observations and literature studies show that this application has great potential to improve students' learning experiences. This thesis aims to evaluate the acceptance of the YouChat application on students' learning experiences in public higher education institutions in Surabaya using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected from 399 students and processed using the SEM-PLS technique with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software, including outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The thesis results show that perceived enjoyment and perceived informativeness significantly affect attitude, which in turn affects the intention to use. The variable trust also moderates the effect of perceived informativeness on attitude. This thesis provides insights into students' acceptance of the YouChat application in their learning process as an evaluation for improvement, development, and enhancement for both YouChat and educational institutions.

Health problems that are of global concern are infectious diseases, one of which is tuberculosis (TB). Indonesia is one of the eight countries that contributes the most TB cases worldwide, and is ranked third after India and China (WHO, 2021). Non-compliance with taking medication is the main factor causing TB treatment failure, which reaches 50% (Aisyan, 2018). An innovation that can be done to overcome non-compliance with taking medication is the WhatsApp chatbot telenursing program. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of WhatsApp chatbot telenursing on medication adherence (OAT) in tuberculosis sufferers at Benteng Sukabumi City Health Center. This research method is experimental research with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design. The population in this study were all TB-SO and TB-RO patients who were undergoing treatment at Benteng Health Center with a total population of 51 patients. Sampling used a total sample technique according to inclusion and exclusion criteria so that the required sample was 45 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in medication compliance behavior from before the intervention, 9 respondents were compliant, after the intervention there were 44 respondents who were compliant in taking medication, and the Wilcoxon test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 was accepted and existed. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots into customer service operations within digital banks has become a transformative trend in the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of AI chatbots in improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in three selected Indonesian digital banks. The research focuses on evaluating the impact of AI chatbots in reducing response times, handling high volumes of customer inquiries, and improving service availability. The study also delves into customer feedback, measuring satisfaction with the ease of use, personalization, and responsiveness of the AI systems. The results demonstrate that AI chatbots significantly enhance customer service efficiency by reducing wait times and automating routine inquiries, which reduces the need for human intervention. Additionally, customers reported high satisfaction with the round-the-clock availability of AI chatbots and the personalized financial advice provided. However, despite these benefits, challenges related to data security, chatbot accuracy, and customer adaptation to automated systems remain prevalent. Data privacy concerns and issues regarding the chatbot's ability to handle complex queries were noted as limiting factors in customer trust and satisfaction. The study highlights the implications of these findings for the future of digital banking in Indonesia, emphasizing the need for improved chatbot integration, stronger data security measures, and enhanced user experience design. The integration of AI in customer service operations holds significant potential for digital banks and the broader financial sector to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the evolving expectations of customers.
