Good governance is a necessity in running the government. The West Java government has made various efforts to implement good governance, one of which is the publication of leaders’ activities on Instagram @biroadpimjabar. The publication aims to raise awareness among the people of West Java by sharing informative and educational content about the activities of West Java leaders and their internal teams, as well as some useful information about West Java. The main purpose of this research is to explore how information about leaders' activities is Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage as the concept of The Circular Model of SOME by Regina Luttrell. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that at the Share stage, the shared content of the leader's activities showed transparency so that it could build public trust. In the Optomize stage, the leader uses interesting video content and informative captions. In the Manage stage, a third application is used to monitor the performance of social media to evaluate its activation. The last stage is Engage, for interaction and community involvement in the form of comments and direct messages, even more followers want to conduct audience activities with West Java leaders after learning about the @biroadpimjabar account. These findings provide recommendations for improving public communication strategies to strengthen the implementation of good governance in West Java.

Circulating drugs without a distribution permit is a criminal act, where the drugs being distributed are not necessarily relevant to their composition and manufacture. This means that the safety, efficacy and benefits of drugs being traded are not guaranteed. Then the perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit will be punished and subject to criminal penalties. In this case Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning Health regulates criminal provisions for perpetrators of distributing drugs without a distribution permit with a prison sentence of 12 years and a fine of five billion rupiah, but the criminal sanctions imposed by the judge in decision case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/ are reduced. Mtr does not provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators. The problems in this research are: first, what is the responsibility for perpetrators of criminal acts of distributing drugs without a distribution permit? Second, what are the judge's considerations in handing down a decision regarding the distribution of drugs without a distribution permit in case number 111/pid.B/2013/PN/Mtr?The results of this research are to show that the form of responsibility of the defendant is in accordance with the elements of responsibility, because the actions carried out by the defendant contained an element of intentional error and the judge sentenced the defendant to 10 months' imprisonment, which according to the author was not appropriate because the sentence This will not have a deterrent effect on the perpetrator.

This study aims to explore the impact of long-term hijab use on women's hair health. Hair is considered an important part of one's appearance and is often seen as an indicator of physical well-being. The research began after a proposal seminar and was conducted at the Department of Beauty and Cosmetology at Padang State University.Based on existing literature, the use of the hijab can affect hair condition because it covers the head continuously, which may restrict air circulation and increase moisture on the scalp area. Previous studies have shown that women who wear the hijab for more than eight hours a day are at risk of experiencing hair problems such as hair loss, dandruff, and split ends. However, this research also notes that proper hair care can reduce these negative effects, so women who take good care of their hair tend to have healthier hair even while wearing the hijab.The focus of this study is on the general impact of hijab use on hair health, without considering the different hair types of the respondents. The results from observations and interviews emphasize the importance of selecting appropriate hair products to minimize the negative effects of hijab use, supporting the findings of previous studies.

The crime of murder is a crime that can cause the death of a person, this is committed individually and violates the applicable provisions of the Criminal Code Book II Chapter XIX (articles 338-350). Basically, murder is carried out with an element of intent. Deliberation is a subjective element in a criminal act, because this element is inherent in the subject or perpetrator of the crime. This means wanting or knowing what will be done. Therefore, in murder there must be evidence in order to determine whether a person is guilty or not in committing the crime of murder by collecting legal evidence according to the applicable law. Furthermore, the method used in this case is a normative juridical approach, which is carried out through literature books, journals, articles, as well as statutory regulations related to the problem to be discussed. Legal considerations in imposing a sentence on the perpetrator of the crime of intentional murder, because the circumstances were aggravating and the defendant caused the victim to die and the defendant's actions disturbed the community. Thus, the punishment given by the state is solely to change the perpetrator to become better, and at the same time provide education to improve themselves.

This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning in increasing students' legal awareness at SMPN 2 Mapakasunggu. The approach used was qualitative withHowever, this understanding is not fully reflected in students' daily behavior. Various violations of school rules are still found, such as tardiness, non-compliance with dress codes, and lack of discipline. This indicates that students' legal awareness is still at the cognitive stage and has not been optimally internalized in their attitudes and actions. E-commerce has become one of the significant innovations in the world of trade, offering various benefits for consumers and businesses, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to explore the benefits and limitations of e-commerce for both parties. For consumers, e-commerce provides the flexibility to shop 24 hours a day without location restrictions, reduces the need for travel, and provides quick access to product information. Consumers can also enjoy a wider selection of products, competitive prices, and services such as virtual auctions and fast delivery. These advantages open up opportunities for consumers from various economic circles to obtain the desired products more easily.  On the other hand, entrepreneurs, especially MSMEs, benefit from operational cost efficiencies, the ability to reach global markets, and the potential for specialized business success. However, there are some limitations, such as lack of security, risk of fraud, and imperfections in the visualization of products offered online. Entrepreneurs also face challenges in managing websites, intense price competition, and legal uncertainty regarding online transactions. Nevertheless, the use of e-commerce continues to grow, supported by the increasing number of internet users and technological advances. The results of this study show that although e-commerce has constraints, the advantages it offers, in terms of efficiency, market reach, and ease of access, far outweigh its limitations. Therefore, optimal utilization of e-commerce can drive economic growth, improve the competitiveness of MSMEs, and expand consumer access to products and services in the digital era.  

This study aims to examine the role of housewives in waste reduction through the implementation of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principles, serving as a means to influence waste management behaviors and foster the adoption of a community-driven circular economy. This approach is designed to involve the broader business environment and city government. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, focusing on the collection of data and information without reliance on quantitative calculations.The findings highlight that the participation of housewives plays a significant role in engaging individuals and groups in waste management activities. The study underscores the importance of community involvement in providing suggestions, expressing opinions, and actively participating in waste management initiatives. The research emphasizes that housewives play a critical role in waste collection, aligning with the principles of 3R. This role contributes to fostering clean and healthy living behaviors within communities, reinforcing the essential contribution of housewives in achieving sustainable waste management practices.

In general, the definition of sport is a person's physical and psychological activity which aims to maintain and improve the quality of health. Sport is very important for human life. The reason is, regular exercise has a positive impact on physical development. Not only does it have a positive impact on a person's physical development, but it also has an impact on their mental development. This effect increases the efficiency of the body's organs, normalizes blood circulation, breathing and digestion. One of the efforts to find out how much public awareness there is about sports is that the Tangerang City Government, through the Youth and Sports Department, is carrying out a derivative program from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, namely socializing the Sports Development Index related to where this program can be a benchmark for how fit the people of Tangerang City are. The implementation will be held on November 21 2024, which will coincide in the Cisadane Building Hall, Tangerang City.

Restorative Justice is an alternative dispute resolution outside of criminal penalties, in other words, it is resolved through familial means and also aims to repair the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim. Recently, the application of restorative justice has been found in the field, which has become the main basis for resolving criminal cases of rape committed by police officers by filing an appeal in the appellate court, so that the police officer who is the perpetrator of the rape, named Bripda Fauzan (FA), who was previously subjected to the sanction of dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) in the Police Ethics Code Commission session, was not dismissed on the grounds that the rape case was considered resolved after the perpetrator married the victim. However, some time after the appeal decision, the perpetrator was reported again for allegedly neglecting his wife, who is the victim of the rape he married, which will be further examined in this research regarding the cause of Bripda Fauzan (FA) leaving his wife. This study aims to provide a real view of the application of restorative justice as the main basis for resolving rape cases, the method used in this journal is a normative juridical research method with literature studies and looking at empirical facts in the field through news circulating on the Internet media regarding rape cases by police members who are considered to have been completed after marrying the victim. The settlement of rape cases carried out by police members with restorative justice has tarnished the credibility of police institutions that do not seem to understand the fatality of sexual violence cases with the application of restorative justice in cases that have a major impact.

In this research. conducted a study Analysis of Factors Affecting the Performance of Fixed Income Mutual Funds Sharia in Indonesia for the 2019-2023 Period. In this study using Quantitative methods and the data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Research results The results showed that inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates gave a negative significant value, so it does not contribute well to sharia fixed income mutual funds, while the money supply has a positive effect. while the amount of money in circulation has a positive effect on sharia fixed income mutual funds. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that 43.1% of the value of Islamic fixed income mutual funds is influenced by inflation, exchange rates, money supply and interest rates.

This study focuses on the hadiths that discuss the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Every human being in this world will live their life by doing various daily activities. This explains that humans are based on two conditions or circumstances, namely healthy or sick. Every healthy human being will definitely experience a phase where they will feel pain. When someone is sick, it will make it difficult for them to do activities and worship. Rukhsah is a relief, ease, generosity in doing something because of an excuse or in an emergency. Then the question arises what kind of illnesses can prevent someone from praying and getting rukhsah if in that condition. The purpose of this study is to find out how the hadiths are understood about the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Then how is the contextualization of the hadith about the rukhsah prayer for the sick viewed from the current situation and conditions. This study is a library research study using the maudhu`i method in order to find out the understanding by collecting hadiths that have the same theme through their source books and then examining the understanding through the explanation of the hadith. Next, we use a contextual approach to find out the reasons for the emergence of the hadith by referring to its various aspects in detail. The results of this research are that the hadiths are agreed to be of authentic quality by the ulama. From understanding the sharia, there are criteria for illness that allow and prevent someone from carrying out prayers. Certain circumstances have been found that make it possible for someone to pray when they are sick. The cause of lightness in performing prayers is due to the occurrence of one thing or another, such as illness. Illness that befalls a person causes rukhsah for a person in carrying out prayers.

In the context of Islamic economics, many contemporary issues are not explicitly regulated by Islamic legal sources, thus requiring ijtihad to adapt the law to current circumstances. Ijtihad Tathbiqi is defined as the effort to apply established sharia laws in the specific context of daily life. This research aims to explain the concept of ijtihad tathbiqi, the legal requirements for a mujtahid, the objects of ijtihad tathbiqi, the implementation steps, as well as its potential and contribution to the development of the sharia economy in Indonesia.

Inappropriate learning models and lack of student interest and attention to physics learning result in unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to determine how the effect of Cooperative Learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on student learning outcomes. The research method used is meta-analysis, data collection for this research by reviewing and browsing online articles. The results of the study found that the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type Cooperative learning model obtained an overall average effect size of 1.61, which means that the STAD type Cooperative learning model can influence student learning outcomes in Physics subjects. Learning material that is very influential in the application of the STAD type is Circular Motion as seen from the effect size value which is in the high category with a value of 8.81. The grade level that obtained a high category in applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) type learning model was SMK class X with an effect size value of 2.2.

The rapid development of globalization today facilitates access to information circulating on social media, both positive and negative. This study examines the increasing cases of defamation in the digital age, focusing on legal protection aspects and rehabilitation efforts for victims. The purpose of this writing is to understand the role of the government and law enforcement authorities in addressing defamation offenses. Indoor air quality plays a vital role in public health, especially since people spend about 90% of their time indoors. Poor indoor air quality, often caused by chemical, physical, and biological pollutants, can severely impact health, comfort, and productivity. To tackle this issue, a robust air quality monitoring and control system was designed, featuring an ESP32 microcontroller paired with sensors such as the GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor, MQ-7 carbon monoxide sensor, and MQ-2 smoke sensor, along with a fan to enhance air circulation. This system is capable of detecting air quality issues and taking corrective action. The ESP32 module, integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enables real-time transmission of sensor data to a web server for continuous monitoring and prompt response. Researchers have made significant progress in creating an effective, system-based solution to improve and maintain indoor air quality

Ethnic and cultural diversity in modern society has become increasingly complex due to the influences of globalization, urbanization, and migration, resulting in multicultural communities. This diversity, while offering opportunities for mutual understanding, often gives rise to tensions, prejudices, and even conflicts between groups, especially when cultural identities are contested. In such circumstances, religion plays a significant role as a social pillar that can embrace differences. However, if applied exclusively, religion also has the potential to become a source of conflict. Therefore, inclusive theology, which prioritizes acceptance of differences without compromising religious teachings, becomes a relevant solution to bridge these tensions. Inclusive theology not only encourages intercultural dialogue but also promotes peace and solidarity by emphasizing love, tolerance, and respect for the dignity of every individual. In the context of the church, inclusive theology serves as an agent of peace actively addressing issues of ethnic discrimination and cultural injustice. This study aims to explore the application of inclusive theology in responding to ethnic and cultural conflicts in multicultural societies, using a qualitative approach and Ricoeur's hermeneutic analysis. It is expected that this research will contribute to fostering harmony and reconciliation amidst existing diversity.

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the balanced scorecard method as a benchmark for performance measurement at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative method, because this study does not aim to prove a hypothesis but rather aims to reveal facts and circumstances that occur at the time of the study. From the results of the discussion, it shows that the balanced scorecard method translates performance measures that have four indicators, namely in the financial perspective shows fluctuating numbers, the customer perspective shows good results, the internal business process perspective shows that the company has carried out an innovation process such as the concept of making furniture following current developments, the growth and learning perspective shows good company performance conditions because it can improve the quality of its employees. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the use of the balanced scorecard method can be used as a benchmark for the success of a company. In order to be applied properly to the company, improvement efforts are needed both internally and externally.

This study aims to describe discrimination against the character Anisa and gothic feminism in the novel Malam Seribu Jahanam by Intan Paramaditha. The data source in this study is the novel Malam Seribu Jahanam by Intan Paramaditha published in 2023. The data in this study are phrases, words, clauses in the excerpts of the novel Malam Seribu Jahanam. The data collection technique used in this study uses document techniques or library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The data validity technique used by the author in this study is triangulation. The results obtained were that Anisa experienced inequality in the family circle, she often got oppression from her older sister. Her two older sisters often never considered Anisa to be never whole. Anisa's action of taking steps to become a bomb bride as a form of self-proof to the people around her, that she was not weak as her sister had thought all this time.

. In the era of global competition, companies face challenges in maintaining their existence and enhancing competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of quality control circles (QCC) and trust on achieving world-class status at Company X. The research employs a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires involving 50 respondents, who are employees of Company X. The results show that QCC has a positive and significant influence on trust (T Statistic = 46.771, p = 0.000). However, quality control circles do not have a significant direct influence on world-class status (T Statistic = 0.248, p = 0.804). Furthermore, trust does not have a significant influence on achieving world-class status (T Statistic = 0.110, p = 0.913) and does not act as an effective mediator in the relationship between QCC and world-class status (T Statistic = 0.107, p = 0.915). In conclusion, although quality control circles can enhance employees' trust in management, trust alone is insufficient to drive the achievement of world-class status.

Domestic violence (DV) is a phenomenon that significantly impacts the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of victims. This study aims to explore the role of pastoral counseling in assisting victims of domestic violence, specifically a woman named Ibu Butet, who experienced physical and psychological abuse from her husband and her husband’s family. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to delve into Ibu Butet's experiences through empathetic pastoral interviews rooted in Christian spirituality. The pastoral care process focused on inner healing, discovering life’s meaning, and strengthening faith as a source of hope.The findings show that pastoral counseling provides a safe space for victims to express their emotional wounds, overcome trauma, and find new strength through spiritual reflection and prayer. In this context, the role of pastors or counselors as compassionate listeners embodying Christ’s love is crucial to the healing process. The study concludes that pastoral counseling not only helps victims cope with their suffering but also guides them to find renewed hope and purpose in life amidst difficult circumstances.
