Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness and contribution of rural and urban land and building taxes to the original local government revenue in Purwakarta Regency during 2016-2019. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using secondary data sources in the form of reports on the realisation of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes and Original Local Government Revenue of Purwakarta Regency. Analysis techniques include measuring the effectiveness and contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue. The results showed fluctuations in the receipt of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the study period. 2019 recorded the lowest effectiveness, while 2017 showed significant improvement. The average efficacy of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the period was satisfactory. However, the contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue showed greater variation, with some years recording relatively low contributions. This indicates the need for increased consistency and efficiency in the tax collection system and improved services to taxpayers.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.     

Local cultural tourism in the village has become an increasingly interesting topic in the context of local economic development and preservation of cultural heritage and exotic experiences for tourists. The implementation of this service aims to provide a deeper understanding through socialisation activities in the application of local cultural tour packages as alternative tourist attractions in the Huta Tinggi Tourism village. The method of implementing this service activity is through a one-day seminar with the stages of observation, building communication regarding the willingness of partners, presentation of material, questions and answers and preparation of reports on the programmes that have been carried out. The focus of this socialisation presentation examines the economic impact, cultural preservation, and community participation in tourism development. By presenting tourist attractions that highlight the uniqueness of Huta Tinggi's local traditions, arts and culture, the village can maintain their heritage and encourage a better understanding of their cultural wealth, which is where the importance of this activityties.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Simply put, E-commerce is creating, managing and expanding commercial relationships online Judging from the phenomenon above, researchers are interested in researching the influence of E-commerce on Muslim clothing purchasing decisions among female students in the city of Palembang. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability-purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that e-commerce has no influence on the purchasing decisions of Muslim clothing for Palembang city students.

Abstract. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) has become a major concern in the world of education since 2022. This research aims to understand the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten, focusing on the topics of implementation, objectives, benefits, advantages, and evaluation. The research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten has had a positive impact in increasing understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila, introducing local culture, and forming character and environmental awareness in kindergarten children. Evaluation of P5 activities is carried out through learning management and involving active participation from the surrounding community. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, building student character, and community participation and empowerment. The suggestion proposed is the need for cooperation between teachers, P5 coordinators, and parents of students to better adapt the P5 program.

Undocumented migrant children lose access to formal education. Therefore, a learning forum is provided, namely the guidance studio (SB) or Learning Center. This research uses a qualitative method using a case study approach. The aim of this research is to determine the form of social relations of NGO PERMAI in building a guidance studio for undocumented migrant children, to find out the form of support/contribution from related parties in helping fulfill education for migrant children. The theory used is Michel Foucault's theory of power relations. The results of this research are: The PERMAI NGO guidance studio requires support and assistance from other parties, this form of relationship is a collaborative relationship from (KBRI, ​​KJRIl, PPI and students from universities in Indonesia). The forms of support provided vary, such as material support or learning needs (desks, chairs, notebooks, boards, etc.) or support in the form of personnel as provided by PPI.

Fantasy dress inspired by the shape of the dome of the Taj Mahal with the addition of Indian embroidered applications featuring typical Indian clothing. The problem raised in the making of this Final Project is how is the Process of Making Fantasy Clothing of Indian Embroidery Variation Using the Source of the Taj Mahal Building Idea? and how to apply variations of Indian embroidery on fantasy clothing?. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making Indian embroidery variations of fantasy clothing with the taj mahal building as the source of the idea and to determine the application of Indian embroidery variations to fantasy clothing. The method used is observation method, documentation method, library method and data analysis.The process of making this fantasy dress goes through several stages, namely: determining the fashion design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting the material on the main material, pressing the coating material on the main material, merging, sewing, finishing. While the embroidery on this fantasy dress uses the Zari motif which is a symbol of luxury and elegance. The process of applying embroidery goes through several stages, namely: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, quoting the design, making embroidery on other materials, the process of applying embroidery to clothing, finishing.To produce neat crop top tile wrinkles, it is finished using a small som. Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is a commercial area in Makassar City. Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Protection is quite strategic because it can be reached by all levels of society from various means of transportation. Various community activities such as walking, jogging, shopping, office activities, etc. have resulted in the increase in parking for visitors' vehicles in the area, covering the shoulders of the road and pedestrians. From the results of our previous research, it is clear that the cause of illegal parking that occurs in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman is the limited parking space in each commercial building and the standard for calculating parking spaces in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman. This is what causes the loss of user comfort and the change in pedestrian function to illegal parking in the Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is therefore an action that is contrary to Islamic Sharia which is haram because it is illegal, does not comply with local legal regulations and also harms other people. So, to restore the comfort and function of pedestrians in the commercial area of Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman, we will carry out further research with the title "Planning Public Parking Areas in Commercial Areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman in Makassar City", where this research is to solve the problem of lack of parking spaces so that there is no more illegal parking in commercial areas on Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Protection of Makassar City. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis which is used to explain the results of survey interviews with users and observations carried out on Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayomanof Makassar City with the results of a literature review regarding parking spaces. This research is expected to provide a real picture to researchers as academics and the government as policy makers regarding public facilities built for the common good, as study material to determine policies that might be implemented to improve or add to these public facilities, and as a source a reference for writers who might carry out studies on urban planning.

Community participation in environmental protection is a very important and main component so that the living environment where humans live is safe, comfortable and provides prosperity for humans. Ambon City is the capital of Maluku Province. Ambon City consists of several sub-districts. It can be seen that in recent years the Ambon city forest environment and residential areas have experienced several fires which resulted in destruction and damage to the environment along with buildings and structures as well as loss of life. This is what happened in South Leitimu District, Sirimau District, Nunaniwe District. The cause is indicated by the low level of community participation in protecting the environment. This can be seen from human negligence or negligence, deliberate human actions, human carelessness. The aim of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge and understanding through educational and socialization facilities in order to reduce to a minimum the damage and destruction of the environment along with the loss of life.

This article discusses the differences in extracurricular activities between private and public schools in Indonesia. Private schools, supported by greater financial resources, offer a variety of activities with modern facilities. On the other hand, public schools, despite their limited budgets, still ensure equal access to education. Comparisons include infrastructure, fees, student numbers and extracurricular opportunities. Factors such as gender, religion and culture influence the offering of activities. Qualitative research methods and observations were used to explain the differences in planning, types of activities and assessment between the two. Field observations highlighted barriers in private and public schools, including facilities constraints. This article examines the strengths and weaknesses of the two schools observed, providing a holistic insight into the impact of educational institutions on student character building in Indonesia.

Early childhood is the most important and fundamental early period in the growth and development of human life. This period is also called the golden age, many concepts and facts explain that this golden age is the time when all children's potential develops the fastest. Aspects of child development that need to be developed in early childhood include personal awareness, emotional development, building socialization, communication development, cognitive development, and motor skill development. Based on these aspects of early childhood development, a children's game media is needed to stimulate children's development and growth. One of the children's game media that can be developed is Educational Game Tools (APE). In this PKM activity, the PKM Team tries to provide training in making APE including number wheels, summing bottle caps, and sliding number boards.

The development and progress of science, especially in the field of building materials technology, has encouraged the birth of new concepts, especially for construction made of concrete. One of these new concepts is by presenting innovations in the manufacture of lightweight concrete to reduce the excessive use of bricks / concrete blocks as non-structural building materials such as walls. One way to overcome this is to use lightweight concrete as a precast wall or as a brick. Its use can reduce the magnitude of the load acting on the building and is fast in installation. The purpose of this research on lightweight concrete with a mixture of bamboo shavings is to determine the properties of the stacking material, the relationship between mechanical properties at the age of 14 and 28 days of concrete with no soaking conditions, and the effect of the addition of bamboo shavings. The tests and examinations carried out were compressive strength, strain, and content weight of lightweight concrete. The results showed that lightweight concrete with the most ideal bamboo shavings mixture was 1 cement: 1-1.5 bamboo shavings: 2 sand (fas value: 0.8) has a compressive strength of 1.65 MPa and 1.63 Mpa, respectively, for a content weight of 753.01 kg/m3 and 609.66 kg/m3.

By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. Android-Based Sales Information System at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot was built using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as its design mode and Extreme Programming as a system development method..

This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and focuses on the influence of influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies on young consumers' purchase intention. With a large social media following, digital influencers can significantly influence consumers' purchase intention. Authenticity and personal engagement are key aspects of influencer marketing. Combining traditional and influencer marketing can create a responsive strategy for young audiences. Influencer marketing and traditional marketing significantly impact consumer interest and advertising effectiveness. The marketing mix increases trust and confidence, which leads to increased purchase decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of education on creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education can arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur requires tenacity and skills in running a business. Mastering, understanding and applying one's abilities in running an entrepreneur cannot be separated from the ability to understand entrepreneurial knowledge. Entrepreneurship education is a process of motivating students to recognize the environment and open their own business (entrepreneurship), create different values by devoting the necessary time and effort, also bear financial risks, bear the accompanying psychological and social impacts, and receive monetary rewards. . Umumnya quantity take off di Indonesia menggunakan spreadsheet Microsoft Excel berdasarkan pada gambar dua dimensi dengan berpedoman pada SMM (Standard Method of Measurement). Dalam industri konstruksi saat ini penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk profesi quantity surveyor sangat disarankan, yaitu dengan menggunakan Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM merupakan suatu sistem atau teknologi yang mencakup beberapa informasi penting dalam proses Design, Construction, and Maintenance yang terintegrasi pada pemodelan tiga dimensi (3D). Glodon Cubicost adalah salah satu dari berbagai jenis BIM untuk pekerjaan Quantity Take Off (QTO). Pada penelitian ini, analisis perbandingan quantity take off pada proyek tender pembangunan pabrik “X” di Jawa Timur menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Glodon Cubicost. Hasil perbandingan tersebut untuk pekerjaan struktur beton bagian struktur atas (kolom, balok, dan lantai) diperoleh selisih 0,58% untuk pekerjaan beton, 0,18% untuk pekerjaan bekisting, dan 1,15% untuk pekerjaan pembesian. Hasil selisih menunjukkan bahwa quantity take off menggunakan Microsoft Excel lebih besar dibandingkan menggunakan Glodon Cubicost. Quantity take off menggunakan Glodon Cubicost dapat mengurangi budget RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan) 0,511% dari RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).

BPHTB payments in Magelang Regency require validation from BPKAD to be used as a condition for the process of transferring rights to land and buildings. The validation process usually takes quite a long time. This requires a special strategy to increase regional tax revenues in Magelang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research provide information that has been carried out by BPPKAD Sleman Regency to maximize regional tax revenues by developing the E-BPHTB system, so that the regional tax collection process is easier and faster. However, the problems in using the new system are still unfamiliar, so time is needed to adapt to using the system.

A traditional house is a house that has a characteristic building that symbolizes the culture of a region. The uniqueness of traditional houses in Indonesia is one of the learning materials for students in Indonesia. Books that are a medium for introducing traditional houses in Indonesia still have shortcomings in the form of limited visual display of traditional houses. So that it reduces children's interest in recognizing the traditional houses of the archipelago. This can lead to cultural erosion. Therefore, to increase interest and insight into the culture of this traditional house, technology and culture are combined. This combination uses augmented reality technology to introduce the traditional houses of the archipelago. Traditional houses are visualized through 3-dimensional objects in the android application. The augmented reality application developed is dynamic, so that the addition of content can be done without modifying the program code. This application will visualize 9 traditional houses from 9 provinces in Java, Nusa Tenggara, and Bali. The test results show an increase in knowledge of SDN Banjarmendalan students by 56% which means the application is quite effective to help students recognize the traditional houses of the archipelago and from the assessment of student satisfaction with the application get a score of 90.5% which means the application is enough to attract students to learn to recognize traditional houses.
