Digitization of cooperatives and the use of technology are strategic steps in increasing economic competitiveness in the Madura handwritten batik sector, especially in Central Pakandangan Village, Sumenep Regency. This program aims to empower handwritten batik artisans through technology integration and digital capacity building. Some of the main activities include Search Engine Optimization (SEO) training, digital financial management through Accountable Digital Financial Management, digital cash book preparation, as well as Social Media Officer training and social media management strategies. The participants were also trained to create creative content, carry out digital branding of batik through logo design and visual branding, as well as build digital partnerships and cooperation. In addition, technological innovations are introduced through the use of night blasting machines to support production efficiency. This approach is expected to be able to increase the visibility of Madura written batik products, expand the market, and strengthen the competitiveness of artisans in the digital era. With a combination of training and the application of technology, this program contributes to the transformation of the digital-based economy in the Madura batik sector.

This research aims to evaluate user interface/user experience issues and measure the usability level of batiksiputri.com. Batik Warna Alam siPutri is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that has a website-based e-commerce, namely batiksiputri.com. This research was made using a qualitative descriptive method based on Jacob Nielsen's usability theory in determining what criteria have been applied and which have not been applied from the usability level at batiksiputri.com. The usability criteria used are Jacob Nielsen's usability criteria, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The application of Jacob Nielsen usability in the evaluation of user interface design/user experience on batiksiputri.com resulted in the conclusion that the usability criteria applied in batiksiputri.com have implemented the criteria of learnability, efficiency and satisfaction well but have a few shortcomings in the criteria of memorability and error. This batiksiputri.com, requires further development in order to meet all user needs.

Along the devolopement of times, technological advances have made changes, including in the field of clothing such as streetwear. This streetwear will be combined with batik materials and also added with manipulating fabric techniques, namely knife pleats and accordion pleats. The problem in this paper is how to apply manipulation of fabric knife pleats and accordion pleats on streetwear? This paper aims to determine the process of applying knife pleats and accordion pleats to streetwear. The method used is a qualitative research method. The process of applying fabric knife pleats and accordion pleats to streetwear begins with designing, measuring the body, making the patterns, forming knife pleats and accordion pleats, merging, to sewing. In making the design, the author combines materials, colors, and shapes. In making knife and accordion pleats, the author applies the same shaping technique but differs in size. Knife pleats will be applied to the wrapped skirt, while accordion pleats are applied to the inner garment. Based on the results of the research on the manipulation of fabric knife pleats and accordion pleats on streetwear that have been completed, the authors found several suggestions when making them, among them are, if you want to use knife pleats, it is better to use plain fabric so that the results of the pleats look clearer. When ironing, both knife pleats and accordion pleats can use the help of pins for a neater look.

: This research aims to develop batik ornamental motifs inspired by the legend of Rawapening Lake, a folklore from Central Java. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research identifies key elements of the legend that can be applied in batik motif design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with batik artisans and cultural experts as well as related literature studies. The results show that ornamental motifs developed from the elements of the legend of Lake Rawapening not only enrich the variety of batik motifs, but also have the potential to enhance local cultural appreciation and the creative economy in the area.

Exotic Dramatic fashion, this fashion reflects a person's gentle personality, as well as a firm and strong side in some situations. Exotic dramatic clothing can be worn on formal or non-formal occasions. The problem that will be discussed is how the process of making exotic dramatic clothing with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing. While the benefits can be to know the manufacture of exotic dramatic clothing with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing. The method used by the author is the R&D method. This exotic dramatic fashion has 3 parts of fashion which include, crop top, dress, custom skirt, with standard size M, making archetypes, breaking patterns, making wicker, preparing tools and materials, sewing. The clothes on the Crop top three-axis wicker technique are located on the front of the bottom and on the back, the combination of slope batik motifs whose patterns are regular slashes and the combination of red and black materials makes an exotic impression. Making this fashion with slope batik, santung and synthetic leather webbing, in making woven size 3 cm wide 65 cm long which is sewn once so that the finished woven product becomes neat and not wavy. In the hollow three-axis webbing, it should be helped by sewing hands outside as a woven barrier on clothes so that they are not easily shifted and the result is neater.

MSMEs are the business entities that contribute the most to employment in Indonesia. During the 1997 crisis, MSMEs were able to survive and become models in the case of economic crises. However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, MSMEs are allegedly the most affected. The Indonesian government uses MSMEs to revive economic conditions that have been slumped during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the midst of the boom, MSMEs in Indonesia, especially the invasion of imported products, need to find solutions in maintaining the sustainable performance of MSMEs. Innovation is needed by paying attention to open innovation and knowledge sharing so that MSMEs can rise again. This research is located in Surakarta, Indonesia with a saturated sample format of 50 Batik MSMEs. Data was obtained from Surakarta Batik MSMEs in the period of October to November 2024. Perseption measuarement in sustainable innovation peroformance, open innovation and knowledge sharing variable.  The analysis tool uses path analysis equipped with t-test, F-test, determination coefficient, correlation test and Sobel test. The sobel test is used to determine the role of variable intervening. Before the analysis, the data is tested using data quality testing (validity and reliability). The findings shown that open innovation significant positive on knowledge sharing. Open  innovation and knowledge sharing have a significant positive effect on sustainability innovation performance. Direct effect, more effective in improving the sustainable innovation performance.  Another finding shows that although open innovation is directly more effective in influencing the sustainable innovation performance. Sobel test, show that knowledge sharing is more emphasized as an intervention although the influence is effective if it is carried out by choosing direct effect. The results of this study contribute to sustainable innovation performance in MSMEs Batik.

Effective learning management is very important to support the development of student character in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The output that is the goal of this writing is to explore the management of batik learning in SMK in an effort to instill student character values through a local wisdom approach.This study uses a case study methodology combined with a qualitative descriptive method. Analysis of learning documents, teacher and student interviews, and observations are used to collect data. The subjects of this study were grade XI students of the Batik and Textile Creative Crafts Program at SMK Negeri 4 Palangkaraya with an emphasis on batik subjects. The results of the study indicate that batik learning in SMK has the potential to develop student character, such as responsibility, patience, creativity, and love for local culture. Good learning management includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages that are integrated with local wisdom values. It is hoped that this approach will become a culture-based learning model that can be applied in various schools.

The portable electric canting innovation has been developed to enhance the productivity of batik artisans in Pekalongan by considering Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This research aims to address the challenges faced in the traditional batik-making process, which is often time-consuming and labor-intensive. The research method employed includes identifying user needs, developing questionnaires, and analyzing data to evaluate user satisfaction with the electric canting. The results indicate that the portable electric canting can improve efficiency and comfort in the batik-making process while meeting users' needs for a practical and high-quality tool. Thus, this innovation is expected to contribute to the preservation of batik art in Indonesia.    

By modifying three traditional canting designs using the House of Quality (HoQ) method, this article discusses the development of a portable electric canting. The main focus of this research is to use electrical technology to improve the convenience and efficiency of the batik-making process. Each new design has a recharging system that allows the user to recharge the power source. User needs and wants were discovered and incorporated into the technical specifications of each design through HoQ analysis. Research shows that these changes not only improve tool performance but also make the batik-making process safer and more environmentally friendly. Therefore, through the development of relevant and sustainable technologies, this project contributes to the preservation of Indonesia's batik culture.    

TIE DYE, a fabric dyeing technique that combines bright colors and unique patterns, which can be integrated into the context of art learning in elementary schools. At SDN Desa Salakbrojo, Kedungwuni, Pekalongan, the existence of the TIE DYE technique has begun to be introduced in the art education process, providing space for exploration of student creativity through a dynamic, colorful approach. This study aims to analyze the use of TIE DYE as an art learning method that can inspire students, improve fine motor skills, and introduce the concept of art in elementary education at SDN Desa Salakbrojo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis related to the implementation of the TIE DYE technique in learning. Data sources also include student work produced during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that TIE DYE can be used as an alternative learning method that is fun and effective in improving children's creativity and art skills. The use of this technique also provides new insights into how to integrate batik art into the elementary education curriculum, which can increase students' learning motivation and self-expression. UMKM Batik Surya is one of the UMKM that aims to preserve the traditional batik culture of Tuban Regency, by employing mothers who are in the partner's environment with the aim of helping to improve the standard of living of the surrounding community. On this occasion, Community Service was carried out at UMKM Batik Surya which still uses manual financial records, does not understand how to manage its business finances, how to organize its human resources and has not carried out digital marketing. The purpose of this Community Service is to improve the performance of UMKM Batik Surya through assistance with Financial Reports and Digital Marketing. The methods used are by conducting training, socialization and assistance. After this research, it is hoped that UMKM Batik Surya will experience an increase in sales turnover, be able to calculate its production costs and manage its human resources

The results of the research show that the marketing of the batik industry is an effort to increase labor income in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City by looking at market needs, current trend needs both among students and also among workers so that consumers who come must be met according to their needs. Obstacles in increasing the income of batik workers in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City are caused by employee negligence in working because they do not comply with the instructions given, income according to work ability and difficulties in marketing.

This study aims to describe the Development of Civic Skills Through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Based on Banten Batik Local Wisdom for Students at SMPN 1 Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive approach. Practical activities carried out, such as batik making and exhibitions, provide direct experience that improves students' communication, cooperation, and leadership skills. This study found that the integration of local wisdom in learning can develop students' civic skills, build a sense of social responsibility, and increase awareness of the importance of active participation in society. The results of this study describe that in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Based on Banten Batik Local Wisdom consisting of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, SMPN 1 Serang City has implemented Civic Skills.

Abstract. This study examines the impact of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Toko Batik Katura, Cirebon Regency, aiming to provide relevant strategies to enhance customer loyalty. An explanatory research method was employed to explain the causal relationship between product quality, price, and consumer satisfaction variables. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, questionnaires using a Likert scale, and documentation, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that product quality and price significantly influence consumer satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9938 and a determination coefficient of 98.76%. This study recommends product innovation development, flexible pricing strategies, service quality improvements, and the utilization of digital platforms as part of a modern marketing approach. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Batik Katura, Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan strategi yang relevan guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode explanatory research digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan kepuasan konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,9938 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 98,76%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan inovasi produk, strategi harga yang fleksibel, peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pemanfaatan platform digital sebagai bagian dari pendekatan pemasaran modern. This community service aims to develop new Girilayu Batik motifs that combine traditional elements with modern designs, and apply them to fashion and home decor products. Through a series of stages, starting from motif development, prototyping, to market testing, this Community Service has succeeded in producing products that are well received by consumers. The results of the market test show that this new motif not only increases the aesthetic appeal but also the selling value of Girilayu Batik products. The training provided to batik artisans improves their skills in applying new motifs, as well as involving the younger generation in preserving the batik tradition. Marketing strategies through digital catalogs, company profile videos, and other digital platforms have proven effective in expanding market reach. However, this community service identified challenges in technology adaptation by artisans and international market penetration. Overall, motif innovation and product diversification are important strategic steps to maintain the relevance and competitiveness of Girilayu Batik in an increasingly competitive market.

Financial statements are a regularly arranged collection of data that shows a company's financial position at a specific point in time. One of the challenges is the limited knowledge about preparing financial statements using digital finance applications. The primary objective of this community service activity is to train and disseminate information about the importance of digital financial reporting. The research aims to educate Safira batik SMEs about digital financial statements. Socialization and training methods were used in this study. The findings showed that before the training, only 20% were aware of financial statements but did not know about digital financial statements; however, after the training, their knowledge increased by 80%. Before the training, 10% only knew how to record financial statements but had not recorded financial statements using a digital finance application; however, after the training, their knowledge increased by 90%.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of mentoring for Thammasat University Thailand students in improving Indonesian language skills through Surakarta batik training. Mentoring is considered an effective method in helping students acquire better language skills. This study involved a group of Thammasat University students who were studying Indonesian at the beginner level. They were given the opportunity to take part in Surakarta's typical batik training which involves practicing speaking, writing, and listening in Indonesian. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study show that mentoring through typical Surakarta batik training is effective in improving the Indonesian language skills of Thammasat University students. Students reported significant improvements in their ability to speak, write, and understand Indonesian after participating in the training. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of mentoring in improving foreign language skills, especially for international students. Surakarta's typical batik training has proven to have significant potential in facilitating Indonesian language learning, because it involves interactive and interesting cultural aspects.

This article discusses efforts to empower Female Sex Workers (PSP) carried out by the Batang Empowerment Communication Forum (FKPB) through health education and economic training. Counseling in the form of education about HIV/AIDS prevention aims to increase PSP's understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health and preventing the spread of disease. Apart from that, economic empowerment is realized through ecoprint batik making workshops, which provide new skills and open up independent business opportunities for PSP. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and direct observation of the activities carried out. The research results show that this combination of health education and economic empowerment not only contributes to increasing PSP's knowledge about health, but also provides opportunities for them to develop more sustainable economic potential. FKPB has succeeded in creating an integrated empowerment model, which integrates health and economic aspects to provide a long-term positive impact on the lives of PSP.

The purpose of this study is to look at how human resource (HR) development in Batik Madura micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) might act as a catalyst for green entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Green entrepreneurship is becoming the primary emphasis for decreasing negative environmental consequences while enhancing competitiveness in a global market that is more concerned with sustainability. HR plays a crucial role in implementing technical innovation and environmentally sustainable industrial processes. This study takes a qualitative method, with in-depth interviews with the owners, managers, and employees of MSME Batik Madura, as well as a literature analysis on green entrepreneurship.According to the study's findings, sustainable human resource development through training and education that emphasizes sustainability can boost productivity and efficiency in batik manufacturing. Furthermore, human resources with environmental consciousness and digital marketing abilities help Madurese batik products compete more effectively in national and international marketplaces. This study promotes collaboration among government, academics, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the development of human resources for Madura Batik MSMEs, which is the primary pillar in the transition to green entrepreneurship.

Batik is a work of art that has unique cultural values. The existence of batik can be found at any time in all corners of the city of Pekalongan. Meanwhile, batik production and trading activities are active throughout the day, even late at night. The pulse of people's lives, which is never separated from batik, has given Pekalongan the image of a "batik city". This is quite relevant considering that the people of Pekalongan city cannot be separated from batik, batik has become the economic lifeblood of the people of Pekalongan. Pekalongan batik production is not only sold in the local market but has reached and penetrated the international market. As competition in the international batik industry has arrived, it is fitting for Pekalongan batik to receive legal protection. The legal protection in question is about intellectual property rights, one of which is related to the use of trademark rights. There are two problems in this research, namely how to obtain legal protection for brand rights, logos, batik motifs and models in Pekalongan and how to report criminal acts of misuse or counterfeiting batik logos/brands that have been registered with Intellectual Property Rights. This research was conducted using a normative juridical research model or a normative legal research method. The normative juridical research method is a library-based legal research method. In this research, research will be carried out by analyzing the problems being discussed relating to the regulations on Intellectual Property Rights, specifically Brand Rights. Then the author connects it with legal protection of brand rights for the Batik industry in Pekalongan. Research results Legal protection for copyright of batik motifs generally exists in the 2002 UUHC, as regulated in Article 12 letter i. Based on developments in the 1987 UUHC and 1997 UUHC, batik art that receives copyright protection is non-traditional batik art with the consideration that traditional batik art has become common property (public domain). In the 2002 Copyright Law, both traditional and contemporary batik receive protection. Legal protection for batik motif copyright is obtained automatically without registration. Copyright registration for Pekalongan batik motifs is still rarely done. UUHC 2002 basically protects the artistic work of batik craftsmen without having to register. This creates several problems, namely, new motifs created by batik craftsmen in Pekalongan are marketed, and within three months the printed batik will come out. Regarding this problem, the Pekalongan City and Regency Department of Industry and Trade has not yet taken action because basically most batik motifs in Pekalongan have not been copyrighted. If people want to protest and demand it, it will also cost a lot of money, even though most craftsmen in Pekalongan have little capital. The level of awareness and understanding of the public, especially small and medium industrial entrepreneurs, regarding copyright is still low, so this condition becomes even worse due to the lack of ability to access information, as well as understanding of relevant agency officials regarding the importance of copyright.
