This research aims to analyze students' understanding of consumer protection and its influence on confidence in purchasing goods on Shopee. The research used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with high school students in Pasuruan. The research results show that students' shopping frequency at Shopee varies, with a fairly high level of satisfaction although there are still doubts about the effectiveness of the consumer protection features. Most students understand consumer rights and obligations as well as procedures for filing complaints, but some students feel the need for further education regarding steps to handle fraud. Product information on Shopee is considered accurate and buyer reviews provide additional confidence, but the implementation of consumer protection is considered not optimal. In conclusion, students' understanding of consumer protection contributes positively to their confidence in making purchases, but there is a need for improvement in education and transparency of protection features. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference for e-commerce, schools and the government in increasing consumer awareness and protection in the digital era.

Based on the above background, the following problem formulation is proposed: (1) What are the factors that encourage the occurrence of acts of violence against cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties? (2) What is the form of legal protection provided by the government to cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties?. This research was carried out in Kupang City, precisely at the PNM Mekaar Office, Kelapa Lima Kupang Branch. This research is an empirical legal research, which is carried out with a legislative approach and a case approach. The data were analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative manner. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was obtained that: (1) factors that encourage acts of violence against cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties, including: (a) Internal factors, including; (a) morality and education, (b) low consumer income factors, (c) consumer economic pressure, (d) uncontrolled emotions, (e) the influence of alcohol. b) External factors, including; (a) risky environmental factors, (b) social factors. (2) Forms of legal protection provided by the government to cooperative employees when carrying out collection duties, including: (a) Preemptive protection: can mean taking preventive measures. (b) Preventive Protection: This protection involves various policies, regulations, and mechanisms. (c) Repressive protection: actions taken to address, stop, or punish unlawful acts. The author's advice is to report the incident of violence to your superior, cooperative management, or the authorities as soon as possible. Make sure to follow the cooperative's internal procedures related to complaints and handling of violence.

This study examines the asbab al-nuzul of Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 158 and its relationship with the practice of sa’i in Hajj and Umrah as an expression of gratitude for Allah’s blessings. This verse was revealed to address the doubts of some Companions regarding the legitimacy of sa’i between Safa and Marwah, which during the pre-Islamic era had been associated with idolatrous practices. Using a library research method and exegetical analysis, this study demonstrates that Surah Al-Baqarah verse 158 affirms Safa and Marwah as part of the symbols (sha‘a’ir) of Allah that must be honored and performed within the rites of Hajj and Umrah. The practice of sa’i is not merely a ritual obligation but also embodies profound historical, spiritual, and educational values rooted in the story of Hajar’s struggle in seeking water for Prophet Ismail. Values of patience, effort, reliance on Allah, and gratitude are reflected in every step of sa’i. Understanding the asbab al-nuzul of this verse is expected to encourage Muslims to perform Hajj and Umrah with deeper awareness, sincerity, and meaning, so that worship transcends formal ritual and contributes to character building and the strengthening of faith.

. Legal Protection for the Implementation of Execution of Dependent Rights in Conventional Banks, which includes Research Objectives. For legal protection of the mechanism for the execution of the right of dependency in the return of debtors to the convention bank. Analyze the settlement of cases against bad debtors' assets to traditional banks and the execution of dependant rights in the process of loan repayment. How far studies on dependent rights execution in traditional banks have gone in terms of legal protections. Procedures for Conducting Studies The studies utilized are of a legal normative type. The study's findings Law 49/Prp of 1960, pertaining to the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN Law), protects the right of dependents to the return of debts owed by government commercial banks. It is the responsibility of the State Receivables Affairs Committee ("PUPN"), established by law, to oversee the administration of all State Receivables. The execution of dependent rights in the return of debtors' assets to traditional banks and the settlement of bad credit cases were both inefficient and unsuccessful because, in reality, they could not recover the debts owed by the debtors. In summary Compared to the value of new bad credit cases submitted by traditional banks, the realization of receipts from the process of executing the right of dependency every year is significantly lower. As a result, the State Receivables and Auction Service Office (henceforth KP2LN) takes over the handling of receivables from traditional banks.

The important function of bridges in the transportation system requires bridge performance to always be in prime condition. The reliability of the bridge structure in carrying the traffic load on it is the main parameter to guarantee the performance of a bridge. Bridge performance can always be maintained by regularly checking. This article about the evaluation of existing bridges takes a case study of the Maribaya A Bridge which was built in 1972 and is located on Jalan Bts. Tegal City – Bts. The city of Pemalang, which is part of the Pantura, is known for having a heavy load. The Maribaya A Bridge has a total of three spans, spans 1 and 3 with a length of 15 m, and span 2 with a length of 30 m. The evaluation was carried out on the superstructure, the cast in situ type girder components. The analysis is carried out using the rating factor method by comparing the capacity of the girder with the traffic load above it. The calculation results show that the rating factor value for spans 1 and 3 is 0.40 and for span 2 is 0.19. The rating factor value for the entire span shows <1.00, means that the superstructure capacity of the Maribaya A Bridge is no longer able to withstand the traffic load. Serious attention is needed, bridge reconstruction is absolutely necessary.

Financial performance evaluation of companies is an essential aspect for assessing and measuring overall financial position. The analysis of corporate financial performance can be conducted using financial ratios, including liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. Liquidity and solvency ratios are utilized to assess the extent to which a company can meet its financial obligations. The data used in this study is qualitative, consisting of primary data from the financial statements of PT. Sido Muncul, Tbk for the period 2023-2024, obtained from the company's official website using documentation techniques. The analysis results using Debt To Total Asset Ratio indicate that the ratio values during the period 2020-2024 consistently remained below the measurement standard threshold, i.e., less than 35%. Similarly, the analysis using Debt To Equity Ratio also shows that the ratio values during the period 2020-2024 consistently remained below the measurement standard threshold, i.e., less than 90%. Ratios below the standard indicate that the company's financial performance in meeting its obligations can be considered satisfactory, as lower ratio values signify greater assets and equity used as collateral for the company's debts.

The dialectics and discourse about whistleblowers in Indonesia are not active when discussing and studying the concept of justice collaborators against a large-scale crime. The glory of the whistleblower concept is not as detailed as the setting of Justice Collaborators. So, information about what and how the whistleblower mechanisms work is still covered by the black cloud in order to uncover large-scale crimes. The purpose of writing this article is to know and analyse the legal protection system against a whistleblower reporting a crime. The research method used is a normative juridical research method using conceptual approaches, legal approaches, and comparative approaches to the United States. The result of this study is that a person identified as a whistleblower, if referring to settings and comparisons, will still raise doubts caused by the uncertainty of benefits and protection for himself and his family. The conclusion of this study is that the legal protection and protection of future guarantees for someone who has been designated as a whistleblower are still very minimal. Thus, the disclosure of a large-scale criminal case becomes very difficult and focuses only on the interests of justice collaborators.   Keywords: evidence; legal protection; whistleblower

Bankruptcy is a business settlement process through litigation, namely through the commercial court. Bankruptcy is regulated in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations or abbreviated as UUK 2004. Prior to the promulgation of UUK 2004, it was about Faillissement Verordening (Law on Bankruptcy) which was then updated through Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 1998 and then ratified as Law Number 4 of 1998. Based on the explanation in the background section of the problem, the problem is how to take legal action in bankruptcy cases according to Law Number How to distribute payments for creditors' receivables according to the principles of justice in bankruptcy law. In Article 16 paragraph (1) of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations ("UU 37/2004") it is stated that the curator has the authority to carry out the duties of managing and/or settling bankrupt assets from the date the bankruptcy disclosure is made, even though against the decision, cassation or reconsideration is granted. The aim of this research is to examine the religiosity of homosexual teenagers in North Sumatra. This research is qualitative, with a phenomenological research design. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. Interviews were conducted in depth with homosexual teenagers by developing several questions to reveal five dimensions of religiosity. The research subjects were seven homosexual teenagers. The results of the research show that the religiosity of homosexual teenagers is categorized as good, except for the dimensions of appreciation and practice as well as the dimensions of experience that influence their behavior. Factors that influence the religiosity of homosexual teenagers include an incorrect understanding of religious concepts and a family environment that pays little attention to the appreciation and practice of their religion. The role of religious education in the family is to increase the religiosity of homosexual teenagers. Disputes regarding religion have a big influence on the subject. Feelings of sin and guilt towards religious teachings give rise to doubts about the internalization of religious teachings.

The act of falsifying documents in general elections is a serious violation of the basic principles of democracy and legal regulations governing the democratic process. In politics, document falsification not only impacts specific individuals or groups, but also substantially undermines the integrity and legitimacy of the democratic process as a whole. From a legal justice perspective, such actions violate the basic principles that should govern the integrity of elections, threatening the foundations of democracy itself. By using fake documents, individuals or groups can manipulate election results in unfair ways, leading to a reduction in public trust in democratic institutions. Moreover, such actions create doubts about the legitimacy and fairness of the election process, which is the main foundation of an effective democratic system. In the case mentioned, Dr. Sihabuddin Chalid, M.M., Pd. bin (late) Khalid Noor, deliberately created fake documents to become a candidate for DPRD members, which directly violated Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. Therefore, strict law enforcement is very important to prevent abuse of political power and maintain public trust in government institutions.

One of the problems that humans face in everyday life is the economy, especially in terms of meeting needs. To survive, humans have to meet all their complex needs. Because rural people often have economic difficulties, they are the most involved in Emok Bank.
