The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. The author makes a system, namely the Financial Administration Application Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Waringin Jaya Village based on Java SE.

This research was made with the aim of developing the application of determining the recipient of Rastra (Rice Prosperous) aid in Tobu Village. South middle Timor district by applying the exponential comparison method. Variables or criteria used in this study are work, income, number of dependents, building area and housing conditions and detailed criteria on each variable. This research succeeded in developing an application ranking community beneficiaries of Rastra in Tobu village by using the exponential comparison method (MPE). In this application provides a graphical display feature, print reports that will be used to print and view the results of the ranking of people who are entitled to receive Sejahtera ria. 

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the number of new student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used is all prospective students who register in T.A 2021/2022 as many as 140 students of the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. the sample was selected as many as 80 respondents. determined by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire through the google form application. By using simple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, namely by looking for correlation coefficients and simple linear regression using t test. This research was carried out on June 1 - August 31, 2022. Based on statistical results using the SPSS 22.00 application, the results showed "there was a significant effect of promotion on the number of prospective student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy" with a promotion percentage rate of 33.98% in increase the number of student registrations.

If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. Dates milk tempe is an alternative drink for health, which is made from tempe extract with natural sweetener honey and enriched with dates, so it is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the organoleptic quality of date palm tempe milk; 2) community acceptance of date palm tempe milk; 3) determine the content of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The research method of making date palm milk is carried out in accordance with the procedure for making tempe milk. Organoleptic tests to determine acceptance were carried out on 30 semi-trained and untrained panelists. The nutritional content of date palm tempeh is calculated using the Gizipro application. The results showed that date palm milk has sensory characteristics of sweet and savory taste, aroma of soybean tempeh and dates, thick texture and dark brown color. Contains 5.31 g carbohydrates; 0.11 g protein; 0.14 g fat; and 2.14 mg of calcium. It has low carbohydrates, low fat content compared to tempeh milk, so it can be drunk by all ages and can prevent degenerative diseases.

PT Sintas Kurama Perdana is the first formic acid producer in Southeast Asia. Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.
