Penelitian yang dilakukan terdiri dari Variabel Bebas yaitu Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (X) yang  meliputi 4 (empat) sub variabel yaitu Kualitas Produk (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), Harga (X3), Promosi (X4), dan Variabel Terikat yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 58 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, kefesien korelasi berganda (R), koefesien determinasi (R2), uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan persamaan Y = 2,012 + 0,409 X1 + (- 0,072) X2 + 0,219 X3 + (- 0,019) X4. Hasil analisis koefesien korelasi berganda (R) menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel independen dan variabel dependen sebesar 0,652 adalah kuat, hal ini dapat menjelaskan bahwa variabel Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,426 atau 42,6%, menunjukkan bahwa 42,6% variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (X) dan sisanya 57,4% dipengaruhi oleh sebab-sebab lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian. Hasil uji F (simultan) didapatkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 9,823 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000,dengan nilai signifikasi tabel 0,05 dan Ftabel sebesar 2,758 hal ini pengujian hipotesa nilai Fhitung> Ftabel maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti variabel bebas berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikatatau variabel Faktor Kepuasan Pelanggan (X) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Hasil uji t (uji parsial) menunjukkan sub variabel yang dominan adalah kualitas produk (X1) dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,983 dengan nilai tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan diketahui ttabel sebesar 2,006, hal ini berarti thitung> t tabel maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima.

Patient satisfaction with pharmacy services is a crucial indicator in assessing the quality of healthcare services provided. Patient satisfaction is influenced by the comparison between perceived performance and expectations. If service performance exceeds expectations, patients will be highly satisfied. This study aims to measure the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of drug services at Rio Pharmacy. This descriptive study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires completed by respondents. The results show that all five dimensions of service quality received positive ratings. The Responsiveness dimension has the most significant influence with a score of 56, followed by Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy, each with a score of 52, and Tangible with a score of 47. Overall, patients are satisfied with the quality of drug services at Rio Pharmacy.

Health is a pivotal factor in enhancing human quality of life by improving healthcare service quality. Pharmacies serve as crucial healthcare facilities widely frequented by the populace. High-quality pharmaceutical services in pharmacies can gratify patients, foster patient loyalty, and augment patient quality of life. This study aims to ascertain patient satisfaction levels regarding pharmaceutical services at several pharmacies in Karanganyar Regency. This descriptive observational study employed a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 105 respondents. Patient satisfaction levels were computed using SPSS Statistics 25. Research findings revealed satisfaction rates for pharmacy service indicators: pharmacy appearance achieved 85.10% (very satisfied), staff friendliness achieved 80.23% (very satisfied), medication information provision achieved 82.66% (very satisfied), medication availability achieved 83.27% (very satisfied), and service speed achieved 87.93% (very satisfied). In conclusion, patients expressed overall satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at several pharmacies in Karanganyar Regency.

The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly altered the landscape of the healthcare product market, with a rapid increase in demand for Vitamin C as a means to enhance immune function. Amidst intensifying competition, Hevit-C, a well-known brand in Jakarta's pharmacies, has employed marketing strategies and innovations to maintain its revenue stability. This study aims to analyze various marketing strategies and innovations implemented by Hevit-C during and post-pandemic, and to identify the correlation between these strategies and innovations with the brand's revenue stability. The research methodology includes sales data analysis, collection of data related to marketing strategies and innovations used by product management, and a review of literature on marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. It is anticipated that the findings of this research will benefit healthcare professionals and pharmacies by providing insights and educational materials on the use of Vitamin C for patients and the general public. Furthermore, the study aims to benefit the pharmaceutical industry by optimizing marketing strategies and better meeting market demands.

This research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and questionnaires distributed to respondents, which will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression.

Plants that can be used to treat and cure diseases are commonly called live pharmacies. live pharmacy plants are quite useful to be used as a source of business because they can be sold and certainly improve the village economy.This research method uses a practical approach directly by going to the community to conduct counseling and planting practices. The results of this study are that the community is still unfamiliar with the concept of live pharmacy, with the practice of planting and counseling about live pharmacy making the Sumber Agung Village Community who are present there become more aware of the use of vacant land to plant useful plants

In This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya.   This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used was all employees who worked at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya, totaling 32 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The research variables are the independent variable leadership performance and discipline, the dependent variable is employee performance. Mei-Juni 2024.  Libra pharmacy employees. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained from the results of the regression equation analysis is that the regression coefficient value for leadership is -1.072 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if leadership is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if leadership is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. Apart from that, it has a calculated t value of -3.481 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H is accepted. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained is that from the results of the regression equation analysis, the regression coefficient value for work discipline is -0.907 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if work discipline is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if work discipline is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. high., apart from that it has a calculated t value of -5.447 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H is accepted.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that always increases every year. Hypertension is known as a silent killer because patients who suffer from hypertension rarely feel the symptoms. Common symptoms of hypertension can be headaches in the back of the neck, blurred vision, and others. The blood pressure of hypertension sufferers is above 140/90 mmHg. This study aims to see the pattern of prescribing antihypertensive drugs in BPJS Kesehatan patients including gender, age, patient diagnosis, and combination of antihypertensive drug classes. The method used is descriptive observational research. This study was conducted using 195 prescriptions in the period November 2023. The results obtained were that hypertension sufferers were more dominated by women with a total of 131 sufferers with a percentage of 67% compared to men with a total of 64 sufferers with a percentage of 33%. The age most affected by hypertension is people aged 51 years - 75 years with a total of 143 people and a percentage of 73.33%. 92 of 195 (47.18%) patients did not have other diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, heart, GI, and asthma. Single therapy of antihypertensive drugs was most commonly prescribed by doctors with a total of 127 patients with a presentation of 65.13% compared to patients who used combination therapy of two or more antihypertensive drugs. Calcium antagonist or CCB drugs were most commonly used by BPJS patients at several pharmacies in the Bandung area used in the prescription analysis with a total of 107 patients with a percentage of 54.87%.

Drug interaction is a change in the effect of a drug due to the presence of other drugs taken simultaneously, which will cause a decrease in the therapeutic effect of the drug and toxicity in the body can increase. Changes in drug effects due to drug interactions vary greatly between individuals because they are influenced by various factors such as dose, drug levels in the blood, route of drug administration, drug metabolism, duration of therapy and patient characteristics. The potential for drug interactions can occur, one of which is in patients who take a large number of drugs simultaneously or Polypharmacy. Therefore, this study is related to the problem of drug interactions that occur due to Polypharmacy Prescriptions from internal medicine specialists at One of the Pharmacies in Bandung City which really needs to be considered, especially by a pharmacist. The results can be concluded that there are 22 drug interactions originating from 69 prescriptions with details of 10 minor interactions, 11 moderate interactions, and 1 major interaction. This shows that of the 69 prescriptions that have been studied, only 31.88% have interactions with minor, moderate, and major categories.

Hypercholesterolemia is an elevation of cholesterol levels exceeding 240 mg/dl. Simvastatin is a cholesterol-lowering drug classified as a statin. Improper medication use is often due to incomplete or incorrect information obtained by patients, which can impact their level of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between patients' knowledge levels on hypercholesterolemia and the accuracy of simvastatin medication use at pharmacies in Weru Sub-District, Sukoharjo. The study was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional research design. Sample selection used purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument for this research utilized a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. The research findings revealed a correlation coefficient value of 0.383 and a significant value (P Value) of 0.001<0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant correlation between the variables of patients' knowledge levels on hypercholesterolemia and the accuracy of simvastatin medication use at pharmacies in Weru Sub-District, Sukoharjo.

Medications used for gastrointestinal (GI) disease therapy are widely prescribed or over-the-counter, ranking among the top 10 prescribed and sold globally. These drugs are often concurrently used with other medications, leading to potential drug interactions that can impact their effectiveness. However, the identification of potential interaction severity remains limited. This study focuses on identifying drug interactions in patients with digestive disorders through common prescriptions in Bandung city in November 2023. Out of 50 analyzed prescriptions, 20 potential drug interactions were identified, comprising 8 minor and 12 moderate interactions, with no major interactions. The findings underscore the pharmacist's crucial role in counseling and providing drug information to enhance therapy effectiveness and patients' quality of life.

Apotek merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang bertanggungjawab atas pemenuhan kebutuhan obat-obatan di masyarakat. Pasca pandemi covid-19 penurunan layanan dirasakan oleh seluruh apotek, sehingga banyak unit usaha apotek yang saat ini tidak hanya memberikan pelayanan di bidang obat-obatan. Beberapa apotek kini menyediakan perlengkapan kesehatan, produk kecantikan, dan praktik dokter spesialis. Salah satunya adalah apotek Sugih Waras yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Namun masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh apotek Sugih Waras saat ini menitik beratkan pada penggunaan teknologi yang masih kurang untuk pengelolaan di berbagai lini aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang ruang kosong yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh apotek Sugih Waras dan mengisinya dengan teknologi e-commerce untuk memperkuat posisi di pasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Alat yang digunakan yakni analisis SWOT dengan penilaian Internal Factor Analysis Strategic (IFAS) dan Eksternal Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ruang yang paling tepat dalam penggunaan e-commerce adalah dalam kegiatan promosi dan pengelolaan manajemen apotek

In developing business management, it is committed to exploring Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a way to improve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices, both internally such as company employees and external parties such as stakeholders and the wider community. Recent research focuses on the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR), green human resource management (GHRM), and green innovation on corporate sustainability. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the implementation of GHRM and CSR for corporate sustainability which refers to strategies and practices designed by a company to provide long-term benefits for all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers and the community around the company's business activities. as well as marketing mix combinations in the business world. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers obtained the information needed by conducting direct interviews with the management of the Ananda Farma pharmacy. The process of collecting information in this study went through the first stage, by conducting a literature audit related to studies on GHRM and CSR. This study reveals that companies that invest in CSR activities in developing countries can significantly improve their performance and contribute to the overall welfare of society. In conclusion, this research also highlights the importance of CSR in meeting the needs of vulnerable communities in developing countries and highlights the importance of business practices in increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and corporate social responsibility.
