Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

Lightning has always been a dangerous threat to the equipment of electric power systems consisting of: power plants, substations, transmission lines and distribution lines. Generally, overhead high-voltage transmission lines are exposed to lightning strikes. Therefore, the degree of protection against lightning is determined based on the degree of insulation of the equipment. To prevent damage to equipment due to lightning strikes, arresters are used. In this study, three arrester models were used as comparisons, namely. IEEE arrester model. The system was simulated using Alternative Transients Program (ATP) software. The results showed that the lightning rod was declared successful in protecting the transmission system, where the three lightning rods had a Margin Protection (MP) of arresters that reached 28%. In the simulation, it is known that the IEEE arrester successfully cut off the lightning current in the transmission system so that the transient overvoltage recorded on the transformer does not exceed the Basic Insulation Level ((BIL) trafo.  

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..

Sugar levels that accumulate in the blood due to not being absorbed well by body cells can cause various organ disorders. If not controlled properly, it can lead to various complications that can be life-threatening. Risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels are food, activity, and weight gain. Therefore, one way to keep blood sugar levels under control is by doing walking therapy activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking on the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tuminting Village, Manado City. This research is a quantitative research with a method used pre-experimental method using a with a pre-test-post test one group design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents obtained as many as 19 people using Purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using blood glucose test tools and observation sheets. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test showed P value of 0.001 or smaller than ≤0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or through walking activities can reduce the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

A road traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional event on the road involving a vehicle with or without other road users which results in loss and/or loss of property. Handling criminal cases that occur in society can be resolved using two methods, namely penal and non-penal. One of the non-penal solutions is Penal Mediation. Penal mediation itself is born from the culture that exists in society so that the content of its values is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian nation. Mediation is a procedure based on "good faith" where the disputing parties convey suggestions through channels on how the dispute will be resolved by the mediator, because they themselves are unable to do so. Through this freedom, it is possible for mediators to provide innovative solutions through a form of resolution that cannot be carried out by the court, but the parties to the dispute obtain mutual benefits.

Local cultural tourism in the village has become an increasingly interesting topic in the context of local economic development and preservation of cultural heritage and exotic experiences for tourists. The implementation of this service aims to provide a deeper understanding through socialisation activities in the application of local cultural tour packages as alternative tourist attractions in the Huta Tinggi Tourism village. The method of implementing this service activity is through a one-day seminar with the stages of observation, building communication regarding the willingness of partners, presentation of material, questions and answers and preparation of reports on the programmes that have been carried out. The focus of this socialisation presentation examines the economic impact, cultural preservation, and community participation in tourism development. By presenting tourist attractions that highlight the uniqueness of Huta Tinggi's local traditions, arts and culture, the village can maintain their heritage and encourage a better understanding of their cultural wealth, which is where the importance of this activityties.

Siomay is a food originating from China which was brought to Indonesia which is then much loved by Indonesian people. Apart from mackerel, snapper fish can also be an alternative as a substitute for siomay raw materials. Vegetables that are usually used are carrots and leeks besides that Moringa leaves can also be an alternative to supporting ingredients. The aims of this study were (1) to determine the most preferred composition of snapper dumplings and moringa leaves. (2) To find out how to make snapper and moringa leaf dumplings. (3) To find out the public's acceptance of snapper and moringa leaf dumplings. The level of people's preference for snapper dumplings and Moringa leaves from the results of the questionnaire test showed that the panelists liked the aspects of taste, aroma, texture with the addition of 20%

This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive format, aimed at explaining, summarizing various conditions, various situations or various variables that arise in the community which is the object of the research based on what happens. Then bring to the surface the character or description of the condition, situation or variable. The results of observations from questionnaires that have been distributed by students hope that this alternative will reduce the level of traffic jams and the number of accidents that occur in the community. The Governor of Jambi, Al Haris, has made various efforts in alternative development in his province. This journal discusses the utilization/processing of bananas into snacks such as banana chips and snacks in Kecupak II Village, Pakpak Bharat Regency. Bananas are not prominently featured in that area, but they have been optimized into a marketable product, namely banana chips. Therefore, this research aims to optimize the utilization and processing of bananas into value-added products. The principle in Deuteronomy 28:8 provides a foundation for blessings in conducting a business. Processed banana products have good market potential in Kecupak II Village and its surroundings. Besides serving as a healthy snack alternative, these products can also be an additional source of income for the local community. The utilization and processing of bananas into snacks in Kecupak II Village hold promising potential. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the development of banana agro-industry in this region.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of linear regression as a forecasting tool to estimate the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) in Indonesia. Utilizing UMP data from various provinces during the period 2002-2022, this study employs linear regression to analyze the factors influencing UMP determination. The predicted UMP for North Sumatra in 2023 demonstrates a high level of accuracy (R-squared = 0.9678), affirming the potential of linear regression as an effective tool to understand regional economic dynamics. The research provides a crucial foundation for policymakers in regional economic planning and suggests avenues for further investigation, including exploring alternative prediction methods and analyzing the impact of UMP regulation policies.

Companies often carry out this tax avoidance strategy in an effort to reduce the amount of tax they have to pay. There are two ways for businesses to lower the taxes they pay. In the first case, the business world can reduce the tax value by implementing tax avoidance while still complying with relevant tax laws. The second alternative is for business actors to reduce the tax value by carrying out tax avoidance activities that violate tax regulations. This research examines the relationship between business strategy, transfer pricing, and capital intenssity on tax avoidance moderated by corporate social responsbility. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data collection method in this research is literature study. The research results show that business strategy, transfer costs, and capital intent have an influence on tax avoidance. As well as business strategy, transfer costs and capital intentions can be mediated by CSR on tax avoidance.

Achievement ability is a pinnacle of the learning process, at this stage students prove the success of learning at school SD Negeri 17 Gunung Megang. However, as the learning process progresses, several things occur that can affect this success. One of them is the problem of declining achievement scores, both academic and non-academic scores. The value of achievement that decreases or increases can be influenced by various factors. All problems need to be resolved so that the school can find a solution to increase or maintain the value of student achievement for the next period. Based on these problems, a Decision Support System is needed that can help the school in seeing the effect of student achievement. The method used in making decisions on the effect of student achievement is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can be compiled based on a hierarchical model that is made together with decision makers in order to provide solutions through the highest weight value in each criterion and alternative that is served. The decision support system with the AHP method can determine the priority weight of the criteria.

Sharia tourism policy is a government effort to develop the tourism sector by prioritizing sharia principles in all aspects. These measures include services that value Islamic teachings, such as sharia-based places to stay, restaurants that serve halal food, and entertainment programs that adhere to Islamic ethics. The aim of this policy is to increase the attractiveness of tourism among Muslim tourists and at the same time create a tourist environment that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, the sharia tourism policy is expected to contribute positively to economic growth and fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the local community. sharia tourism is the implementation of sharia principles into a form of travel activities of sharia tourist destinations. The development of Islamic tourism is currently growing rapidly because it is very much in demand by Muslim tourists who are looking for alternative travel in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia, this research reaches the implementation of the concept of Islamic tourism in tourist destinations that are very popular and in great demand in areas with a majority Muslim population. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

Waste is a problem of the environment and urban communities that until now has no solution. Waste Bank is an alternative to reduce waste production because it directly involves the community. Through this Waste Bank program not only involves the community in the implementation process but can improve the community's perspective on waste management. The implementation of this service begins with providing teaching material to the community so that they are motivated to be able to sort household waste and together form a waste bank as a means of channeling waste. The counseling with material about the importance of managing waste with waste banks and how waste banks work. The result of this training is that the community is very enthusiastic to participate in the waste management program through the clean and cash program because the clean amd cash program is considered an effective program by the community in addition to reducing the effects of environmental pollution from garbage collectors also get money exchanged to the garbage bank. This craft training also adds to the community's insight to utilize used goods into things that are valuable and can be resold.

The inner conflict of the main character in the novel entitled Sebening Syahadat by Diva Sinar Rembulan is interesting to research through the study of literary psychology. The inner conflict experienced by the main character in the novel begins when the main character finds the woman of his dreams and searches for an identity that he has not yet believed in. The aim of this research is to describe the inner conflict experienced by the main character of the novel Sebening Syahadat by Diva Sinar Rembulan. This type of research is a literature study. The approach used is a literary psychology approach. The method used is a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is a documentation technique in three ways, namely, literature study, reading technique, and note-taking technique. The instrument used is a data card for the classification of intrinsic elements and forms of inner conflict. The analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out descriptively. The results of this research found intrinsic elements in the form of characters and characterization, plot and setting. The second thing was found to be 47 data on the form of inner conflict in the form of (6) anxiety, (1) obsession, (3) frustration, (12) guilt, (7) hurt, (1) fear, (5) inability, (12) angry. This research can be used as an alternative teaching material at the high school/vocational school level.

The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. Educators' knowledge of fundamental questions about "what is good for a child's brain?" is the essence of applying this learning method. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

Disputes in everyday life can arise between business partners, family, friends, husband and wife, and so on. A forum whose task is to resolve disputes can be used as a means of dispute resolution. Courts are the official place to settle disputes, while private institutions offer arbitration. Alternative Dispute Settlement (ADR), or Alternative Dispute Settlement (APS) in Indonesian, is the term used to describe out-of-court dispute resolution.

Transportation facilities, especially non-public transportation capabilities, are needed by the community to transport various necessities of life every day. One of the means of land transportation that is most widely used by people in Indonesia is the motorcycle, because apart from being more economical compared to four-wheeled vehicles, motorbikes have the advantage of being able to reach their destination more quickly.   Buying a new motorbike requires a lot of money, and for the lower class, they tend to turn their attention to used motorbikes. However, buying a used motorcycle also confronts them with the problem of what brand and type of motorbike to buy.  

A Cafe is a place to eat and gather with a more comfortable atmosphere, there are many cafes that exist and are developing in Seruyan district, giving rise to an increase in the economy and the government is expected to be able to help cafes in the Seruyan area, most cafes are managed by young people so that it can have a positive impact if they are in provide support from the government. Therefore the researcher created a decision support system to help related parties to choose the best cafe. This decision support system is designed to provide an objective picture of the cafes in Seruyan. The method used in this study is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, which is an SPK method used to select various objects that are used as the best alternative from the many existing alternatives, with the criteria used namely location, atmosphere, menu, price, service and cleanliness. With this decision-making system, it is hoped that it can help several parties, such as the tourism office and also the UMKM and industry cooperative services to become a source of reference if you want to develop SMEs and businesses in Seruyan District

This research aimed to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, and perceived risk on the use of mobile payments by Telkom University students. The use of mobile payments is a method that can be used as an alternative to cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards and can create new opportunities for payment methods. The population in this study was all Telkom University students. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique. The sample used was 282 respondents. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires through Google Forms. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, and perceived risk have a positive effect on the use of mobile payments. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview for digital payment service providers to improve service quality in using mobile payments so that they can maintain user consistency, increase security so the user trust does not decrease, and pay attention to risks that may occurarticle.
