This study aims to analyze legal protection for passive smokers through the implementation of Smoke-Free Areas (Kawasan Tanpa Rokok/KTR) and its relation to the fulfillment of the right to clean air. This research uses a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources obtained through library research. The results show that the implementation of Smoke-Free Areas is a form of preventive legal protection provided by the state to protect the public from the harmful effects of cigarette smoke. Regulations regarding Smoke-Free Areas have been stipulated in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health and various regional regulations. However, the implementation of KTR still faces several obstacles, including low public awareness, weak supervision, and the lack of optimal law enforcement against violations. Therefore, stronger supervision, firm law enforcement, and continuous public education are needed to ensure the fulfillment of the public’s right to clean air.

This study aims to determine the comparison between Indonesian and Malay from a phonological aspect by using the cartoon series "Upin and Ipin" as research subjects. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods using free listening techniques. Researchers found phonetic elements in the entire Malay language that aired on the episode Season 15 Gerobok Rezeki. It has been found that Malay and Indonesian have almost the same function of stress, tone, intonation and duration in the pronunciation of vocabulary sounds. The difference between the two is the nasal sound that is more inherent in Malay. There are also differences in phonological aspects in the form of changing the vowel "a‟ to the vowel "ə‟ in some vocabulary words with the same pattern of wording and meaning.

This article is constructed around the discoveries made during the research, where it was found that the character of love for one's country is not yet fully implied in the souls of students. There are still many students who lack discipline in doing and submitting assignments, not only that, there are also many students who speak inappropriately and are impolite to their classmates and those above them, and never care about friends who are experiencing difficulties. The role of learning media is very crucial in helping students understand learning material. To develop learning materials, of course learning media is needed as a supporting tool when learning takes place, with learning media being able to develop material on cultural diversity to increase love for the country, especially focused on class students.

The concept of the mystical in society embodies an air of mystery, fear, suspense, horror, and the like, leading the inability of society to understand mystical phenomena to drive a high level of curiosity about such occurrences. Even the mystical has become a form of entertainment for society, one of which is through consuming horror content on YouTube. In the present era, Generation Z is a cohort whose lives have evolved with distinct thought patterns compared to preceding generations, parallel to the relentless development of the digital technology world. One manifestation of internet content or YouTube content is the "Langit Kelabu" expedition vlog, which explores mystical mountain climbing expeditions. The content is produced and hosted by a creator named Dzawin Nur Ikram on the YouTube channel "Dzawin Nur." This study aims to ascertain the influence and the extent of impact by the "Langit Kelabu" vlog on the Dzawin Nur YouTube channel on the attitudes of Generation Z toward the mystical. In this journal, the impact of public waste on environmental pollution in the MMTC market will be discussed. In previous research, it was found that waste management that is not environmentally friendly can have a negative impact on environmental health and society. Garbage can cause contamination of air surfaces and air bodies used by humans, disrupt life in the air, and cause unpleasant odors. Apart from that, rubbish can also cause shallowing of the air, resulting in blockages that can cause flooding. Therefore, public awareness and education is needed about good and correct waste management to minimize the negative impact of waste on the environment and public health. Case studies can be conducted to analyze waste management practices in the MMTC market, the type and amount of waste produced, as well as the impact of waste on the environment and public health. This study can also provide suggestions for improving waste management practices in the MMTC market and increase public awareness about good and correct waste management.

There are many benefits to a village having a website that is managed seriously. Lighten the government's workload and make things easier for village communities. This service activity will be carried out in Paddinging Village, which is one of the villages in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. This consideration regarding location selection is because Paddinging Village does not yet have a village website. On the other hand, Paddinging Village has several natural potentials which can be maximized by disseminating information to people inside and outside the village. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. The expanse of mountains and rice fields as well as the mist that sometimes covers it, accompanied by cool air are the characteristics of Paddinging Village. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.
