One of the problems caused by use of depo-medroxy progesterone acetate injection KB is increased blood pressure so many KB acceptors stop using contraception especially hormonal KB. Then, to overcome the increase in blood pressure in KB acceptors, it can be recommended to consume melon juice. The purpose this study was to determine the effectiveness of administering melon juice in reducing blood pressure in acceptors of depot-medroxy progesterone acetate injections at the Bambang Community Health Center, West Sulawesi Province. The type of research used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 30 mothers who received depo-medroxy progesterone acetate injections for KB and who had increased blood pressure who visited the Bambang Community Health Center who were given melon juice. The results showed that was an effect of giving melon juice on reducing blood pressure in KB acceptors of the depo-medroxy progeteron acetate injection with a value of ρ=0.000. It hoped that it can become a source of information for all health agencies as a material consideration so that the asministrasion of melon juice to be developed.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

Counseling, Mentoring and Empowerment are activities to increase community participation in meeting life's needs to resolve problems experienced by the community. Activities are carried out through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, which is a community service-based activity to increase student empathy for the conditions of society and the environment. Science KKN is carried out in Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency using service methods such as counseling, training and group mentoring. The results show that there is a positive response from village stakeholders and high active participation from the community, including taking part in an extension program with four activities, namely structuring Village Administration, Legal Awareness, Empowering MSMEs, and Learning Innovation. Apart from that, there are several outputs produced: (1) Strengthening data recording, archiving and reporting Village finances correctly (2) Increasing order, peace, security and justice in Village social life (3) Development of quality, competitiveness and added value of production home and halal certification (4) There has been an increase in discipline and participation in the teaching and learning process in an orderly and structured manner.

Impaired growth and development can occur if nutrition in infancy and children is not fulfilled and is not treated early. Fulfillment of nutritional needs in infants, especially in infants aged 6-12 months where at this time babies are introduced to food, or termed MP-ASI, you should pay attention to several things such as the nutritional content of the ingredients used, administration according to nutritional needs, can be well received by the baby's digestion, preferably produced from local ingredients and is dense in nutrition. Knowledge about nutritional intake patterns is needed by every mother, so that the baby's nutritional needs can be optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about nutritional intake patterns and weight gain for babies aged 6-12 months at the Keritang Hulu Health Center, Kemuning District. The results of the study showed that 29 mothers (72.5%) had good nutritional patterns and 29 mothers (100%) had weight gain. However, there were 11 mothers who had poor nutritional patterns (27.5%) and all of these mothers' babies did not experience weight gain (100%). the results of the statistical chi-square test that has been carried out show a Pvalue (> 0.05), namely 0.000. The research hypothesis states that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about nutritional intake patterns and weight gain for infants aged 6-12 months at the Keritang Hulu Health Center, Kemuning District, in 2023. Conclusion Sufficient knowledge about nutritional patterns will have an impact on infant weight gain. It is hoped that all mothers who have babies will be able to find more information about how good nutritional patterns are for babies aged 6-12 months so that they have an impact on optimal baby growth and development according to the baby's age.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Public policy is essentially and what is based on authority and power, because public policy is made by a group of people who have legitimate power in a government system. Very often a public policy that is implemented does not side with the people, and only benefits one party. Therefore, public policies provided by the government must have the value of siding with the people so that their implementation is intended to resolve every problem. The purpose of this writing is to discuss conceptual analysis of theories and the process of implementing public policy. The results of the discussion show that public policy is a very important factor in achieving maximum government administration.

The importance of public information in society is to encourage transparency, accountability and citizen participation in the democratization process. However, effective management and access to public information also raises issues related to privacy, security and ethics. The use of public information is also to provide open and transparent access to information produced or managed by the government or public institutions to the general public. This aims to enable the public to understand, monitor and participate in government and decision-making processes. Public information enables the public to have sufficient knowledge to evaluate government performance, understand public policy, and play an active role in community development and maintaining government accountability. Therefore, it is important for the government and other agencies, including the police, that provide public information to consider the interests of the community and maintain the basic principles of fair and just public information.

The Digital Revolution is driving the transformation of population administration in the city of Samarinda through the Integration of Digital Population Identity (IKD). This study evaluates the socialization strategies of IKD and their impact on community participation. Through collaboration in Kaltim Fest, hospitals, and campuses, the program focuses on the activation of IKD and engagement with relevant institutions. The enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities highlights awareness and acceptance of IKD. The research results provide a foundation for further development, strengthening the role of IKD in population services

Pancasila as a national ideology implies a religious view of the nation, which upholds the values of God Almighty. This is as determined in the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which is stated in Article 29 A paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution as a result of the amendment of Chapter XI which states that "The state is based on the Almighty God" so that religious legitimacy is still needed in various aspects of the life of the nation and state, so that it cannot be separated from the Theory of Theocracy which states that the supreme power in a country is God's power which means, no one has supreme power in a country, apart from God. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse carefully the practice of the nation and state based on divinity in Indonesia in relation to the theory of the formation of theocratic states. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using statute approach. The result of the research is that the practice of religious life should strengthen and strengthen unity, integrity, and national resilience with Pancasila as the state philosophy and ideology of the nation as a determinant of national integration, a source of ethics for state administration, and continue to clarify and reinforce the role of religion as a state direction in the nation and state.

The demand for Madurese herbal medicine products is increasing significantly in every region, this cannot be separated from Madura herbal medicine producers as providers of halal products. In this study, the object of research was the producer of Madurese herbal medicine in the Kwanyar Madura sub-district area. This research was conducted on producers to find out what factors influence the influence of culture and halal certification on consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out the process of Madurese herbal medicine producers in Kwanyar sub-district to obtain halal certification from the halal product guarantee administration body (BPJPH) using an analytical approach. multiple linear variables through cultural influence, halal certification, consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative using multiple linear analysis tests. The sampling technique is the technique used for sampling in this research with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. This test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, f test, and multiple linear analysis.

Arumanis mango seeds (Mangifera indica L.) are organic waste, which in previous research contained many secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids and had very strong antioxidant activity. Arumanis mango seeds have the potential to heal wounds, including excision wounds. Excision wounds are characterized by the loss of a certain amount of tissue volume that can be filled with wound healing material. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of arumanis mango seed extract ointment on the healing of excision wounds, variations in concentration and histopathological features. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups, namely the control group (ointment base), the arumanis mango seed extract group with concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% and the comparison group (T® ointment). Applying is done 2 times a day for 14 days. The parameters observed were the percentage of wound healing, epithelialization time, and histopathology. Results from the average percentage of healing of excision wounds in the control group (82.4%), concentration 2.5% (85.5%), concentration 5% (90.5%), concentration 7.5% (92.1%) and comparison (95.3%). Results of epithelialization time in the control group (10 days), 2.5% concentration (9 days), 5% concentration group (7 days), 7.5% concentration group (7 days) comparison group (7 days). For histopathology, the scores for epithelialization, collagen fibers and fibroblasts were obtained respectively in the control group (2,1,2), 2.5% concentration (2,2,3), 5% concentration group (2,3,3), concentration group 7.5% (2,3,3) and comparison (3,2,2). The results of the one-way ANOVA test showed that administration of arumanis mango seed extract ointment significantly influenced the parameters of wound healing area and epithelialization time (p<0.05). The conclusion is that arumanis mango seed extract ointment is effective in healing excision wounds. The most effective group for healing excision wounds was the 7.5% concentration group, with good histopathological results.

The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and journal articles related to the research. This research aims to find out how the inactive records management system at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the records management system is inactive at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo is quite good even though there are several things that need attention in the inactive records management system, the process of destroying inactive records, and the process of maintaining inactive records. Such as infrastructure that supports management and following guidelines in the management process.

Public services in several districts have not utilized online information and communication technology. So that the service applicant has to go back and forth to the sub-district which takes a very long time. For this reason, with the development of the modern era, employees should provide good service to the community, such as running community service programs using applications. This research aims to create Community Public Service Application programs and to help people carry out services using Web-based Public Service Administration service applications in South Prabumulih District. This research uses descriptive research type. The type of data taken is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used in this research is the Water Fall Method, and the System Design Auxiliary Tool.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector.
