Perubahan iklim menjadi tantangan besar bagi Indonesia yang menuntut keterlibatan berbagai aktor lintas sektor dalam upaya mitigasi dan adaptasi. Program Kampung Iklim (ProKlim) hadir sebagai pendekatan berbasis komunitas, namun implementasinya masih terkendala minimnya keterlibatan sektor swasta secara sistematis serta terbatasnya koordinasi antaraktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran sektor swasta dalam implementasi ProKlim di Kampung Kayu Ara Permai menggunakan kerangka collaborative governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi dengan validitas triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor swasta menjalankan peran strategis sebagai fasilitator, enabler, penyedia sumber daya, mediator, dan pelaksana kegiatan lapangan. Keterlibatan aktor seperti PHR, CIFOR, SPLP, dan PT ITA berdampak positif secara lingkungan, sosial, ekonomi, dan kelembagaan. Namun, dominasi sektor swasta berpotensi menimbulkan ketergantungan jika tidak diimbangi dengan penguatan kapasitas masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan keseimbangan peran antaraktor dan integrasi yang lebih baik dengan kebijakan pemerintah daerah guna menjamin keberlanjutan program jangka panjang.

Pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena meningkatnya tantangan moral peserta didik di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Plus Al-Ghifari. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling, wali kelas, dan siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter telah diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah, dengan dukungan utama berupa kepedulian guru, kerja sama dengan orang tua, serta inisiatif peserta didik. Namun, implementasi masih menghadapi kendala seperti pengaruh lingkungan sosial, keterlibatan keluarga yang belum optimal, ketidakkonsistenan ketegasan pendidik, dan kesulitan adaptasi peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas pendidikan karakter.

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and job performance, with employee adaptability as a mediator. The subjects were employees of Kospin Jasa Regional Office (Kospin Jasa) in Yogyakarta and Central Java. A sample of 178 respondents was selected using a census technique and a questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms. The analysis tool used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of this study indicate that employee adaptability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, employee adaptability has a positive and significant effect on job performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the influence of emotional intelligence on job performance has a positive and significant effect. Employee adaptability acts as a positive mediator in the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. Employee adaptability can be interpreted as a positive mediator in the influence of emotional intelligence on job performance.

The hospitality industry is a dynamic sector that demands housekeeping staff to have high adaptability to changes in technology, operational procedures, and guest expectations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace adaptability training in increasing the understanding and adaptation readiness of housekeeping staff at PT X. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test model. Training participants included various job levels, from staff to supervisors. The intervention was carried out through the delivery of conceptual material, discussion of operational case studies, and online reflective sessions. The comparative test results showed a significant difference between the participants' level of understanding before and after the training. All participants experienced a consistent increase in scores, indicating that this training was effective in building employees' cognitive capacity and adaptive behavior. However, the effectiveness of this training needs to be supported by inclusive organizational policies, fair compensation systems, and protection against work risks to reduce the turnover rate of new and daily workers. The study concludes that adaptability training is a vital investment for hotel operational resilience amidst market dynamics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Honor of Kings dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna di pasar global. Metodenya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran Honor of Kings melibatkan kombinasi digital marketing, kolaborasi dengan influencer lokal, adaptasi budaya, serta penguatan komunitas game. Penyesuaian konten dengan preferensi budaya lokal menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan kedekatan emosional dengan pengguna. Selain itu, pembaruan konten secara berkala dan interaksi dua arah dengan pemain melalui komunitas memperkuat loyalitas pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi pada nilai dan budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi pemain dalam pasar global yang kompetitif

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk “Menenun Inovasi: Transformasi Kelembagaan dan Bisnis Digital Berkelanjutan bagi UMKM Batik Khas Jember di Desa Sumberpakem” bertujuan memperkuat daya saing UMKM batik melalui transformasi digital dan penguatan kelembagaan kolektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui tiga tahapan terintegrasi: pelatihan Digital Marketing dan E-Commerce, penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) terpadu, serta inisiasi pembentukan Koperasi Batik Sumberpakem. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital, kemampuan promosi daring, dan pengelolaan bisnis peserta. Seluruh UMKM mitra kini memiliki akun aktif di berbagai platform digital (Instagram, TikTok, dan Shopee) serta mampu menghasilkan konten promosi yang kreatif dan profesional. Selain itu, terbentuknya tim inisiator koperasi menjadi langkah konkret menuju kemandirian ekonomi kolektif yang berkelanjutan. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong adaptasi teknologi, tetapi juga membangun ekosistem kolaboratif antara akademisi, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM. Dampak keberlanjutan diarahkan pada pendampingan koperasi, penguatan jejaring pasar, serta peningkatan infrastruktur digital desa.

Pembelajaran peserta didik penghayat kepercayaan memerlukan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik, model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat digunakan adalah Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi implementasi PjBL dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik penghayat kepercayaan di SMP Negeri 2 Sumowono dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik berdasarkan empat indikator utama: kelancaran, kelenturan, keaslian, dan elaborasi. Peserta didik menghasilkan gagasan yang lebih bervariasi, mampu beradaptasi dalam menyelesaikan proyek, serta menciptakan karya yang lebih orisinal. Selain itu, PjBL meningkatkan kolaborasi antar peserta didik dan keterlibatan aktif dalam mengeksplorasi nilai kepercayaan. Hambatan utama dalam penerapan PjBL adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan kesiapan penyuluh, sementara tantangan yang dihadapi peserta didik meliputi manajemen waktu dan adaptasi terhadap pola pembelajaran mandiri. Dukungan dari penyuluh dan kolaborasi menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan PjBL. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi penyuluh guna meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan PjBL dalam Pendidikan Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.

In the era of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face significant challenges to remain relevant and competitive, one of which is through digital adaptation. However, digital adaptation among MSMEs still encounters various obstacles, especially in using food delivery platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood, including high commission fees, unilateral order cancellations, and slow technical responses. This study aims to analyze the adaptability of MSMEs to digitalization and its impact on business sustainability and performance amid the digital economic transformation. This research applies a qualitative phenomenological approach involving MSME actors from various business sectors. Data were collected through interviews and observations to explore the lived experiences of MSME actors in facing digital challenges. The results indicate that the success of MSME digital adaptation depends not only on internal capabilities but also on external support from platform providers and the government. Synergy among business actors, digital service providers, and policymakers is essential to create an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem for MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support and work environment on employee adaptation at the Tembalang District Office, Semarang City. Employee adaptation is a crucial factor in achieving work effectiveness in the government sector, especially in facing organizational dynamics and policy changes. The research sample consisted of 93 district employees selected using a census method. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. The results show that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee adaptation. Similarly, a conducive work environment significantly influences the improvement of employees’ adaptability. The implication of this study indicates that government organizations need to enhance support for employees and create a better work environment to foster optimal employee adaptation and performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of new students' adaptation to learning methods on campus, especially in sports study programs, and its implications for students' mental and physical health. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods with seven female students of the Faculty of Sports, State University of Medan. The results of the study indicate that students experience high academic pressure due to the KKNI-based learning method and the block system, which has an impact on increasing stress levels, physical fatigue, and difficulties in managing study time between theory and practice. The implications of this study are relevant in developing student-friendly learning policies in order to maintain a balance between academic demands and their mental and physical health.

The digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is crucial for enhancing competitiveness and sustainability in the digital economy era. However, MSMEs face significant challenges, including low digital literacy, limited financial resources, uneven digital infrastructure, and insufficient regulatory support. This study aims to analyze these challenges and propose adaptation strategies through a qualitative literature review approach. Data were collected from credible sources, including academic journals, government reports, and reputable articles, focusing on the period from 2019 to 2024. The findings highlight the importance of external support, such as training, mentoring, and government policies, in facilitating digital transformation. Key strategies include improving digital literacy, collaborating with digital platforms, and fostering product innovation. The study also emphasizes the need for government intervention in infrastructure development and policy reform to create a conducive ecosystem for MSMEs. While digital transformation offers significant benefits, such as operational efficiency, market expansion, and increased competitiveness, the digital divide between urban and rural MSMEs remains a critical issue. This research provides recommendations for stakeholders to ensure inclusive and sustainable digital transformation for all MSMEs in Indonesia.

Artikel ini mengkaji culture shock yang dialami oleh mahasiswa program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) asal Jawa yang mengikuti program studi di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengalaman dan dampak culture shock terhadap mahasiswa dalam proses adaptasi budaya, sosial, dan akademik mereka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif, studi ini menemukan bahwa mahasiswa asal Jawa mengalami berbagai tantangan budaya seperti perbedaan adat istiadat, bahasa, pola hidup, dan kebiasaan masyarakat setempat yang cukup berbeda dengan kehidupan mereka di Jawa. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar mahasiswa berhasil mengatasi kesulitan tersebut melalui proses pembelajaran sosial dan kultural yang mendalam. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan akademik dan sosial dalam mempercepat proses adaptasi bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pertukaran antar daerah, serta memberikan wawasan tentang keragaman budaya Indonesia yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman pendidikan.

The English language teaching at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah aims to improve the students' communication skills in English through an approach that is more adaptive to the organizational culture. This pesantren has a habit of using Arabic in daily life, so in the teaching of English, Arabic terms such as “huwa,” “huma,” and “huna” are used in teaching pronouns. The method applied involves interactive teaching, adapted to the students’ habits, where each session begins with an explanation of English concepts, which are then linked to Arabic terms that the students are already familiar with. This activity took place over four meetings per month, with morning and afternoon sessions. The results of the teaching activity showed an improvement in the students' understanding of basic English concepts, especially in teaching pronouns, which were easier to understand when linked to Arabic. The discussion in this activity revealed that adapting the language of instruction to the local culture, in this case, Arabic, can create a more comfortable atmosphere and support the students' enthusiasm for learning. Students, who initially felt less confident in speaking English, became more active and open to practicing. In conclusion, English teaching that is adapted to the organizational culture, especially through the use of Arabic in teaching, has proven effective in improving students' understanding and communication skills in English, as well as creating a learning environment that is more enjoyable and relevant to their needs

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi adaptasi pasar terhadap tren makanan viral yang awalnya populer di Jawa dan kemudian diadopsi oleh usaha kecil di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Fenomena adopsi tren yang tertunda ini menghadirkan peluang bisnis bagi pengusaha kuliner lokal yang ingin menarik konsumen dengan produk yang telah terbukti laris di pasar. Pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif digunakan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adaptasi pasar, strategi bisnis yang diterapkan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengadopsi tren viral tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha kuliner di Banjarmasin, observasi lapangan untuk memahami perilaku konsumen, serta analisis dokumen dan media sosial untuk melacak penyebaran tren. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi terhadap tren dipengaruhi oleh keterlambatan informasi, preferensi konsumen lokal, dan modal sosial. Para pengusaha lokal melihat keterlambatan ini sebagai peluang untuk mengurangi risiko investasi, meskipun tantangan tetap ada dalam hal orisinalitas produk dan mempertahankan minat konsumen.

Potensi masalah pada mitra terdapat pada fasilitas sekolah terutama perpustakaan di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN memiliki perpustakaan tetapi tidak terawat dan berdebu sehingga, mahasiswa diawal kegiatan melakukan revitalisasi serta merapikan buku-buku. Selain itu, ketersediaan buku-buku yang tidak memadai antara buku fiksi dan non fiksi mengarahkan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan donasi buku tetapi tidak berjalan lancar. Rendahnya minat dan motivasi literasi dan numerasi siswa yang rendah, dibuktikan dengan hasil Pre Test AKM yang rendah di numerasi disebabkan karena beberapa hal, sehingga meminta mahasiswa untuk mendekati siswa dan menanyakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa seperti pelaksanaan private class agar siswa tidak malu dan semangat untuk belajar dan terbiasa beradaptasi dengan hadirnya kakak mahsiswa. Kekurangan tenaga pendidik guru, salah satunya di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN, membuat mahasiswa masuk ke kelas tanpa pengawasan dan pembimbingan. Dalam hal ini mahasiswa dipercaya langsung untuk melakukan pengajaran di sekolah. Sehingga sebagai DPL meminta siswa untuk berkoordinasi dengan guru pamong untuk membimbing mahasiswa dalam proses mengajar tersebut. Hal tersebut biasanya terjadi di hari Minggu karena sekolah penugasan 2 liburnya hari Jumat. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami mitra, maka solusi yang telah ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi: (1) Observasi lapangan untuk memperoleh data awal tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, (2) Analisis kebutuhan mitra dan menawarkan solusi penyelesaian, (3) Membuat perancangan pelatihan dan pendampingan, (4) Membuat materi yang berkenaan dengan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi (5) Melakukan pelatihan pengenalan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (6), Melakukan workshop tentang Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (7) Melakukan pendampingan pada mitra dalam Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini maka dapat diperoleh simpulan bahwa Kegiatan kampus mengajar angkatan 6 ini merupakan program yang baik untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kampus dan belajar sambil berdampak serta program-program yang sudah disusun mahasiswa dapat diimplementasi dengan dukungan pihak sekolah penugasan. Pengalaman kampus mengajar 6 ini, dampaknya tidak hanya dirasakan oleh siswa sekolah penugasan tetapi juga pihak sekolah serta mahasiswa.

Bipolar disorder affects a person’s affect and activities over a certain period of time. In manic and hypomanic episodes, a person with bipolar disorder experiences increased activity and affect in the form of increased energy and activity. In a depressive episode there is a decrease in affect, activity, and reduced energy. This study aimed to determine social adaptation of subjects with bipolar disorder in manic/hypomanic and depressive episode, describe impact of bipolar disorder on social environment of subjects with bipolar disorder, how subjects with bipolar disorder building good friendships, how subjects with bipolar disorder maintain social relationships when in depressive episode, and ability to socialize in campus setting. Researchers used qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses the help of QDA Miner software version 6.0.11. The results of this research show that a person with bipolar disorder have social adaptation strategies including providing understanding to others, self-control, moral adjustment, and respect for other.

The film “Hati Suhita” released in 2023 is an adaptation of the novel by Khilma Anis. Because it is set in an Islamic boarding school causes the film to have dialogues that are thick with politeness. However, this does not deny that the film also contains conversational implicatures. The aim of this study is to describe the forms of conversational implicatures found in the film “Hati Suhita” and explain how the process of violating the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness can cause the emergence of implicatures. This study uses two approaches, namely a theoretical approach with pragmatic studies and a qualitative descriptive approach as a methodological approach. The data collection method uses the listening method with advanced techniques, namely the proficient free-involved listening technique and note-taking technique. Based on the 736 speech data from the film “Hati Suhita”, 63 speeches containing conversational implicature were found. The details of the implicature are 26 implicatures caused by the violation of cooperation principle and 37 implicatures caused by the violation of politeness principle. The thimble violation that creates the most implicature in the film is the violation of the thimble of agreement maxim. In addition, no violations of the thimble of modesty maxim and the thimble of obligation of S to O maxim were found in the analyzed data. Hopefully, this research can reveal the implied meanings in the dialogue between the characters in the film Hati Suhita.

Teknologi blockchain telah menarik perhatian dalam berbagai industri karena potensinya untuk merevolusi proses bisnis. Artikel ini menganalisis implementasi blockchain dalam bidang keuangan dan akuntansi, serta implikasinya bagi masa depan akuntansi. Di dalamnya dibahas manfaat dan tantangan adopsi blockchain, termasuk pengurangan biaya audit, peningkatan kepercayaan, automasi proses, serta masalah privasi dan keamanan data. Melalui literatur dan penelitian, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan, blockchain memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam praktik akuntansi.

But with the advancement of technology, it also presents various challenges. The qualitative descriptive method is one of the research methods used to understand a phenomenon in depth by collecting non-numerical data, such as words, images, or documents. This method focuses on describing and interpreting the phenomena being studied, collecting data through observations, interviews, or study of documents. Adapting to digital learning in this technological age where students have to develop independent skills, while teachers play an important role in understanding digital tools and integrating them into the learning process. With the advancement of technology, teachers can also have more varied media choices in learning and can collaborate and develop new skills according to the materials they are taught. It involves the use of techniques such as time blocking to set a specific time for learning, setting up a learning environment that minimizes distractions, using technology wisely, disciplining in using smartphones, and using applications or learning tools that help improve concentration.

This study aims to determine the adaptation of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to social behavior, academic integrity, readiness to face the world of work, as well as digital literacy and AI ethics among university students. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through participant observation and in-depth interviews. The research population consists of students who use AI in their learning and daily activities. The results of this study show that the use of AI by university students has a significant impact on social behavior and academic integrity. In terms of work readiness, students felt that AI can help them learn work skills in the digital era. However, this study also revealed that there are some challenges faced by students in using AI.
