This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Consolidated report is an important report for companies that purchase or merge from other companies. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how the implementation of PSAK 65 and tax regulations in Indonesia on the consolidated financial statements listed on the IDX. The research method used in this research is literature review of articles or previous research. The data used in this study are secondary data from articles obtained from the Google Scholar database and consolidated financial statements published on the IDX. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that every company that acquires another company has issued consolidated financial statements and implemented PSAK 65 and the existing tax regulations in Indonesia.

This research aims to investigate the impact of students' knowledge levels in the Library and Information Science program on their talent management as future job seekers. In an increasingly information-driven era, students' knowledge and competencies play a pivotal role in preparing them for success in the job market. The research methodology employed is a case study involving students in the Library and Information Science program as the sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with students and faculty to understand how their knowledge influences the talent management process. Data analysis was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study indicate that the knowledge acquired by students in the Library and Information Science program significantly influences their talent management process. Students with broader and deeper knowledge tend to be better prepared and more confident in managing their talents. Interviews also revealed the pivotal role of faculty in assisting students in developing their knowledge and talents.

Using images, colors, and text, graphic designers can apply design principles to produce visually appealing packaging, highlight the benefits of a product, and give it a unique personality. Dodok Lawang runs a business in the form of services, namely making dowries, gifts, ring boxes and gift boxes. In this research, we developed packaging making/with the aim of renewing old packaging so that it appears more attractive. The form of packaging for the wedding planner is in the form of boxes and paper bags, as well as leaflets with a simple but still elegant design concept. validation from media experts and material expert have a result that the product is valid to be used as a protecting/wrapping of product properly. From the user's side, this design is effective because the information and visuals acquired from the packaging design are better understood by the user.    

Tewang Kadamba Village is a village located in Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. In this village, there are various ethnic groups and the dominant language is the Dayak Kaharingan and there are also three religions namely Hinduism, Islam and Christianity where the dominant religion is Islam and Hindu Kaharingan. Seen from a religious perspective, even though there are differences they still maintain, appreciate, respect, and tolerate these differences. There is one problem or problem regarding religious knowledge and enthusiasm for worship in Tewang Kadamba Village. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to find out and describe religious understanding and how people acquire religious knowledge and strengthen religion through regeneration and cadres. The method used is PAR. The results of community service are good understanding of religion and ways to acquire religious knowledge through school education and activities in places of worship. Then related to strengthening religion through regeneration and cadres is a good idea for empowering the people of Tewang Kadamba Village.

The urographic ct scan is a diagnostic procedure which aims comprehensively evaluate kidney, ureter, and bladder, as well as the general function of the urinary tracts.   One of common pathologies detected on urographic examination is kidney cyst. The kidney cyst is a spherical or oval-shaped sac which contains a fluid form inside the kidney. This case study aims to explain the Urographic CT scan procedures with contrast media. This study assess the strengths and weakness of CT Urographic examinations with patients with kidney cysts. The study shows that CT Urographic exmination procedure involves informed consent, patient and equipment preparation, patient positioning, image acquisition and reconstruction. The study also shows that there was a difference in scanning phase on theory and clinical practices. While the theory  states that the the Urographic CT examinations must be conducted with with four phases including non-contractional phases, cortikomedular phases, nefrographic and excretion phases, in clinical practices, the scanning was acquired with non-contrast phase, kidney phase, ureter phase and bladder phase.  

Ecoprint is a technique of giving patterns on fabrics made from natural materials which aims to reduce the negative impact on the environment. The activity of making environmentally friendly ecoprint crafts on drawstring bags using the pounding technique was carried out with fifth grade students of SDN Cemara Dua Surakarta. Extra-curricular activities are routinely carried out by schools, one of which aims to maintain environmental preservation and prevent damage to the environment and pollution of the school.                Through this activity it is hoped that students will acquire a simple provision of knowledge about nature, especially plants. The pounding process that was trained on them used kenikir leaves which have a variety of nutritional content and are beneficial for health, besides having a unique color when tapped on the cloth. New things that can be valuable input for elementary school students besides gaining skills to make crafts that can be used alone.             The method used in this service activity is in the form of training. Students are provided with very basic simple knowledge about plants, understand the process of making works using the pounding technique, learn to make beautiful patterns by arranging kenikir leaves on the surface of drawstring bags, and produce eco-friendly crafts. In this activity the service team accompanies each student to work while playing in the hope of awakening their creativity.

This article aims to discuss in detail the importance of language education in building a cultured character at the PGRI 9 SIDOARJO Junior High School level. Language education at Junior High School PGRI 9 SIDOARJO provides opportunities for students to develop language skills, both in speaking, writing, reading and listening. Students learn grammar, vocabulary, and language skills needed in everyday life. Language education is also important in building a cultured character. Students are exposed to literary works that represent diverse cultural values, develop empathy, tolerance and understanding of cultural diversity. Language education teaches good communication ethics, respect for the opinions of others, courtesy, and honesty. Students learn to respect and understand the perspectives of others and communicate effectively by taking into account social and cultural contexts. Good language skills open doors for students to acquire new knowledge and access broader information. Language education provides a strong foundation for students in studying other subjects, developing interests and talents, and facing challenges in an increasingly global world of work. The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.

The population of this study is customers who acquired Android mobile phones during the past six months in Surabaya in 2022 with a sample size of 150 respondents based on the incidental sampling method. Technique for gathering data that involves distributing surveys with a Likert scale. The data analysis tools are the traditional assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test), and test the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, price has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, and promotion has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a substantial and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) can attack the human immune system. HIV/AIDS patients experience symptoms both physically, psychologically, socially. This condition is related to the occurrence of self-concept of HIV/AIDS patients who have a negative view of themselves. HIV/AIDS patients have difficulty managing themselves because they lose hope so that it can affect their psychological well-being. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between self-concept and psychological well-being in HIV/AIDS patients This research method uses correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population was 50 respondents and the research sample was 50 respondents HIV/AIDS patients at the Cahaya Prolink Institute, Probolinggo regency using total sampling. The research instrument used a Robson Self Concept Questionnaire to measure self-concept, Riff Psychological well Being to measure psychological well-being, both questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Then analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results of this study showed that 26 respondents (52.0%) or the majority of HIV/AIDS patients had low self-concept, and 25 respondents (50.0%) of HIV/AIDS patients had low psychological well-being. Based on the results of the Spearman Rank statistical test, it can be said that there is a correlation between self-concept and psychological well-being, pvalue=0.001 with a significant level of 0.05 (p≤0.05). HIV/AIDS patients experience low self-concept problems such as feeling humiliated, worried, having no purpose in life. HIV/AIDS patients experience low psychological well-being such as feeling no future, down, frustrated, worried, disappointed. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-concept and psychological well-being in HIV/AIDS patients. It is hoped that HIV/AIDS patients have a good picture so that they can accept themselves, have hope to continue life.    

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.

We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

Lean is a concept and technique for systems that optimizes patient benefit by decreasing waste and waiting time. The literature review approach is used in this study to acquire research data, with internet searches serving as a supplementary tool while looking for relevant papers. According to the study findings, mean hospital length of stay (LOS) fell by 24% throughout the intervention period in 259 patients with PMV (131 pre-intervention; 128 post-intervention) (29 vs. 22 days, p 0.001). This demonstrates that clinical redesign based on Lean Six Sigma decreases LOS in intensive care units. Other studies show that utilizing Lean Six Sigma has resulted in a 57% reduction in length of stay and an 88% reduction in the identification of non-value added tasks. Lean management in hospitals is a step toward greater service efficiency that has been shown to outperform Total Quality Management (TQM) and Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) improvements. Customers and their families gain from shorter wait times, as do healthcare employees (medical, emergency, and non-medical) and hospital administration. The use of the lean six sigma approach in conjunction with the DMAIC cycle effects LOS reduction, indicating that lean six sigma can reduce LOS in hospitals.
