Agro-industry is a strategic sector that supports rural economic growth and food security. Agro-industry, as a strategic sector, often faces challenges in financial management, which have an impact on business stability and sustainability. This research analyzes the financial performance of the Tahu Bulat Putra Mandiri Agroindustry in Ciamis Regency based on liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Financial report data for the last three years (2022-2024) was analyzed using the case study method by calculating financial ratios, such as current ratio, quick ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). The results show fluctuations in financial performance, where the liquidity ratio is good enough to meet short-term obligations, but solvency reflects high financial risk due to dependence on debt, while profitability experiences a decrease in efficiency in generating profits. This research recommends improving capital structure, increasing operational efficiency, and business diversification to ensure the company's financial sustainability and stability.

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a strategic role in developing human resources that are not only religiously competent but also economically independent. In addressing the challenges of globalization, pesantren independence can be strengthened through entrepreneurship programs that provide economic benefits, empower students (santri), and contribute to the surrounding community. This study focuses on analyzing the entrepreneurship programs at Pondok Pesantren Al Kautsar 561, which include biofloc tilapia farming and melon cultivation in greenhouses, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection involved focus group discussions (FGD) with foundation administrators, teachers, students, and the local community. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship programs enhance pesantren independence by generating additional income, which is utilized for scholarships and operational activities. Entrepreneurship training equips students with practical skills in agribusiness and aquaculture, such as biofloc systems and greenhouse technology. Furthermore, these programs strengthen the relationship between pesantren and the community through community-based economic collaboration, creating job opportunities and improving local economic resilience. However, challenges such as limited resources and access to technology persist. Solutions include establishing strategic partnerships with external parties and providing training in digital marketing to ensure program sustainability.

Since welding workshops are an unofficial industry, there is still a lack of effective implementation of occupational safety and health regulations in this field. Welders often experience eye hazards such as sparks, foreign objects, infrared and UV radiation. The purpose of this study is to describe how well welding workshop workers in Medan Tembung District comply with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of data analysis for the Alpha Cronbach questionnaire trial in this study showed that the data met the requirements with a score of 0.928. Up to 55 welding workshop employees from all welding workshops in Medan Tembung District, Medan City participated in the total sampling of this study. After the descriptive analysis, the data is displayed as a frequency distribution.  According to the results of the study, of the 55 welding workshop employees who participated in the survey, 50.9% had a low level of knowledge. The majority of respondents (80%) have a negative attitude towards the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and more than half (58.2%) do not use PPE in the workplace. The results of the data analysis show that the majority of employees ignore the need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in the workplace because they do not know it or have a negative attitude towards it. Thus, this study suggests that welding businesses need to provide complete personal protective equipment, and also educate on the importance of using PPE and the Government also needs to increase supervision for small and medium enterprises, especially in welding workshops related to occupational health and safety.
