According to the International Agency for Cancer Registry (IACR), breast cancer is the most common cancer among women after lung cancer, and continues to be frequently diagnosed worldwide. In 2022, more than 2.32 million new cases of breast cancer were reported globally, while Indonesia recorded 65,858 cases (16.6% of all cancers). Therefore, adolescent girls need to have adequate knowledge and a positive attitude toward breast self-examination (BSE/SADARI) as part of reproductive health awareness and preventive efforts. This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes regarding SADARI among 10th-grade female students at MAN (State Islamic Senior High School) 3 Sleman. This study employed a quantitative correlational approach with a cross-sectional design, involving a sample of 66 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing questions related to BSE. The Spearman Rank test showed a p-value of 0.606, which is greater than 0.05 (p > 0.05). This indicates that there is no significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward BSE among 10th-grade female students at MAN 3 Sleman. In addition, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.065, indicating a very weak relationship between knowledge and attitudes. There is no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes regarding BSE among 10th-grade female students at MAN 3 Sleman. Schools and healthcare providers are encouraged to enhance structured and continuous BSE education and incorporate educational media during health counseling to foster positive attitudes.

This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of the discovery learning model with the aptitude treatment interaction strategy on the mathematical concept comprehension and self-efficacy of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Tarakan; (2) Determine the effect of the discovery learning model with the aptitude treatment interaction strategy on the mathematical concept comprehension of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Tarakan; (3) Determine the effect of the discovery learning model with the aptitude treatment interaction strategy on the self-efficacy of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Tarakan. The research population included all tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarakan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research sample consisted of two classes selected randomly: one experimental class receiving discovery learning with an aptitude treatment interaction strategy and one control class receiving conventional learning. The research instruments consisted of a test measuring mathematical concept understanding on trigonometry material and a self-efficacy questionnaire. The data obtained were tested for prerequisites through normality and homogeneity tests before being analyzed using inferential statistical tests in the form of an independent samples t-test with the assistance of SPSS software version 26.0. The research results show that the implementation of the discovery learning model with the aptitude-treatment interaction strategy has a significant impact on students' mathematical concept understanding and self-efficacy simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. Partially, this learning model has a significant effect on students' mathematical concept understanding, with a significance value of 0.018 < 0.05. However, the effect of the discovery learning model with the aptitude-treatment interaction strategy on students' self-efficacy is not statistically significant, as indicated by a significance value of 0.089 > 0.05, even though there is a tendency for increased self-efficacy among students participating in the experimental class learning. Nevertheless, the influence of the discovery learning model with the aptitude treatment interaction strategy on students' self-efficacy is not statistically significant in partial terms, although there is a tendency for an increase in self-efficacy among students participating in the experimental class. These findings suggest that the discovery learning model with the aptitude treatment interaction strategy is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts in trigonometry material and has the potential to support the development of self-efficacy in mathematics learning.

Social media has become an integral part of adolescents' lives, offering quick access to information, including reproductive health information. However, exposure to inaccurate information can pose risks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media use and adolescent reproductive health knowledge and behavior. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach and chi-square test was used to examine the relationship between the independent variable (social media use) and the dependent variable (reproductive health knowledge and behavior). The study population was all 10th grade students (23 students) and 11th grade students (30 students) at SMK Tamansiswa Boja Kendal. A sample of 53 respondents was taken using an accidental sampling technique, consisting of students who happened to be present and willing to participate during the study. The results showed that the majority of respondents (56.6%) had low social media usage intensity. The majority of respondents also had a high level of knowledge (75.5%) about reproductive health, with an average score of 8.13 and a median of 10. Most respondents (66.0%) demonstrated positive reproductive health behavior. However, the chi-square test results showed no significant relationship between social media use and levels of knowledge (p = 0.673) or reproductive health behavior (p = 0.495). Although social media did not show a significant direct relationship to adolescent reproductive health knowledge and behavior in the context of this study, the high levels of knowledge and positive behaviors found indicate that existing educational programs, both in schools and from other sources, have been effective. Further research with larger samples and wider geographic variation is needed to understand other factors that influence adolescent health behavior.

Adolescence is a crucial developmental phase marked by physical, emotional, and social changes, alongside new challenges brought about by the digital age. These changes often contribute to heightened stress and anxiety, particularly in academic settings. School, with its rigorous demands and social pressures, serves as a significant stressor. This community service project aimed to enhance the knowledge and practice of mindfulness among 10th-grade students at SMAN 3 Bone, specifically focusing on helping them cope with psychological and social pressures. Conducted on August 22, 2025, the project involved 33 female students navigating the transitional period of adolescence. The intervention consisted of an initial survey to assess baseline knowledge, followed by educational sessions on mindfulness theory and practical exercises, as well as group discussions and reflections. The results demonstrated a significant increase in students' mindfulness knowledge and skills, with the final average score reaching 80. Evaluation was based on observations throughout the activity and post-intervention assessments. The outcomes suggest that mindfulness education is an effective strategy for improving students’ ability to manage stress and anxiety. Despite the positive impact, challenges related to the implementation of mindfulness education within the school setting were identified, including the need for more structured integration into the curriculum and continuous support. Nevertheless, the findings highlight the potential of mindfulness practices as a valuable tool for supporting students' psychological well-being during adolescence, providing them with coping mechanisms for the pressures they face. Future recommendations include expanding the program to a broader student population and offering more regular mindfulness sessions to foster long-term benefits

Kajian Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Terapan 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Article 26 Income Tax (PPh Article 26) is a tax imposed on income received by foreign taxpayers from sources within Indonesia. This tax applies to foreign entities or individuals who do not reside, are not domiciled, and do not have a permanent establishment in Indonesia. Types of taxable income include interest, dividends, royalties, rent, and service fees. The standard tax rate is 20% of the gross income, but it can be reduced if a Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) exists between Indonesia and the taxpayer’s country. The Indonesian income payer is responsible for withholding the tax. After withholding, the tax must be paid to the government by the 10th of the following month and reported to the tax authority by the 20th. To apply DTAA rates, the foreign taxpayer must submit a Certificate of Domicile (CoD). This mechanism ensures that Indonesia maintains its right to tax income derived within its territory. By understanding the procedures for withholding, paying, and reporting Article 26 tax, taxpayers can fulfill their tax obligations correctly and avoid administrative penalties.

Liver damage induced by hepatotoxic compounds such as N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (N-APAP) remains a significant global health concern. Hepatotoxicity caused by N-APAP, particularly in cases of overdose or prolonged use, can lead to a reduction in glutathione levels in the liver, resulting in oxidative stress and cellular damage. This condition contributes to an increased incidence of liver diseases, including toxic hepatitis and acute liver failure, which can lead to serious complications and even death. Although various pharmacological therapies, such as N-acetylcysteine (NAC), are available to address N-APAP-induced liver damage, limitations such as side effects, high costs, and variable efficacy have driven the search for safer and more affordable therapeutic alternatives. Therefore, research on natural hepatoprotective agents, such as extracts from the rhizomes of fingerroot (Boesenbergia rotunda), has become increasingly relevant in addressing this issue. The aim of this study was to evaluate the hepatoprotective potential of ethanol extract from fingerroot rhizomes (Boesenbergia rotunda) in protecting the liver from N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (N-APAP)-induced damage. Specifically, this research focuses on measuring glutathione levels as a key indicator of the liver's protective mechanism against oxidative stress. In this study, 30 male White rats were randomly divided into six groups, each consisting of five rats. All rats were orally administered the extract at predetermined doses for 10 consecutive days, except for the negative and positive control groups. On the 10th day, all groups (except group 1) were treated with paracetamol (800 mg/kg body weight) to induce liver damage. Twenty-four hours after induction, the rats were sacrificed and liver samples were collected. Glutathione levels were measured using the ELISA immunosorbent assay. Statistical analysis showed that administering the ethanol extract of Fingerroot rhizomes (EERTK) for 10 days prior to N-APAP induction significantly increased the average antioxidant enzyme GSH-Px levels in the liver homogenate of rats in the EERTK 250 mg/kg BW (43.36 ± 1.34 U/mg protein), EERTK 500 mg/kg BW (55.70 ± 2.15 U/mg protein), and 750 mg/kg BW (53.14 ± 2.57 U/mg protein) group compared to the negative control group (N-APAP 800 mg/kg BW), which had the lowest average antioxidant enzyme GSH-Px level (33.86 ± 3.52 U/mg protein).

Globally, women dying from pregnancy complications decreased by almost 50% from 1990-2013, but the number of deaths remains high where 99% of deaths occur due to complications. Deaths caused by pregnancy complications cannot be avoided, but can be prevented through Antenatal Care (ANC) services as explained by previous studies that ANC services can reduce MMR by up to 20%. This study aims to determine the relationship between the 10T ANC Service Components and Pregnancy Complications. Quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) who gave birth to their last child in the last 5 years. Sample selection was determined based on the ratio using stratification and total sampling of 14,437. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the analysis showed that there were 2,539 (17.5%) women who experienced complications. Bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between the components of ANC 10T services, education, wealth index, and residence with pregnancy complications, p- value <0.05, while parity showed no significant relationship with complications p = 0.378 . The results of multivariate analysis showed that women who did not receive the 10T service components according to standards had a 1,438 times higher risk of experiencing pregnancy complications after being controlled with the variables of parity, education, wealth index, and residence. This study provides important information for the next step in developing an ANC service strategy, namely providing services based on SOPs, improving skills and providing education to mothers and families about the importance of ANC services, in addition to policy making and increasing cooperation between stakeholders need to be done to optimize quality ANC services.

This research aims to describe and evaluate the accompaniment in the implementation of donations to orphans during the 10th Muharram commemoration in Kelurahan Kumai Hilir, which is an annual tradition with significant social and religious values. The main focus of this study is the effectiveness of the implementation, where there are shortcomings in planning, committee coordination, and the distribution of donations, which are often uneven and not well-targeted. To understand these dynamics, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods, involving various parties such as the organizing committee, community leaders, and orphans as beneficiaries. The data obtained shows that the accompaniment provided during the donation process successfully improved various important aspects, including active participation of the local community in the event, improvements in the coordination system among the previously unstructured committee, and ensuring that donation distribution became more targeted and fair. In addition to material benefits, the orphans who received donations felt better emotional support, with more attention from the community that was more directly involved in the donation process. This activity also played a role in strengthening social solidarity among residents, making the 10th Muharram commemoration not only a moment for giving donations but also an opportunity to build stronger social ties between the community and the beneficiaries. With this accompaniment, it is hoped that the donation tradition in Kelurahan Kumai Hilir can continue to develop in a more organized manner and have a more significant impact on the well-being of orphans as well as the social life of the community as a whole.

This study aims to describe the learning conditions of Indonesian History applied at Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Muta'allimim Blitar which uses the Problem Based Learning learning model. Problem Based Learning model learning directs the ability of students to play an active role in solving a problem in the process of learning activities, but in reality in learning in class 10 of Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Muta'allimin there are still some students who still have difficulty in solving problems and there are also some students who are less active when the learning process takes place. The formulation of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model in grade 10 Indonesian History subjects? 2) How can the implementation of Problem Based Learning improve the quality of 10th grade Indonesian History learning? 3) What are the implications of the implementation of Problem Based Learning on student learning outcomes? The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, as for the data sources used, namely through primary data by digging directly to the research location located at MA Bustanul Muta'allimin Blitar, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation and checking data validity through source triangulation. . The results of this study are 1) Implementation of Problem Based Learning model learning in Indonesian History subjects in class 10 A, 10 B and 10 C there are three stages that are applied in the learning process, namely the preparation stage, the core activity stage, and the final stage or evaluation. 2)  Analysis of Whether the Problem Based Learning Method can Improve the Quality of Indonesian History Learning in grade 10. There are differences in the responses of students from the three classes for class 10 A, the response of students is still difficult in solving problems in the learning process and difficulty in presenting material when in front of the class and less active in learning in class, this is different from class 10 B and 10 C, students are easier in solving a problem and can present material and be active in learning activities in class. So from this it can be said that learning in the classroom has improved, but there must be more improvements from the Problem Based Learning model when learning activities take place in class. 3) Classroom student learning outcomes For student learning outcomes are influenced by factors within students, namely about the motivation of these students in participating in learning. Students from the three classes can be said to be class 10 A which is rather low compared to the other classes, because there are only male students, this can happen because in the application of Problem Based Learning model learning, these students do not pay attention to the teacher's direction, and are less serious in learning activities, so they do not understand the material being discussed together, in contrast to classes 10 B and 10 C which tend to be more easily organized by the teacher and pay attention when learning activities take place and are active in the process of ongoing learning activities.
