Kebugaran jasmani adalah kondisi yang diinginkan oleh semua manusia. Dengan memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik, seseorang bisa dilihat lebih dinamis dan penuh semangat, serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja individu. Futsal adalah olahraga tim yang mengandalkan aktivitas dan intensitas tinggi, sehingga memerlukan atlet dengan kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Pemain futsal yang ideal memiliki kondisi fisik dan kemampuan yang baik, seperti memiliki daya tahan, daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, dan kelincahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode survei memakai desain deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun dan instrument non-tes berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 siswa yang di survei, 1 siswa memiliki persentase 3,3% termasuk dalam klasifikasi “baik sekali”, 9 siswa dengan persentase 30% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “baik”, 7 siswa mempunyai persentase 23,3% tergolong klasifikasi “sedang”, 11 siswa presentase 36,7% masuk dalam klasifikasi “kurang”, 2 siswa memiliki persentase 6,7% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “kurang sekali”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani tergolong dalam kriteria “kurang”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peningkatan kebugaran jasmani sangat penting untuk mendukung prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan memotivasi mereka untuk meningkatkannya.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity. A quantitative approach was used with a sample of 30 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. These findings indicate that improving leadership quality, fostering intrinsic motivation, and enhancing employee discipline can collectively increase overall productivity. This study provides insights for organizations to enhance managerial effectiveness and human resource management.

Pada saat ini jamu yang awalnya hanya sebagai obat tadisional kini mulai berubah menjadi sebuah usaha industri yang terus berkembang. Industri jamu bisa dikembangkan di Indonesia karena  salah satunya didukung dengan adanya fakta bahwa banyaknya tanaman obat yang ada di berbagai daerah di Indonesia kurang lebih sebanyak 30.000 spesies dari jumlah total keseluruhan 40.000 tanaman obat yang ada di dunia. Pulau Madura menjadi salah satu pulau yang cukup terkenal dengan jamu tradisionalnya. Salah satu daerah penghasil jamu di pulau Madura yaitu ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan oleh penulis diketahui bahwa saat ini terdapat penurunan dalam sektor industri jamu yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya minat dan motivasi masyarakat untuk meneruskan usaha jamu tradisional, adanya peratuan menteri kesehatan (PERMENKES) nomor 06 tahun 2012, kebanyakan pemilik usaha jamu pada saat ini sudah berusia tua dan tidak paham mengenai perkembangan digitalisasi yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan SDM dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pembuat jamu pada industri jamu tradisional di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya penelitian ini akan dapat membantu industri jamu yang ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dan mempertahankan eksistensinya.

The purpose of this study is intended to determine the impact of incentives, work discipline, and work performance at PT Kreasi Produk Nusantara. The study involved 65 people. The research this time was quantitative, and the questions consisted of a list that used Slovin for measurement. SEM-PLS software version 3.0 was used to analyze the research data and process it. The results revealed that incentives have a significant effect on employee productivity, while work discipline and work performance have no significant effect on employee productivity.

This research aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee work productivity at CV FIRJHI KARYA GROUP East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents and the data was processed using the SPSS.21 application. Results Research shows that training has a partial positive effect and significant to employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test obtained from The calculated t value is 4.544 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.000 < smaller than 0.05. And partial development has a positive effect significant impact on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test results obtained from The calculated t value is 6.582 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.001 < smaller than 0.05. Then Training and Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This is proven based on the F Test results obtained from the calculated f value of 103.510 > greater than f table 3.34 and a significance value of 0.000 < smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and workload on employee work productivity at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all employees of PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch, totaling 42 respondents, therefore the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. The partial test (t-test) revealed that work stress had a significant effect on employee work productivity. Workload was also found to have a significant effect on work productivity. Furthermore, the simultaneous test (F-test) indicated that work stress and workload simultaneously had a significant influence on employee work productivity at PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. This study concludes that effective management of work stress and proportional workload distribution are important factors in improving employee productivity in the Islamic banking sector. Therefore, the company is expected to create a conducive work environment and conduct periodic workload evaluations in order to maintain sustainable employee performance quality.

This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work discipline on employee productivity at UD Sumber Agung trading business. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied was all employees of UD Sumber Agung, totaling 51 employees. The sampling technique used saturated, which means that all members were sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The hypothesis testing used was the partial significance test (t test) and the simultaneous significance test (f test). The results of the study concluded that: (1) interpersonal communication has a significant negative effect on employee productivity at UD Sumber Agung. (2) Work discipline has a significant negative influence on the productivity of UD Sumber Agung employees. And (3) interpersonal communication and work discipline together have a significant influence on the productivity of UD Sumber Agung employees.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a very crucial role in the structure of an organization or company to achieve the goals that have been set, organizations or companies are expected to be able to increase employee work productivity to maintain competitiveness in the midst of competition with competitors, several factors affect work productivity including job transfers, work environment, and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether job transfers, work environment, and work motivation affect work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Using 42 sample respondents of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The regression results show that the job transfer variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work environment variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City. The work motivation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. XYZ employees in Gresik City.

This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation on employee productivity at CV. Sumber Jaya Springs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. The results show that both external and internal motivation have a significant impact on employee productivity. Financial incentives such as bonuses and allowances, as well as recognition and appreciation from management, are proven effective in increasing employee motivation. Additionally, supportive leadership styles and conducive work environments also play important roles in enhancing work productivity. This study provides new insights and practical recommendations for companies in their efforts to improve employee productivity through effective motivation management.

Employee productivity is a crucial factor in a company's success. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and quality of work life on employee productivity at PT. Mas Arya Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with a population consisting of all 4,000 employees. The sample was selected using the simple random sampling method, resulting in 98 respondents who met the criteria. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and secondary data from the company, while data analysis utilized multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 software. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive impact on employee productivity, as evidenced by a t-count value of 3.698, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.6747 at a 0.05 significance level. Quality of work life also positively affects productivity, with a t-count value of 5.225 exceeding the t-table value. Simultaneously, work motivation and quality of work life significantly influence employee productivity, as shown by an F-count value of 65.710, higher than the F-table value of 2.79. The R-Square value of 0.572 suggests that 57.2% of productivity variations are influenced by these two variables. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing motivation and creating a high-quality work environment to boost employee productivity.

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort to protect things that are dangerous so that everyone in the work environment is always safe and healthy. Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. In short: The adoption of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an important factor in increasing the productivity and success of the entire enterprise. With the implementation of OSH it is possible to prevent work-related accidents and injuries, prevent employee absenteeism, which increases job satisfaction and creates competitive advantages that can lead to future employee success.

The influence of the work environment on employee productivity in a company makes it very possible to determine success. The work environment has a significant influence on a company, so knowledge is needed to make achievements according to the company's goals. Also, this also has several aspects for employees to meet the company's needs so that losses do not occur. Based on the results of hypothetical measurements, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Lonsum Balombissie in Bulukumba Regency. In general, the most significant influence on employee performance at PT Lonsum is a healthy work environment that is in accordance with logical control.

This research aims to determine the relationship between adaptive leadership, work ethic and employee work productivity with psychological capital as a mediating variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by random sampling by distributing questionnaires to PT employees. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk which is then processed using SmartPLS. The natural population of this research are employees who work at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk with a sample size of 50 people.
