This study aims to analyze community perceptions of the application of legal and economic principles of food security in Rias Village, Toboali District. Food security is a crucial issue because it is directly related to survival, welfare, and regional economic stability. However, the community's understanding of food security is often limited to food availability, without considering its relationship with legislation and the dynamics of the village economy. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach that included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of the local community. The results of the study show that the people of Rias Village have a positive perception of the importance of food security, especially from an economic perspective, such as market access, food prices, and business capital. However, understanding of legal aspects is still limited, especially regarding government and local regulations that should protect the community's right to access food. This perception confirms that the successful implementation of food security principles in Rias Village is influenced by legal policies that favor the community and economic strategies that encourage local food self-sufficiency.

Student interest in becoming a teacher remains a major challenge in preparing prospective professional teachers, especially amidst increasingly complex changes and demands in education. This study aims to analyze the influence of the School Field Introduction (PLP) experience and perceptions of the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program on student interest in becoming a teacher. This study used a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression method. The population in this study were all students of the Economics Education Study Program at Surabaya State University, intake 2020–2022, with a sample of 150 students selected purposively. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument distributed online via Google Form. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis indicate that partially, the PLP experience does not have a significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher. Conversely, student perceptions of the PPG program show a positive and significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher. Simultaneously, the PLP experience and PPG perceptions significantly influence student interest in becoming a teacher. These findings indicate that perceptions of PPG have a more dominant contribution in shaping interest in becoming a teacher than PLP experience. Therefore, it is crucial for educational institutions to improve the understanding and quality of PPG program implementation to encourage students' interest in pursuing a career as teachers. This research provides practical implications for curriculum designers and teacher education program managers to place greater emphasis on students' perceptions and readiness for PPG in order to produce professional and highly motivated teachers.

The high unemployment rate and low entrepreneurial interest among graduates of the educational program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa, is a concerning issue. According to the Tracer Study data from the educational program, only a small percentage of graduates choose entrepreneurship. The statistics show that 15% of business education graduates, 23% of office administration education graduates, and only 3% of economics education graduates choose to become entrepreneurs. This indicates a lack of interest in entrepreneurship among educational program students. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship practice courses, risk perception, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest among students of the educational program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa. The study employs a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The sample consists of 148 undergraduate students from the 2021 cohort of the educational program who have taken the entrepreneurship practice course. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship practice course, risk perception, and family environment have a significant partial influence on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly contribute to entrepreneurial interest among students, accounting for 85.6%, while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors not covered in this study. This research provides important insights into how academic factors, risk perception, and support from the family environment can affect students' entrepreneurial interest. It is expected that the findings can contribute to enhancing students' understanding and skills in entrepreneurship, making them more prepared to enter the entrepreneurial world after graduation. Ultimately, the results of this study can help increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, which will help reduce unemployment rates and strengthen the economy.

The availability of educational facilities is one of the most important factors in enhancing active learning, particularly in the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) education and classroom settings. Physical education and health is one of the subjects that can help students develop themselves as individuals and social beings so that they grow and develop naturally (Firmasnyah & Rukmana, 2017). The availability of educational facilities is one of the most important factors in enhancing active learning, particularly in the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) education and classroom settings. The purpose of this study is to understand how PJOK and classroom teachers perceive the availability of educational facilities in schools in promoting active learning. This study involved physical education teachers and classroom teachers from SDN Dasar 1 Gobras Tasikmalaya. The findings of this study indicate that most teachers believe that educational facilities at schools are adequate but need to be improved to ensure more effective active learning. Additionally, there are differences in perception between physical education teachers and classroom teachers, with physical education teachers emphasizing the importance of facilities for classrooms and sports. The purpose of this article is to describe the perceptions of physical education teachers and class teachers towards the role of physical education in improving the emotional well-being of elementary school students. The main focus of the discussion is how PJOK lessons not only have an impact on physical development, but also support students' emotional growth, self-confidence, discipline, and social interaction. The methods used in this paper are observation and descriptive qualitative interviews with three resource persons, namely two physical education teachers, one class teacher at SDN 5 Imbanagara Raya. Data was collected through direct question and answer sessions that explore their experiences and views in observing changes in student behavior through PJOK activities. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that PJOK has an important role as a medium for student expression, especially for those who tend to be quiet or lack confidence. Physical activities and team games help students in forming self-confidence, discipline, and cooperation skills. In addition, collaboration between class teachers and physical education teachers is also an important key in adjusting teaching approaches that are responsive to students' emotional conditions. Thus, physical education contributes significantly to creating a learning environment that supports students' mental and emotional health.

This research aims to reveal the perception of the people of Kebonagung Village towards the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program and its impact on the socio-cultural aspects of Kebonagung Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that public perception of KKN varies, ranging from positive to skeptical. Factors that affect this perception include direct experience with the KKN program, the level of education, and the level of involvement in village activities. In addition, this study also found that KKN has a positive impact on the socio-cultural aspects of the village, such as increasing public awareness, changing behavior, and strengthening mutual cooperation values.

There are various e-commerce sites, one of which is Shopee, which utilizes financial technology or what is known as financial technology (Fintech) in the form of Shopeepay. Many factors can influence interest in using fintech including perceived ease, trust, effectiveness and features of use. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and usage features on interest in using Shopeepay fintech. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the population in this study are regular UPGRIS management students class of 2018 and class of 2019 who are willing to fill out a research questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that perceived convenience has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.001, trust has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.048, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.000, features of use have a positive and significant influence on interest in using fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.043. This means that the influence of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and features of use has an effect on interest in using Shopeepay fintech.

This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between students' perceptions of Mathematics lessons and the learning outcomes of Mathematics in fifth grade at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe in the Academic Year 2022/2023. The type of research used is quantitative. The subjects used as the sample in this study were 26 students. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire on students' perceptions of Mathematics lessons, and documentation of students' Mathematics learning outcomes. The data analysis used is product moment correlation analysis, to find out whether there is a correlation in student perceptions of fifth grade Mathematics at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe in the 2022/2023 academic year.The results of this study are: 1) seen from the calculation of descriptive statistical analysis that students' perceptions of fifth grade mathematics at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe for the 2022/2023 academic year are obtained in the moderate category (69.3%). 2) student learning outcomes in the moderate category (96.2%). 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between students' perceptions of Mathematics and the Mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pilot Kabanjahe for the 2022/2023 Academic Year with a significant value of 5% of 0.404 and a positive Pearson correlation value of 0.578 with the degree of closeness of the relationship between the two low.  

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Persaingan dunia usaha harus mampu berupaya untuk mencapai tujuan dengan menciptakan dan mempertahankan konsumen yang berorientasi mengarah pada kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen memiliki beberapa atribut yang terdiri dari cita rasa, harga, variasi produk, kecepatan pelayanan, dan kemampuan memberi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, cita rasa dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji parsial (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, cita rasa dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,790. Artinya sebanyak 79% variabel indpenden mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada konsumen CV. Sumber Garuda Mas yang mencantumkan akun sosial media pada akun marketplace.
