This study aims to analyse the effectiveness and contribution of rural and urban land and building taxes to the original local government revenue in Purwakarta Regency during 2016-2019. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using secondary data sources in the form of reports on the realisation of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes and Original Local Government Revenue of Purwakarta Regency. Analysis techniques include measuring the effectiveness and contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue. The results showed fluctuations in the receipt of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the study period. 2019 recorded the lowest effectiveness, while 2017 showed significant improvement. The average efficacy of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes during the period was satisfactory. However, the contribution of Rural and Urban Land and Building Taxes to Original Local Government Revenue showed greater variation, with some years recording relatively low contributions. This indicates the need for increased consistency and efficiency in the tax collection system and improved services to taxpayers.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

The analysis of Traveloka.com's services in the tourism industry encompasses various aspects, including usability, service quality, customer loyalty, and the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. The usability analysis of Traveloka.com's website revealed a high level of usability, as evidenced by efficiency, memorability, error rate, and user satisfaction. However, the study also identified areas for improvement, particularly in terms of system accessibility, privacy, and efficiency, which significantly impact customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty was found to be significant, indicating the importance of continuous improvement in service quality to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Traveloka.com's services and their impact on the tourism industry, offering insights for the company's development and the advancement of the overall tourism sector.

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

increasingly fierce business competition in the realm of e-commerce causes business people to implement the right strategy, improve service quality, and manage good relationships with consumers. Technology has changed the way businesses operate in recent decades. Rapid technological innovation has provided new opportunities for businesses to grow and develop. This needs to be done by a company as an effort to maintain loyalty customers as well as acquiring new customers. Good product quality is indeed an important factor to be able to increase company sales. However, there are other things that you should pay attention to, namely establishing good relationships with customers it is undeniable that customers are one of the factors that will affect the condition of your business. If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. Customer relationship practices help salespeople automate sales activities with a customer relationship strategy, you know when to reach out to your sales prospects, what to say, and how to say it.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the handling of criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo.This research uses empirical legal research methods. Empirical legal studies themselves are studies that view law as reality, including social reality, cultural reality, and empirical studies of the world. This research took place at the Environment and Forestry Service of Gorontalo Province. The results of this research show that: Handling criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo has not been handled properly and correctly. Good and correct handling has not been implemented due to internal factors such as communication, supervision, individual, financial and others, as well as external factors such as community factors, law enforcement, culture, advice and infrastructure. Ineffective handling can have an impact on society. Waste from processing is very dangerous when it pollutes residents' areas, the impact that can be felt by the community is contracting disease and can even cause death if it is not handled according to waste processing procedures. Law enforcement against environmental pollution which triggers criminal acts in Gorontalo Province has not been implemented properly. This is due to several factors that have not been fulfilled optimally. This can be seen from various factors such as law enforcement not being optimal in terms of a persuasive approach, inadequate facilities and infrastructure with limited human resources, as well as community habits and culture which consider environmental pollution to be a normal and common occurrence.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are reviewed from the perspective of business law, referring to Civil law, especially Article 1313 of the Civil Code, which states that "An agreement is an act in which one or more people bind oneself to one or more other people." So it is clear that agreements give rise to agreements, as well as the Trade Code and Indonesian laws and regulations in various forms of business entities. 2. Forms of cooperation in trading activities that can be carried out by company management, such as Mergers, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Franchising. A merger is a combination of one or several business entities so that from an economic point of view they are one unit, without merging the merged business entities. Consolidation/merger between two or more business entities that combine themselves to merge into one and form one new business entity (consolidation). This aims to "make healthy" the business entity concerned or what is usually called restructuring. Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more parties to collaborate in an activity. Franchise Agreement in which one party is given the right to exploit and/or use the rights to intellectual property or inventions, or business characteristics owned by another party in exchange for compensation based on the terms and/or sale of goods and services. 1 Article. 2 Lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Unsrat, Manado. This research delves into the development of the tourism sector in Makassar through the lens of the concept and the role of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) in Makassar. Employing a qualitative method and document analysis, the study explores the implementation of sustainable tourism principles amidst technological evolution. UNWTO is identified as a key catalyst in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the tourism sector, enhancing tourism security, and improving industry skills. The research findings indicate that collaboration with UNWTO can have a positive impact on advancing tourism in Makassar, particularly in introducing innovative technologies and enhancing service quality. This study provides a profound understanding for stakeholders regarding sustainable tourism development strategies, positioning Makassar as a prominent destination. The implications of these research findings stimulate further considerations, including strengthening collaboration with UNWTO, continuously improving tourism infrastructure, and intensifying industry training to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of this destination on the global stage.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

Land disputes are civil disputes that are often filed by justice seekers in the District Court. Recently, many inheritance disputes often occur in families, the inheritance in question is in the form of movable and immovable property. This research aims to determine the process of resolving inheritance land disputes due to falsification of wills in district court and the inhibiting factors which are useful as a reference. The type of research used is empirical research, by interviewing plaintiffs, defendants and co-defendants in case decision no. 44/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Gtlo.The results of the research show that resolving inheritance land disputes resulting from forgery of wills through the District Court is preferred as a solution because it is an institution that provides the justice desired by the plaintiff and its decisions have permanent legal force. Inhibiting factors found in the research process, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of lack of human resources, administrative services, and lack of facilities. And external factors consist of cost, time, good faith, lack of understanding of the parties, chaos in the trial, and lack of evidence.

Trade is an activity of exchanging goods and services based on mutual agreement without any element of coercion. Import and export activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from trade and are a unity that can encourage the improvement and growth of the economy in a country. The purpose of this research is to focus on the effect of import-export on economic growth, the evaluation of the contribution of Customs, and the role of international trade supervision. Customs or customs authorities in Indonesia, known as Customs and Excise, are the gateway to international trade. Customs manages state finances and implements state revenue through import duties and excise. The results of this study show that Indonesia's economic growth is influenced by global economic growth. In the first quarter of 2023, export activity weakened with the moderation of international commodity prices which supported the exports of North Sumatra Province. Export performance in North Sumatra grew 2.45% (yoy), lower than the previous quarter which amounted to 9.77% (yoy). Export activities in Indonesia are one of the efforts made by the government to follow the development of industrialization every year. Competition between products in foreign markets depends on price, quality, and quality of goods are important factors in competing in export activities.

The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.

This study aims to review and analyze how the legal protection of registered trademarks and also why protection of registered trademarks can end. Trademarks or brand for producers is an image as well as a good name for the company, beside that it is also a part of the business strategy. There is no producer who does not use the brand as an identity for the goods they produced or the services they provided. The identity which is embodied in the mark is an identifier and at the same time becomes a differentiator to the others. This is why disputes often occurs against the brand. The research method uses a normative juridical. the results of this study that the registration of a mark may end due to the expiry of the validity period of the mark, the deletion of the mark due to request of the owner, the deletion of the registered mark at the initiative of the Minister after obtaining a recommendation from the Trademark Appeals Commission, and the deletion of the mark due to a lawsuit from a third party. The existence of trademark protection starts from the registration of the mark, protection of the mark during the period of the registration of the mark for 10 (ten) years and can be extended with the same period of time, there is legal action both in civil lawsuits, criminal prosecution and administrative steps in the form of refusal of trademark registration and deletion of brand.

Unequal and efficient distribution of crop yields is a challenge that is often faced in the corn farming industry. This can be detrimental to farmers because it results in a buildup of unsold corn crops in several areas. To overcome this challenge, a technology-based solution is needed so that it can reach customers easily by creating a website that aims to help equalize the distribution of corn harvests, with a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. By using an Agile approach in website development, It is hoped that it can produce a system that suits user needs in a short time. The design stage will be carried out using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) approach. In black box testing, it was proven that the use of websites to equalize agricultural products has been proven to be able to build a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. In addition, the services provided through the website can reduce product distribution costs and speed up the buying and selling process with customers.
