This study aims to analyze the practice of collaborative governance in the innovation of population administration services through the integrated marriage legalization (isbat nikah) program implemented by the Civil Registration and Population Office (Dukcapil) in collaboration with the Religious Court. The program represents a governmental initiative to provide legal certainty for unregistered marriages while improving citizens’ access to legal identity documents. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to examine inter-organizational collaboration in public service delivery. The analytical framework refers to the collaborative governance model developed by Chris Ansell and Alison Gash, focusing on three key dimensions: starting conditions, institutional design, and facilitative leadership. The findings indicate that the initial conditions of collaboration were driven by the high number of unregistered marriages and the institutional limitations of each agency in addressing the issue independently. In terms of institutional design, the collaboration is supported by formal cooperation agreements, clear division of roles, and integrated service mechanisms among participating institutions. Furthermore, facilitative leadership plays a crucial role in fostering coordination, communication, and shared commitment among stakeholders. The study concludes that collaborative governance in the integrated marriage legalization service program enhances the effectiveness of population administration services while providing legal certainty for citizens.

Three-phase induction motors are essential components in industrial cooling systems that require reliable overcurrent protection to maintain operational continuity and prevent equipment damage. In the Cooling Tower Pump panel at PT DongJin Indonesia, a limitation was identified where the terminal of the Electronic Overcurrent Relay (EOCR) could not accommodate the 50 mm² power cable, preventing direct current measurement. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating a 200:5 A Current Transformer (CT) with the EOCR as an adaptive protection solution that is both safe and efficient. The research employs a case study approach through field observation, motor current measurement using a Fluke 303 Clamp Meter, and descriptive analysis of the recorded data. The results indicate that the three motors operate under stable load conditions, with current values ranging from 236.7 A to 275.7 A, while the secondary current detected by the EOCR ranges from 3.7 A to 3.9 A, consistent with the CT transformation ratio. During the starting phase, the current surged to 600.4 A without causing false tripping, demonstrating that the EOCR effectively distinguishes temporary inrush current from actual fault conditions. Therefore, the integration of CT–EOCR is proven to enhance measurement safety, maintain motor operational stability, and support efficient system maintenance in industrial environments.

Land conflict between the Sihaporas indigenous community and PT Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) remains an ongoing agrarian issue that directly affects the community’s livelihoods. The inclusion of the company’s concession within the customary territory has changed patterns of land control and use that were previously managed collectively across generations. This situation restricts access to agricultural land and forests, reduces sources of income, and creates social tensions and confrontations. This study aims to analyze the impacts of land conflict on the Sihaporas indigenous community and to examine the conflict through a political ecology perspective with a focus on power relations among actors. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the conflict affects economic, social, and cultural aspects of the community and reflects unequal power relations between indigenous peoples, corporations, and the state in controlling agrarian resources.

Traditional fermented foods made from glutinous rice play a significant role in Indonesia’s local food system, with fermented glutinous rice known as tape ketan being one of the most popular products. Tape ketan is produced through a fermentation process using traditional starter cultures that involve diverse microorganisms, resulting in distinctive sensory characteristics. This review article aims to examine and synthesize previous studies related to the fermentation process of tape ketan and the characterization of metabolites formed during fermentation. The study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis based on a literature review of relevant national and international scientific journals. The findings indicate that tape ketan fermentation involves starch hydrolysis, sugar fermentation, and the formation of primary and secondary metabolites influenced by fermentation time and microbial composition. Primary metabolites such as simple sugars, organic acids, and alcohol contribute to the basic sensory attributes of the product, while secondary metabolites including phenolic compounds and bioactive components enhance its functional potential. The characterization of these metabolites demonstrates that tape ketan is not only a traditional fermented food but also has promising potential for development as a value-added functional food based on local wisdom.
