As many as 7.3 million people worldwide die from heart disease. This indicates that heart disease is one of the diseases that cause the most deaths. As a preventive effort in handling heart disease, it is necessary to predict heart disease in patients. The classification process to predict heart disease is done using a decision tree. This decision tree is interesting because it is more flexible in providing the advantage of visualizing the advice so that the prediction can be observed. This study uses Heart Disease Prediction Dataset data with a total of 303 data. Then predictions are made using Decision tree so that the accuracy results are 83.60%, precision 89.28%, recall 78.12% and F1 score of 83.33%.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how dhikr therapy can lessen psychopathological symptoms. Eighteen hypertension patients in all were chosen as volunteers and divided into two groups: experimental and control. While the control group (n = 9) was placed on a waiting list, the experimental group (n = 9) received the therapy. The Brief Symptoms Inventory (BSI), which measures psychopathological symptoms before therapy (pretest), after therapy (posttest), and during a two-week follow-up test, was administered to all participants. With Z = -3.339 and p = 0.000, data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U revealed a significant decrease in symptoms. The findings confirmed the theory that psychopathological symptoms were alleviated by dhikr treatment. This study concluded that spiritual therapy plays a significant influence in lowering psychological symptoms.

Herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) is the leading cause of back pain in old age, occurring as a result of tearing of the fibrous annulus and the nucleus pulposus exiting through the tear. To optimize pathology, fat suppression techniques are needed to suppress fat and fluid. Fat Suppression techniques include Dixon and SPAIR. The use of Dixon is relatively longer but can produce four images at once, while SPIR has the advantage of being more resistant to inhomogeneous magnetic fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between T2WI SPIR and T2WI diagnostic image information Dixon Sagital Cut Lumbar MRI with Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) cases as well as find out which one is better between the two techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental approach that uses prospective data aimed at determining the difference in diagnostic image information T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon MRI examination of Sagital Cuts. The study population is patients who perform Lumbar MRI examinations with HNP cases at the Radiology Installation of NTB Provincial Hospital for the period May-July 2023. This study applied total sampling, using a research sample of 17 patients. The results showed a difference in image information between the T2WI SPIR and T2WI Dixon sequences on Lumbar MRI examination of Sagital Cut with a p-velue value smaller than α (<0.05), namely in the anatomy of the Spinal Cord with a p-value (0.021), and the anatomy of the Corpus Vertebraewith value p-value (0.001). The T2 Spir sequence is more optimal in showing anatomical information on the Sagittal Cut lumbar MRI examination compared to the T2 Dixon sequence.  due to the more homogeneous emphasis of fat on the anatomy of the Spinal Cord and Corpus Vertebrae

Background: Auditory hallucinations are a symptom that often appears in schizophrenia sufferers. Distraction techniques in nursing interventions to divert attention to what is being presented. This distraction technique is very influential for individuals with mental disorders, especially those who experience auditory hallucinations. Objective: To determine the effect of distraction techniques on patients with auditory hallucinations. Method: This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-post-test design approach and non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling model. Results: This research found that 4 respondents experienced moderate hallucinations (26.7%), respondents with the criteria of experiencing severe hallucinations as many as 6 respondents (40%), and very severe hallucinations as many as 5 respondents (33.3%). After being given the treatment of conversing with other people, 7 respondents (46.7%) experienced a decrease in their voices, namely they became mild, and 8 respondents (53.3%) experienced a decrease in their voices to moderate. Conclusion: There is an effect distraction technique to reduce voices in patients with auditory hallucinations based on the results of data processing using the paired T-Test.

Cervical brachytherapy is a type of treatment for cervical cancer by providing direct radiation to the cancer or tumor area. The brachytherapy itself is usually a booster combined with external radiotherapy. Evaluation of the success of radiation can be seen from the survival rate of patients or local control. In patients, survival and local control can be influenced by several prognostic factors such as the stage of the cancer, the size of the cancer diameter, and the pathology of the cancer itself. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of brachytherapy radiation on the life survival of cervical cancer patients by paying attention to the relationship between cancer stage, cancer size, cancer pathology on patient survival. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach regarding the impact of brachytherapy radiation on patient life survival. cervical cancer. It was concluded that prognostic factors such as tumor or cancer size, cancer stage and cancer pathology in cervical cancer have a relationship with patient survival.

The 3DCRT field in field (FIF) technique used in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang uses 4 copy fields including supraclavicular (AP), axilla (PA), tangential (ML/LM). However, in the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang, the immobilization device does not use a breast board but uses an abdominal thorax or AIO Breast And Lung Board. The aim of this study is to describe the management or procedures for administering 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang. Treatment of 3DCRT field in field (FIF) radiotherapy with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital Malang consists of an examination and consultation with a radiation oncology specialist, CT Simulator, then treatment planning system (TPS), verification carried out before the first fraction and participation stage. The advantage of using the 3DCRT field in field (FIF) technique with abdominal thorax immobilization in Post MRM breast cancer patients at the Radiotherapy Unit at Lavalette Hospital, Malang, is that the copying area is simple, the copying comfort is better, it can reduce hotspots, and it can reduce the dose received by the organs in the area. risk (OAR). The disadvantage is that it requires more precision, especially RTT as an operator for the use of additional immobilization devices other than the 5 degree abdominal thorax.

Background: CT (Computed Tomography) Scan modality is very useful for obtaining a diagnosis of tumors in the abdominal cavity. The procedure carried out in abdominal MSCT uses contrast media. The contrast media commonly used in abdominal MSCT examinations can be intravenous, oral and anal. Kupang Hospital uses contrast media intravenously, orally and anally. The aim of this study was to determine the procedure for examining abdominal MSCT with clinical lower abdominal tumors using a multiphase technique using intravenous contrast media in the form of iodine water soluble with a dual syringe injector and NaCl liquid and orally with a volume of 750 ml of mineral water mixed with 5 ml of contrast media to drink before The examination then takes place via anal examination in the form of negative water contrast media mixed with iodine water soluble contrast media with a 50 cc syringe and also to find out the reasons for using contrast media intravenously, orally and anally in abdominal MSCT examinations with clinical lower abdominal tumors. Method: This research design is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were patients with clinical lower abdominal tumors. Research respondents were 2 Radiographers, 1 Radiology Specialist. The data collection method was taken by observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation, then data analysis and conclusion drawing were carried out. Results: The results of this study are about the abdominal MSCT examination procedure and the reasons for using contrast media injection techniques with clinical lower abdominal tumors in the Kupang Hospital Radiology Installation. Conclusion: The use of the technique of intravenous administration of contrast media aims to anatomically visualize vascularization, distinguish blood vessels from masses, determine the level of vascular displacement or invasion by tumors and by inserting contrast media orally it aims to provide opacification of the intestine and assist in diagnosing existing abnormalities in the intestine such as ulceration, perforation, obstruction, and space occupying lesions then through anal purposes to fill the large intestine, able to provide an overview of colonic distension and colon cancer. The use of contrast media injection techniques via intravenous, oral and anal is because the patient can make preparations as expected .

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with multiple etiologies characterized by high sugar levels. Patients with chronic illnesses are very susceptible to depression. This can be overcome if the respondent has good enough resilience and self-efficacy so that he can manage self-care and regulate glycemic levels and strive for better health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area. This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests. The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables. Self-efficacy, good resilience can reduce depression in chronic patients such as gangrene so that patients have adequate self-care management.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease that is ranked 10th with the highest number of deaths. Side effects caused by Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) are often experienced by TB patients and result in physical disorders that reduce the quality of life of TB patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between OAT side effects and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center The research design in the study used a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all TB patients in the Banyuglugur health center working area who underwent treatment for <6 months according to the inclusion criteria in January 2022 - May 2023, totaling 40 people using the Total Sampling sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire on OAT side effects and quality of life. The analytical test used was the Spearman Rank test. The results of this study showed that the side effects of OAT in 27 TB patients (67.5%) were severe and the quality of life of 31 TB patients (77.5%) was poor. The results of the analysis show a p value of .001 (smaller than 0.05), so there is a significant linear relationship between the OAT side effect variable and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center. This research shows that the side effects experienced by TB sufferers, both mild and severe, greatly affect the quality of life of TB patients. Health workers must always carry out routine monitoring of OAT side effects experienced by TB sufferers and treat them as soon as possible so that they do not affect the quality of life of TB patients in terms of physical, nutritional or psychological aspects in order to prevent them from dropping out of treatment.

Diabetes Mellitus, DM, refers to chronic metabolic problems indicated by hyperglycemia condition. This matter influences complications on the feet. Foot care education is a diabetic education to treat the feet excellently and correctly by providing audiovisual media. This research analyzed the influence of foot care education taught by audiovisual media toward the improvement of DM knowledge of DM patients. This quasi-experimental research used a control group design. The sampling technique was incidental sampling with 60 respondents. The Wilcoxon test result obtained a p-value of 0.0001 lower than 0.05. The result indicated the influence of foot care education with audiovisual media on the DM knowledge improvement of the patients. The researchers expect future researchers to apply foot care education with audiovisual media to prevent diabetic foot cases.

Electronic-based nursing care in hospitals refers to the application of information technology and electronic systems in the process of providing care for patients. There are various impacts in the use of electronic nursing records that have implications for patient safety. The purpose of this study was to review the impact of using electronic-based nursing documentation on patient safety and quality of nursing care. The method used is literature review by searching articles in three electronic databases: PubMed, ProQuest, and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria used were articles that matched the research objectives, according to the specified keywords, were in English, full text and published until 2022. There were eleven research articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of a literature review on the eleven articles illustrate that electronic-based nursing documentation has a positive impact on patient safety and the quality of nursing care. The use of electronic nursing documentation provides various benefits, such as efficiency in managing patient data, increasing accuracy and speed in processing information, and improving coordination and communication between health workers. In addition, two articles also convey the impact of using electronic nursing documentation which is considered detrimental in an effort to maintain patient safety. Thus, the information in this literature review can be useful for planning the development of strategies for implementing electronic-based nursing documentation in hospitals.

Patient loyalty is often closely related to patient satisfaction with the experience they get during medical treatment. Issues related to service quality, long waiting times, lack of effective communication with patients, or disrespectful attitudes from medical staff can all cause patients to feel dissatisfied and unmotivated to return to the same health facility. This type of quantitative research with a design using correlation analysis, cross sectional. The population in the study were 193 patients treated at a private hospital in Jakarta. The research sample was 130 with the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used quota sampling and the data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis of research data used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.036. Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 Service quality and satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 and each effect is 94.1%. In conclusion, the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction have a significant effect on patient loyalty..

ARI is an acute respiratory infection that affects one or more parts of the respiratory system. The high prevalence and risk factors in the prescription of ARI patients need to be considered in the completeness of the prescription and the provision of appropriate drugs to increase the effectiveness of treatment therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of prescribing ARI patients aged 0-12 years administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically based on PMK No. 72 of 2016. This type of research is descriptive observational and retrospective data collection. The sample used was the prescription of ARI patients at Bendan Hospital who met the inclusion criteria for the period April-May 2023, totaling 25 prescription sheets. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The results showed that in administrative aspects including patient name, gender, age, address, doctor's name, SIP, telephone number, doctor's address, doctor's signature, prescription date was fulfilled 100% and body weight was fulfilled 92%. The pharmaceutical aspects include the name of the drug, dosage form, dosage strength, drug dosage, amount of drug, rules of use and how to use are fulfilled 100%. Clinical aspects include 100% indication accuracy, 100% dose accuracy and 52% drug interactions. It can be concluded that the suitability of prescribing ARI patients for children aged 0-12 years is administratively 100%, pharmaceutically 92%, and clinically 48%.

The Social Security Administrative Body is a legal entity in administering social security programs to ensure that all people are able to meet the basic needs of a decent life. The purpose of this research is to analyze the BPJS Kesehatan service system which is capable of anticipating a surge in patients seeking treatment abroad. This study uses a Statute Approach and a conceptual approach using the interview method. Data analysis used qualitative analysis techniques to test the validity of the data in this study by looking for existing reference sources. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the National Social Security System (SJSN) is organized with a Social Insurance mechanism in which each participant is required to pay contributions to provide protection for socio-economic risks that befall participants and/or their family members. The BPJS service arrangement or system is complete by providing basic services and referrals as long as the person is still alive but not for treatment abroad. In the absence of this regulation, it automatically prevents someone from seeking treatment abroad, so they continue to seek treatment at home. The BPJS Kesehatan office in serving patients seeking treatment abroad has not found BPJS patients consulting for treatment abroad.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) This is a gradual and irreversible kidney disorder that affects the body's capacity to regulate metabolism, fluids, and electrolytes, leading to the development of uremia. Hemodialysis (HD) patients with chronic renal failure are subject to fluid, dietary and pharmaceutical restrictions as well as activity and medication limits. Weight gain, edema, and high blood pressure will occur if fluid balance is not maintained or if there is excess fluid between dialysis sessions. But limiting fluids while receiving hemodialysis can have a number of negative consequences on the body, one of which is thirst and dry mouth (xerostomia), caused by decreased salivary gland production. This scientific study uses a descriptive methodology along with nursing care strategies to apply the "sipping ice cubes therapy" strategy to reduce thirst in CKD patients receiving hemodialysis. Evidence-based practice of nursing This procedure is carried out in the Nursing Room of RSUD Dr. dr. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City on December 26 2022 and January 26 2023. According to researchers, the administration of the innovative therapy "Sipping Ice Cubes Therapy" can significantly reduce thirst levels in CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) patients. It can be seen from the 6 respondents who were given the innovative therapy "sipping ice Cubes Therapy" all of which gave a positive response after evaluation, both direct evaluation after giving therapy or evaluation after 3 days of giving the implementation of "sipping ice Cubes Therapy"

Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) is professional collaboration with different educational backgrounds and collaborates to improve service quality. The purpose of this study was to explore SBAR communication carried out by nurses and doctors in IPC at the Hospital X. The research method is qualitative. The research participants were 10 health workers (5 nurses and 5 doctors). Data analysis was carried out by processing and preparing data, reading data, coding, coding interpretation, presenting themes, and interpreting data. The results showed that there were three themes produced: 1) A thorough assessment by nurses and doctors; 2) Collaboration between nurses and doctors to patients; 3) Barriers communication between nurses and doctors. The form of communication that is applied between doctors and nurses in the emergency room at the hospital x is SBAR communication that has been implemented well. The main barriers to SBAR communication are the shortage of staff and the increase in the number of patients. And the obstacle from the doctor's side is the new nurse personnel who do not really understand their duties. The conclusion of this study is that the application of SBAR communication in the Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) relationship between nurses and emergency room doctors at the hospital x is good, but there are still barriers to SBAR communication when there is an increase in the number of patients due to lack of staff in the hospital.

Background: Jobs related to hospitals or health are often exposed to high work stress, namely nurses. Nurses who experience work stress show negative emotional responses. The negative impact of increased work stress and low emotional intelligence on nurses has an impact on the quality of health services. Therefore, when a nurse is exposed to work stress and low emotional intelligence, her performance in providing nursing services will decrease, which in turn will get complaints from patients. Prolonged job stress can contribute to nurse burnout, increased dropout rates, and decreased job satisfaction. In the long term, this can affect nurse retention and reduce the availability and quality of the nursing workforce. Methods: Quantitative research with a correlational type of research using Cross Sectional. Sampling using the Total Sampling approach totaling 46 nurses. Data analysis using Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. Results: 1) 56.52% emotional intelligence in nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as low and 43.48% is categorized as high; 2) 54.35% work stress on nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as high and 45.65% is categorized as low; 3) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress on nurses in the inpatient rooms of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi City in 2022 with a Spearman correlation value of -0.869. That is, high emotional intelligence, the work stress experienced by nurses will be low. Conclusion: There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana Dr. Jambi City Bratanata Hospital. It is hoped that the hospital can provide various programs for nurses not to experience high stress, and can increase the emotional intelligence of nurses to reduce work stress with training for nurses such as Gathering which can reduce nurse work stress.

Introduction : Pain in labor is pain due to uterine contractions which can lead to increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system, changes in blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, and if not treated it will increase feelings of worry, tension, fear and stress. Warm and cold water compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to meet the need for comfort and to treat pain. Objective : to determine the effectiveness of giving warm and cold compresses to reduce pain in active phase 1 infartu mothers at RSIA Siti Khadidjah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo city. Research Methods : One group of subjects will be used in this study with a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-post test strategy to determine cause and effect. Before the intervention, the subject group was monitored, and then after the intervention. Mothers who were in the early phase of the active phase of physiological labor in the VK room of RSIA Siti Khadijah Aisyiyah, Gorontalo City, were used as research subjects. Research Results : The results of this study found acute pain in the four patients, it was found that 2 patients were given warm water compresses, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 4 (moderate) and in the administration of cold water compresses to 2 patients, the pain level decreased to a pain scale of 6 and 5 (currently). Conclusion : the conclusion of this study is seen from the level of pain that has decreased when given warm water or cold water compresses. Hot and cold compress therapy is a non-pharmacological method to treat pain.

Background: One of the non-pharmacological intervention techniques that can be used is the guided imagery relaxation technique. When doing Guided Imagery Relaxation it produces endorphins. Endohrpin is a neurohormone associated with pleasant sensations so it is expected to lower blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of Guided Imagery Relaxation on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This type of research is Quasy Experiment with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the population that will be taken in this study is the community of the Cikalongkulon Cianjur Health Center in people with hypertension aged 45-70 years who do not experience complications and do not regularly take hypertension medication. The number of samples is 16 respondents. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test. Results: From the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test analysis, it shows that there is a significant effect between Guided Imagery Relaxation and a decrease in blood pressure in the Working Area of ​​the Cikalongkulon Health Center, Cianjur p-value 0.002 (<0.05). Conclusion: From this study it shows that there is an effect of guided imagery relaxation on reducing blood pressure in the Working Area of ​​the Cikalongkulon Health Center.
