The objectives of this research are 1) To find out how the Instagram application is used as an online shop marketing communication medium, 2) To find out the obstacles to the Instagram application being used as an online shop marketing communication medium. The location of this research was carried out at the Novashoptakengon.id mini online shop located in Uning Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency with the number of informants being 1 owner, 4 resellers and 1 consumer of the Novashoptakengon.id Online Shop. Data collection used in this research is interviews and observations with owners, resellers and consumers. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are marketing communications carried out via Instagram media which are used by online shop owners through promotions on the Instagram application. Of the various supporting features built into Instagram, the features most frequently used are the Instagram story photo upload and Story Highlights features. In the Instastory feature, Mrs. Nova Sri Rezeki uses it to inform about the latest products and shop situations every day. Meanwhile, to upload photos, Mrs. Nova Sri Rezeki uses it to post new products with attractive layouts. Story Highlights are used to provide important information such as how to order online, shop location instructions, shopee address and others. This feature used is considered very effective and helpful in the product promotion process, because it can convey messages directly to consumers. By utilizing the number of followers which has reached 4,934 thousand, it will make it easier to promote products. The problem with the Instagram application being that it is used as a marketing communication medium for online shops is competition between other online shops, so that the owner must be diligent in posting photos or videos so that his products can be seen by consumers, otherwise he will be at risk of losing consumers. People will switch to other online shops.

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

Theoretical references obtained through literature study research will be used as the basic foundation and main tool for further practice which will be followed up with field research. Polya's theory is a systematic approach to solving mathematical problems which consists of four main steps, namely understanding the problem, planning a solution, implementing the plan, and checking again. This theory has been applied in various mathematics learning contexts, such as in analyzing the difficulty of solving mathematical problems on various materials and levels of difficulty.

Nevertheless, regional languages face the challenge of extinction due to the influence of globalization, population migration, and lack of appreciation, especially among the younger generation. The method used is literature study. The focus of this article is on maintaining Sundanese in the context of elementary school education, highlighting the role of students as the main agents in maintaining regional languages. The discussion involves three key steps, namely learning, community activities, and the use of regional languages on special occasions. It is hoped that maintaining regional languages in education can create a generation that has strong character and is able to maintain cultural heritage, making the preservation of regional languages an important task to preserve cultural and linguistic diversity.

The results show that intense exposure to social media can influence character formation, both positively and negatively. The psychological and social implications of social media use in today's youth are the main focus in this journal, providing in-depth insight into the role of social media in shaping the identity and character of the younger generation.

Like the definition of "culture" above, "religion" also has different meanings, both from the point of view of its adherents and from the point of view of the sciences that study it (Sena Adiningrat, 2010). All three have a very strong bond and correlation as the core of society, so that even in the craziest and sane times, they are never broken. Because where there is an association or community or society, there is a habitus, then lived and continues to exist, then it becomes a culture. Meanwhile, religion is a belief in one's conscience, which essentially has an inner connection with feelings and the desire to embrace something and believe in it. So religion requires faith or belief. So believing in something important in religion is called faith.

This research aims to analyze efforts and strategies in establishing inter-church harmony in society during the current pandemic. The current pandemic creates new challenges in maintaining interfaith relations and strengthening tolerance in communities. In this context, churches from various denominations are faced with the need to increase collaboration and mutual understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with church leaders and community members who are actively involved in efforts to establish harmony. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns in practices that support inter-church harmony. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how churches can work together to create harmony in difficult times such as the current pandemic. The practical implications of this research can be a guide for church and community leaders in building harmonious relationships amidst the challenges they face together. The research results show that there are several key factors that support the success of efforts to establish church harmony today. Among these are regular inter-religious dialogue, joint social activities, and an inclusive approach in understanding differences in beliefs.

This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.    

Early childhood plays an important role in forming the basis of development, which involves stimulation of various aspects such as moral religious values, social emotional, language, cognitive, and physical motor skills. The concept of early childhood learning is focused on play, where every activity is designed to be play, so that learning becomes more effective. Parents also need to understand today's children's education to interact with children positively. This research focuses on sentiment analysis of children's education-based app reviews on the Google Play Store, using Random Forest and Logistic Regression methods. The review data is taken from three apps with the theme of child development, namely "About Kids", "PrimaKu", and "Teman Bumil", with a range of review years between 2018 and 2023. The test results show that Logistic Regression has higher accuracy compared to Random Forest, especially in the "About Kids" and "PrimaKu" applications with accuracy above 90%. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of sentiment analysis in improving understanding of user responses to children's education applications, with suggestions for future research to increase the number of datasets and variations in testing schemes by tuning hyperparameters to improve prediction accuracy and more optimal results.

Instagram as a social media has become a major platform for individuals to build their self-image online. This research aims to explore and analyze strategies for forming the self-image of Communication Science students at Trunojoyo University, Madura on the social media Instagram. Qualitative research methods were used to interview participants from Communication Science students who actively use Instagram. The research results show that students use various strategies, including photo selection, captions, filters, and hashtags, to build the desired self-image. They also manage interactions with followers and respond to comments to strengthen their self-image. Additionally, findings suggest that social pressure, cultural norms, and peer influence play an important role in the formation of self-image on social media. This research provides in-depth insight into how social media, especially Instagram, influences the formation of Communication Science students' self-image, and its implications for self-concept and social interactions in a digital context. This study also provides a foundation for the development of social media literacy among college students and stimulates further discussion about the impact of social media on individual identity construction.
