Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis that affects the knee. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative process in which joint cartilage is gradually eroded. This disease often attacks middle-aged and elderly people. Osteoarthritis can be caused by excessive stress on the joints such as repeated injuries or being overweight. The aim of this activity is to provide acupressure therapy to reduce the level of pain experienced by elderly people with knee osteoarthritis. The target of this activity is elderly people who experience knee osteoarthritis in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District with a total of 16 people. This activity is carried out by providing acupressure therapy. The results of the activity showed a decrease in pain levels in elderly people with knee osteoarthritis in Bangu Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa district. It is hoped that the elderly can manage pain with knee osteoarthritis by providing acupressure therapy

Simply put, E-commerce is creating, managing and expanding commercial relationships online Judging from the phenomenon above, researchers are interested in researching the influence of E-commerce on Muslim clothing purchasing decisions among female students in the city of Palembang. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability-purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that e-commerce has no influence on the purchasing decisions of Muslim clothing for Palembang city students.

This research aims to examine the influence of price and promotion on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions through a case study of Primagraha University students. Students also often shop through this application by exploring e-commerce. With the prices and promotions offered, many factors influence consumer purchasing decisions. In this research, the author considers price and promotion factors. This research methodology uses quantitative research with Primagraha University student respondents, with 103 respondents who often shop using the Shopee e-commerce application. Then data was obtained using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the price impact is 8.4% and the promotion impact is 72.8%. Although the combined impact of price and promotion is 60% the remaining 40% is explained by other variables not considered in this study, such as product, location, people, process, physical evidence, wom and others.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price perception, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan products in the Solo region. The study utilizes a quantitative approach, employing primary data obtained through distributing written instruments or questionnaires and receiving responses from 100 samples. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis is used to evaluate the hypotheses in this research, which is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis conducted, it shows that purchasing decisions are positively (significantly) influenced by brand image, price perception, and promotion.

This research aims to find out how the management control system at the Cita Hati Foundation is regarding the incentive system given to local teaching staff and foreign teaching staff.  The data source for this research uses primary and secondary data.  The aim of this research is to display, explain and analyze the function of implementing a management control system.  This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is usually used to describe and describe current phenomena, whether human engineering or natural.  Primary data was obtained directly from the Cita Hati Christian School, which was the subject of the research.  By conducting direct observations at the Cita Hati Christian School and interviews with people at the school who are related to this research.  The results obtained are that the Cita Hati Foundation has teaching staff who are competent in their fields, not only local teaching staff, but also bringing in foreign teaching staff to improve the quality and value of education.  The presence of foreign teaching staff has both positive and negative impacts on the foundation, especially local teaching staff.  This is due to the differences in treatment given by the foundation to the two.  So the researchers suggest that the Cita Hati Foundation evaluate and revise the incentive program that will be given to employees, in accordance with the policies that have been determined or agreed and the point is that the policies made must be in accordance with the Foundation's ability to provide incentives in accordance with employee performance.  This will encourage better performance so that the company can also develop forward with employees who are loyal and willing to develop together.

The use of social media as an educational marketing tool provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with prospective students, build brand awareness, and promote university excellence. Education marketing is a strategic approach in managing information and image of educational institutions to attract new students. This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies using social media has a very good impact on the interest of new students.

The growth of the digital world greatly influences the national economy and has a positive impact on the business world in the fields of technology and information. Tthis research intends to analyze financial reports in measuring financial performance in startup companies. The sample used in this research was PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The data used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research analysis uses financial ratio formula calculations consisting of liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios as analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of startup companies. The results of the research show that the company liquidity performance is classified as very good, the activity ratio is classified as good in the total assets turnover ratio, is classified as poor, and the profitability ratio shows a fairly good level of profit generation.

The Indonesian capital market is a dynamic and challenging area for investment stakeholders, especially stock portfolio holders. This objective is to measure and analyze the performance of stock investment portfolios using standard deviation as a key indicator to measure equity market volatility in the Indonesian capital market. The writing method used is a descriptive method using standard deviation. The result of the standard deviation shows that the higher the investment risk between risk and return to compensate the return corresponding to the greater level of risk taken, but also increases the potential loss. The performance of the stock investment portfolio in 2022 can be said to be good. This can be seen from the growth in portfolio value that continues to increase from month to month. The portfolio's average return on investment (IRR) is 8%.

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur is a public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. One factor that can influence a company's financial performance is managerial ownership. The aim is to provide a holistic understanding of the relationship between managerial ownership interacting with the financial performance of a company and understand the factors that may or may limit the impact. The descriptive method for analyzing managerial ownership of the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can involve calculating certain formulas below. managerial ownership (km)(Number of managerial ownership shares)/(Number of outstanding shares) X 100%. Based on the results of the calculations above regarding managerial ownership in 2022 at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, namely the number of managerial ownership shares is 1,380,020 and the number of outstanding shares is 8,780,426,500, so the result of the number of managerial ownership shares and the number of outstanding shares is 0.00015717. The discussion regarding managerial ownership of financial performance includes an analysis of the impact of managerial share ownership by management on the company's financial performance. Conclusion regarding managerial ownership at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur can have a positive impact on the company's financial performance.

This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The population of this research is the clients of the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Incidental approach, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if they are seen to be suitable, with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version version 20. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y). This can be shown by t count (0.945) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Discipline (X2) as a whole. partial to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count (-3.329) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Commitment (X3) partially to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count ( 1.606) < from t table (2.011), and the variables of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and commitment (X3) of community counselors simultaneously on the competency of correctional clients (Y). This service focuses on "Community Empowerment through the Utilization of Household Waste into Organic Fertilizer in South Lembang Batualu", people who do not understand how to make organic fertilizer by using used materials, people still lack understanding in terms of adapting the plants to be planted in the soil with different conditions. Therefore, this service focuses on the theme "organic farming" which aims to increase public awareness and broaden people's knowledge about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste. The method we use is the approach method, this method is a method carried out directly by students to inspire the community in South Lembang Batualu. The results achieved are able to help with community problems regarding organic farming in South Lembang Batualu, so that this service activity can have a positive impact, namely that the community understands more about organic farming, especially in making organic fertilizer using household waste.

Fishermen along the river in the Bonto Bahari sub-district utilize small boats, often called kettles, to find and catch fish. However, these fishermen pay little attention to safety while sailing without using safety equipment. Boat accidents on the river still often occur along the waters they catch fish because of the lack of safety equipment available on board. The purpose of this service is to provide material on how to prepare safety equipment on the ship and how to use good and correct safety equipment as it should be based on the provisions or experience of the speaker. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method at group meetings, as the target of counseling is fishermen members using broadcast media in the form of power points and YouTube links. The results of community service activities regarding health education (counseling) on Understanding Safety Equipment on Fishing Vessels in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency have been carried out well and received an enthusiastic response from the people of Bonto Bahari District.
