The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the business world. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) offers new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to innovate and enhance their competitiveness through various aspects such as products, processes, and business models. MSMEs play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing approximately 60% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing over 97% of the workforce. Despite this, MSMEs often face challenges such as limitations in capital, technology, and market access. Digital transformation presents great potential to address these challenges by improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and developing more relevant products and services. Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.

This research investigates how organizational culture influences cadets' perceptions of empowerment training and shapes their leadership styles within the transportation management sector in Jakarta. Through qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with cadets from diverse work environments—collaborative and hierarchical—the study explores the differential impacts of organizational culture on leadership development. Findings reveal that cadets in collaborative environments perceive empowerment training more positively, citing benefits such as teamwork, decision-making autonomy, and mentorship. These cadets tend to exhibit transformational leadership styles characterised by motivation, adaptability, and team empowerment. In contrast, cadets in hierarchical environments often adopt transactional leadership styles focused on task compliance and adherence to hierarchical structures. The study highlights the importance of tailored training programmes that accommodate diverse leadership styles and cultural contexts within transportation management education. Recommendations include integrating soft skills development, establishing mentorship programmes, and implementing continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance training effectiveness. By addressing these dynamics, educational institutions can better prepare cadets for leadership roles in dynamic professional environments, contributing to sectoral advancement and sustainability.

Social Enterprises (SE) are responsible for social and environmental issues. As a hybrid organization that combines the business and volunteer sectors, SE becomes an important tool in analyzing organizational settings and developing plans to achieve social goals. In this article it is emphasized that understanding business models is very important. The social business model (SEMC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) are useful tools to help SEs create strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. BMC uses a multidimensional approach to mission values and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, to become a powerful tool for driving progress and generating sustainable positive impact. Over time, social entrepreneurs will have to incorporate new principles into their practices. Our results also show that these sustainable and gradual techniques not only change value, but also influence the development of companies and the surrounding society. The clinic's process for requesting a consultation with a doctor and receiving a queue number is inefficient. To help patients make the most of their time at the clinic, it is helpful to provide them with information on when physicians will be available to see them. A new approach to health development governance is required under Regulation No. 21 of 2020 of the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health, which addresses the Ministry's Strategic Plan for 2020–2024. This plan encompasses health information systems, research integration, and development, among other areas. First, Health Technology Transformation, which includes developing and integrating health data; second, Health Service Application Integration and Development; and third, Health Technology Ecosystem Development, will house the primary activities involved in health technology transformation. This study's findings suggest that consumers are mostly interested in finding hospitals in close proximity to their homes, rather than using the doctor's appointment component of the KlikDokter app. Because of this, KlikDokter has to implement a change movement that can increase the number of health facilities that operate with Klik Doctor, allowing it to reach the closest health facility. It also has to link insurance and BPJS so that health facilities may provide transaction features.
