 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

One of the problems that often arise in an agreement is default, which can result in the creditor experiencing losses due to the debtor being in default. . The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

The elderly group during the pandemic is the group most at risk of experiencing severity/morbidity and mortality due to Covid-19 disease. This is because elderly patients (geriatric) generally have various comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The elderly as a vulnerable group, of course, really need the right information related to Covid-19 with the right media. Media that can be used to provide information on Covid-19 to the elderly are posters and power points. This provision can be done by nurses. This research will be conducted on 50 elderly people at Kelurahan Bendungan Semarang. The study was conducted by measuring the level of knowledge with a knowledge level questionnaire about the problem of covid-19, before and after treatment. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with control group. The research sample was determined by total sampling with certain criteria, namely: 1) elderly aged 60 years and over, 2) can read, write, communicate well, 3) do not experience sensory, cognitive, and movement disorders, 4) participate in all activities with 100% attendance. The division of the group was 25 people for the intervention group and 25 people for the control group. The provision of posters and PPT media was held 4 times in 4 weeks. This is done in combination because the combination of the two media can increase the level of better knowledge, especially for the elderly who have experienced a decline in function. There is an increase in the level of knowledge from low level 4 people (16%), medium level 15 people (60%), high level 6 people (24%) to low level 1 person (4%), medium level 9 people (36%), high level 15 people (60%).

AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. The results achieved are reducing the number of fires due to electrical short circuits and increasing aspects of comfort and convenience for users as well as people with disabilities and the elderly, who find it difficult to stand or to reach lights and the implementation of infrastructure devices, where a series of these tools can work after bluetooth devices are available in the community. android smartphones. connected to the bluetooth module connected to the arduino microcontroller. Basically, using the principle of this tool, the user must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion is that this equipment has been tested and can be used as a controller of power tools with a lightweight android smartphone via a Bluetooth connection without having to press the switch button.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to the global economy, including Indonesia. The closure of business premises, social restrictions, and decreased consumer purchasing power are some of the consequences that must be addressed. In response to this crisis, the Indonesian government has attempted to mitigate the negative impact by issuing various tax policies aimed at supporting the business sector and increasing consumer purchasing power. These policies include tax incentives, tax rate reductions, and relief for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) struggling to survive during the crisis. This article discusses the tax policies issued by the government in response to the COVID-19 crisis and their implications for the Indonesian economy.    

Abstract Joyoraharjan village is a densely populated village. This densely populated village has a creative village empowerment program that supports the Surakarta City tourism awareness program. However, the existing potential needs to be supported by efforts to support the products contained in the village to become selling power and able to boost the residents' economy. The packaging for the products in Joyoraharjan Village has not been able to attract tourists to buy their products. So that the packaging training is held. Training on product packaging in Joyoraharjan Village as a tourism village has been started and in its manufacture through several activities both making logos and making packaging. The final result of the packaging training using printing techniques is in the form of several packaging models that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Product packaging is made with environmentally friendly and easy-to-obtain manufacturing materials so that they are able to independently package their superior products. Abstrak Kampung Joyoraharjan merupakan kampung padat penduduk. Kampung dengan kondisi lingkungan padat penduduk ini memiliki program pemberdayaan kampung kreatif yang mendukung program sadar wisata Kota Surakarta. Namun, dari potensi yang ada perlu didukung dengan adanya upaya dalam mendukung produk-produk yang terdapat di kampung tersebut menjadi berdaya jual dan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian warga. Packaging pada produk yang terdapat di Kampung Joyoraharjan belum dapat menarik minat wisatawan dalam membeli produknya. Sehingga diadakannya pelatiahan packaging. Pelatihan packaging produk di Kampung Joyoraharjan sebagai kampung wisata mulai dilakukan dan dalam pembuatannya melalui berberapa kegiatan baik membuat logo dan membuat packaging. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan pembuatan packaging dengan teknik cetak ini berupa beberapa model packaging ramah lingkungan dan suistanable. Packaging produk dibuat dengan bahan pembuatan yang ramah lingkungan dan mudah didapatkan sehingga mampu untuk membuat packaging produk-produk unggulan mereka secara mandiri.

Pain is a defense mechanism of the body and caused by tissue damage to the body due to injury, accident or medical action. Traditionally, cashew leaves were used in curing inflammation, pain, toothache, wound healing, rheumatism as well as dysentery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of analgetic power of cashew leaf ethanol extract (Anacardium occidentale L.) in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research conducted is experimental research, with chemical excitatory methods. The test animals were divided into 5 groups with each treatment of 3 mice. Group I Na CMC 1%, group II Paracetamol, group III cashew leaf ethanol extract 10%, group IV cashew leaf ethanol extract 20%, and group V cashew leaf ethanol extract 40% given orally. Pain inductors are 1% induced acetic acid intraperitonially. Observed the amount of mice geliat for 1 hour and calculated percent analgetic power. The results obtained in this study have properties as analgetics with analgetic power concentration of 10%: 82.73%, concentration of 20%: 84.89%, and concentration of 40%: 88.48%.

Sea urchin (Diadema setosum) is an aquatic biota that has high nutritional value. Bioactive compounds produced by sea urchins have the potential to be used as natural antibacterial compounds. This study aims to identify chemical compounds and determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The research method used is the agar diffusion method. The results of phytochemical screening of sea urchin extract (Diadema setosum) showed the presence of alkaloids and saponins. By using variations in the concentration of ethanol extract of sea urchin (Diadema setosum) at a concentration of 80% it had an inhibitory power of 18 mm, a concentration of 90% had an inhibitory power of 23 mm, a concentration of 100% had an inhibitory power of 28 mm and for a concentration of 110% had an inhibitory power of 35 mm. The positive control has a resistance of 30 mm and the negative control is 0 mm. The results showed that the ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) had a strong bacterial inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.

Peran media pembelajaran ditengah pandemi Covid-19 sangat membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran meski dari rumah. Hypersay adalah salah satu contoh media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Media tersebut dapat memberikan presentasi interaktif dengan menggunakan file powerpoint biasa dan mengubahnya menjadi sesi langsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat menggunakan hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi di tengah pandemi; 2) mendeskripsikan peran hypersay dalam membantu dosen menyampaikan presentasi pembelajaran di tengah pandemi; dan 3) menganalisis dampak penggunaan hypersay dalam pembelajaran di tengah pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian referensi. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini dengan berbagai sumber dan perpanjangan waktu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan metode komparasi konstanta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek agar mahasiswa tidak terbebani dan dapat memahami materi pembelajaran secara maksimal; 2) Hypersay  berperan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran secara online. Salah satunya adalah membantu dosen untuk menyampaikan live presentasi dan memberikan penilaian kepada mahasiswa; 3) Penggunaan hypersay berdampak positif bagi pembelajaran online, karena memiliki banyak fitur yang mendukung.

Nutmeg is known as a spice plant that has economic value and multipurpose because every part of the plant can be used in various industries. Compounds contained in nutmeg seeds include essential oils, a-pinene, b-pinene, limonene, myristicin, safrole, and methyl eugenol. Nutmeg plant nutritious as antidiarrheal, antidiabetic, antimicrobial. The purpose of this study was to make a formulation of rubbing oil and to determine the bacteriostatic activity of nutmeg seed oil on staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This study used three formulations, namely the provision of distilled water as a negative control, chloramphenicol as a positive control. The method used in this research is the well method. Bacteria that were incubated for 24 hours in the fastest concentration inhibition research were at 50% concentration because of bacterial growth which showed that the higher the concentration, the higher the inhibitory power and at 20% concentration the results were resistant, because the amount of solvent used was higher. low and can not inhibit the growth of microorganisms.

The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%. 

Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

Pendidik dituntut untuk selalu mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalnya baik ditingkat PAUD, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah menengah bahkan Perguruan tinggi. Salah satu bentuk kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional seorang pendidik adalah kemampuanya dibidang penguasaan (ICT) Information Communication Technologi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan ke TK Rumah Pelangi, Dukuh Banukan RT.06/RW.09 DS. Malangjiwan, Colomadu, Karanganyar penguasaan dan pemanfaatan guru terhadap ICT sangat minim terlebih lagi dalam proses pembuatan media karena masih melum terbiasa dan belum terlatih dalam membuat media berbasis ICT. Sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang berupa Powerpoin menarik, Flipbook dan Comiclife yang di aplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir.Hasil yang dicapai dalam pengabdian ini telah mencapai target yang diharapkan, 9 guru yang mengikuti pelatihan, telah mampu membuat media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang terdiri dari Powerpoin menarik, Flipbook, dan Comiclife. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa media pembelajaran berbasis ICT serta implementasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada materi tertentu dan publikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah.Kata Kunci: Pembuatan Media, ICT

 Human Trafficking is an act of recruitment, shelter, sending, transferring, or accepting someone with the threat of violence, using violence, kidnapping, confinement, counterfeiting, fraud, abuse of power or vulnerable positions, debt bondage or paying or benefits, so obtain approval from the person who holds control over the other person, whether carried out within the state or between countries, for the purpose of exploitation or to result in exploitation (Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Crimes in Trafficking in Persons).           This study aims to analyze aspects of judges' consideration of the criminal termination of perpetrators of trafficking in persons in Decision Number 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016, covering juridical, philosophical, and sociological aspects. Juridical aspects are based on the existing legal umbrella and judge as the applicator, sociological aspects, namely the application of the law concerning the values ​​of society in order to create legal justice, and philosophical aspects that are based on the value of truth and justice.           This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms.           The problem in this study regarding the basis of the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions against perpetrators of trafficking in persons and the comparison of judges' considerations related to criminal imposition of perpetrators of human trafficking in decisions No. 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016.           From the results of this study indicate that, the application of the law where the judge as the applicator is in accordance with the values ​​of the law, and the community, but still very minimal or the need for more policies on victims of trafficking, namely the right to restitution (restoration of the rights of victims from trafficking).

The journey of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) in the constitution is considered to still not compensate for the dynamics of proliferation of legislation. The reason is that the function of the DPD with the DPR in the field of legislation has been tugging and there has been intense competition in the formation of legislation, on the one hand the existence of the DPR as an institution holding a legislative function born earlier is considered to dominate the formation of legislation. On the other hand, the existence of the DPD as a new institution that is also given a legislative function, its authority is considered to be too small when compared to the authority of the DPR in the process of establishing legislation. Even the DPD is considered to add to the problem of over regulation in Indonesian legislation. Borrowing the term Richard Susskind mentions that hyper regulations or obesity are legal and over regulation. This situation led to the implementation of the DPD's legislative function not being optimal because it tends to be half-hearted. In other words, the existence of the DPD as the holder of legislative power is still under the shadow of the DPR, so it has not been taken into account in the process of establishing legislation in Indonesia, even though it has been corrected by the Constitutional Court through Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 92/PUU-X/2012 and Decision Constitutional Court Number 15/ PUU-XIII/2015, but the decision was ignored.

Vegetables are an important commodity, whose prices contribute to the inflation rate in some regions of Indonesia. Inflation and deflation are inseparable from the type of food and vegetable groups because the majority of the population have jobs as vegetable farmers. Selo Boyolali is a vegetable-producing region, but currently can not meet the needs of its own region. Supply of vegetables began to decrease due to pest and vegetable turnover into tobacco. If the delivery of vegetables is hampered there will be a scarcity of vegetables that lead to price increases. The length of the distribution channel has a negative impact, namely the price of commodities set by the middlemen or traders who distribute vegetables from the producers. So sometimes local farmers do not have bargaining power on vegetable pricing. This study aims to analyze the pattern of price formation and vegetable distribution in Boyolali. The analytical framework used in this research is supply chain management framework. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative indepth interview.

Modern society is the result of joint relations between men and women. Nowadays, women’s subordination obstacle to women ‘s development and advancement. Women’s subordination as a kind of patriarchy system also deeper poverty. No progres of society without women activities. Empowering of women become a way to increase human security. The purpose is how to empower village women of Brujul, sub-district Jaten, Karanganyar regency. Increasing empowerment of village women is very important. It can develop and progress society in that village. There are three indicators of women empowerment: security, decision making and mobility. Method of this community service is meeting and discussion with the women of Brujul village. The result of this discussion that security of the women from Brujul still influenced by patriarchy system and lower education. Furthermore, the older married women had less power to increase their security. The younger married women with higher education have more power in decision making process of houshold and health. Higher education background can influence of women mobility. The women mobility also dependent upon how their family view women’s right. The result of this community service show that increasing knowledge about human right, human security and empowerment is very important for the women of Brujul village.Key words: women, empowerment, human security

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months.
