Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

The meaning of defending the country is a manifestation of our love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Defending the State is not the responsibility of the TNI or Police alone, but defending the State is our collective responsibility as citizens of the Indonesian community to protect Indonesia from all kinds of threats both from within and outside in order to maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Along with the development of technology, Indonesia is currently entering the era of digitalization. In the era of digitalization, attacks or threats to the country are not only in the form of physical attacks, but also cyber attacks that attack a country in the economic, political and military fields using attacks due to technological advances. This is the focus of this research. The question of this research is what are the factors that influence the challenges of the digital era in society and how to apply the value of defending the country in facing the challenges of the digital era. To obtain answers, this research uses yuridis normative methods or library research, meaning that this research is based on on library sources to discuss the problems that have been formulated. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that in realizing actions to defend the country, it is necessary to instill a sense of love for Indonesia's air, and by remembering that Indonesia is a country with a lot of diversity, it is necessary to instill a sense of tolerance in the minds of the souls of Indonesian citizens. One of the very important basic elements of the digital era is being critical in responding to content. Indonesian citizens today must be smarter in absorbing content and information and encourage Indonesian citizens and society to always be critical and suspicious, especially regarding content that is too bombarded, meaningless, and full of nuances of hatred To ensure that the unitary Republic of Indonesia remains intact and peaceful.

High blood pressure, marked by a sustained rise in arterial pressure, poses a complex medical challenge with diverse origins. Internal factors like gender, age, and heredity, combined with external elements such as obesity, unhealthy habits, and stress, contribute to its development. The aging process in elderly individuals often results in reduced adaptive capacity, making them more susceptible to various ailments, including hypertension. To address this issue, Therapeutic Touch is explored as a non-pharmacological intervention, utilizing touch energy to modulate the nervous system and hormonal responses, thereby restoring energy balance and reducing pain and blood pressure levels. This study investigates the impact of Therapeutic Touch on blood pressure reduction in hypertensive elderly individuals in Balung Village, Kendit District, Situbondo Regency, using an experimental design with a one-group pre- and post-test setup. The research involves the entire hypertensive elderly population of Balung Village (32 individuals), with 30 participants selected through purposive sampling for a six-session Therapeutic Touch intervention over two weeks. Data collection employs observation sheets with coded responses, revealing a significant post-intervention shift towards normal blood pressure. Statistical analysis, using the Wilcoxon signed test (p-value: 0.000 ? ? 0.005), supports the acceptance of the  hypothesis. In conclusion, Therapeutic Touch proves effective in reducing blood pressure among elderly individuals with hypertension, operating through mechanisms influencing nerves, hormones, and overall body relaxation.

Spiritual rhetoric has an important role in strengthening understanding and communication of religious teachings, but often does not receive sufficient attention in Christian religious education. The approach of Quintilianes, a famous philosopher and rhetorician from the ancient Roman era, provides a solid foundation for improving the teaching of spiritual rhetoric. This article presents key concepts from Quintilianes' thinking that can be adapted in the study of Christianity, such as the importance of ethics in communication, developing speaking skills, and emphasizing the formation of good character. This integration strategy can be applied in various contexts of Christian religious education, both in religious schools, churches and within the family environment. By incorporating elements of spiritual rhetoric into the curriculum, educators can help students understand and articulate their beliefs more effectively, while promoting fundamental moral and spiritual values. In facing the complexity of the contemporary world, the integration of Quintilianes' thoughts in the study of Christianity becomes increasingly relevant. This article proposes that this approach can provide a powerful foundation for increasing understanding, appreciation, and practice of Christianity, as well as fostering deeper spiritual growth in students.
