This study aims to determine the level of achievement of taxes and levies, local tax efficiency, and contributes taxes and levies on Salatiga’s local  revenue. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data used is data relating to the realization of taxes and levies, budgets of local taxes and levies, as well as Salatiga’s local revenues. The data analysis used in this research is the analysis of the level of achievement of taxes and levies, local tax efficiency analysis, and analysis of the contribution of taxes and levies. Results of the study are: (1) The level of achievement of targets for local taxes and levies during the years 2011-2015 in the category very effective. (2) The efficiency rate for local taxes and levies from 2011-2015 as a whole are at an efficient level. (3) The contribution of local taxes on Salatiga’s revenue from 2011 until 2015 less contribute. Tujuan  yang  ingin  di capai  pada penelitian  ini  adalah untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran materi PKn sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan  melalui penerapan model pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning pada Siswa Kelas X Ps-2 Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 SMKN 7  Surakarta.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tindakan Kelas (PTK), data pada penelitian ini berupa data tentang prestasi belajar PKn yaitu hasil ulangan dan tes dalam materi sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan pada mata pelajaran PKn, dan data tentang penerapan Metoda Pembelajaran Problem Base Learning.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa prestasi belajar siswa meningkat, yaitu pada kondisi awal dari 36 siswa terdapat 21 siswa  yang dinyatakan tuntas (58%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 15 siswa (42% ) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 61,73.  Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa (75 %) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9 siswa (25 %) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 68,15. Pada siklus II semua siswa dinyatakan tuntas semua (100%) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 76,88.Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, Prestasi belajar, PKn ABSTRACTThe aims of the study was: this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was to improve the success of students in learning civic education sub-subject Integrasi bangsa dan Kebinekaan through implementation of Problem-based learning to the students of class X Ps 2 in even semester of 2018/2019 Academic year SMKN 7 Surakarta. The method used in this research was Classroom action research (CAR), the data were learning outcomes of students in Civic education, such as result of exam and test of material sub-subject Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebinekaan in civic education, and data of Problem-based learning implementation. The technique of collecting data were observation and test. The technique of analysis data were descriptive comparative and critical analysis technique. Based on data analysis, it is obtained that students' learning outcomes were improved, that was in   initial condition from 36 students there are 21 students who are stated as completed (58%) and students who weren't completed consist of 15 students (42%) with class average score 61,73. in the cycle 1 students who were passed consist of 27 students (75%) and students who are not passed 9 students (25%) with class average score 68,15. in the cycle II all students were stated as all completed (100%) with class average score 76,88. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The purpose of community service activities with the theme of Information Service on Reproductive Health in Young Women Aisyiah I orphanage member West City Banjarsari Solo is to provide knowledge about reproductive health in young women members of Putri Aisyiah I West Kota, Banjarsari, Solo in order to take care of themselves and prepare self as a prospective mother.The target of this community service activity is the realization of the guidance to maintain the health of femininity that can be used by young women members of Orphanage Princess Aisyiah I West Town, Banjarsari, Solo. So that helps the achievement of the goal effectively and efficiently is able to maintain the health of her feminine in a preventive and correct so that become healthy citizens.This community service is implemented by applying Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question answer method, and Exercise method to make the material easy to receive and practiced completely by the members. Information service is conducted for one month with frequency of exercise once a week, place of execution at Princess Orphanage Aisyiah I Solo. Through this activity the members have knowledge about reproduction health, so as to strengthen the self-adolescent girls who entered the orphanage and finally the young women become members of a strong and productive society.Keywords: Information services, reproductive health.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn Siswa kelas V semester II SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Muhamadiyah sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menunjukan rata–rata skor aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan kriteria ketuntasan yang digambarkan dalam bentuk grafik poligon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan peningkatan skor nilai dalam aktivitas dan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa pada tiap–tiap siklus, pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 67 dan aktivitas sebesar 46,3 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 37% meningkat pada siklus II dimana hasil belajar PKn mencapai 76,3 dan aktivitas sebesar 61 serta ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 70%. Pada siklus III terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 83 dan aktivitas sebesar 82 termasuk kategori sangat tinggi serta ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai 100%.   The purpose of this study: Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type to Improve (1)The Activity and (2)Learning Achievement on Civilization Study  for the fifth Grade Students at Second Semester in Muhammadiyah 2nd Primary School, Denpasar. The population of this study was 30 students . The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic by finding the mean scores of activity, learning achievement, and students passing grade criteria which was continued by drawing those all into a polygon graphic. The result was Implementation Cooperative Instruction Model, STAD Type is effective to improve the activity and learning achievement of civilization study. This was shown by the improvement of the student mean scores on activity and learning achievement achieved by the students in each cycle where in cycle I it was rate of Learning Achievement on Civilization Study is 67,  the activity is 46,3, and result of learning achievement is 37%. On cycle II, it increased into 76,3 of learning Achievement, the activity is 61 and the result of learning achievement is 70%.However, in cycle III, it increased into 83 of learning Achievement, the activity is 82 and the result of learning achievement is 100%.

Abstract: BPN is an institution that is authorized to perform the duties of government land,among others implement acceleration land registration. Based on GovernmentRegulation No. 24/1997 concerning PRONA (national programe) policies, namelyproviding land registration services and legal certainty as to realize the achievement ofchess orderly land sector. If Government Regulation No. 24/1997 implemented properly,it will provide legal certainty, that the rule of law: land rights holders; lay of the land;acreage and others. Completeness and actual information on every subject in the landregistration law, it will be easier to take legal actions against the parcel of land that hasbeen registered.Key words: national programe, acceleration of land registration.

Abstract: A non well-managed cooperation has disadvantaged the creditor. It is caused by the difficulties to draw the fund from the debtors. But when the creditors ask to the court with the bad achievement reasons, the court refuse to conduct because the committee is not the party in the agreement. Therefore, it is necessary to construct fiduciary duty so that the committee who do not work properly can be put personal responsibility for this agreement. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). A university as an educative institution needs an assessment for the programs it has. In order to conduct such assessment , some components need to be assessed based on the internal and external factors. It is necessary to establish a decision support system toward the performance of the department. It can help the decision maker to know the condition occurred in this department. 'l he assessment of the study program's performance for evaluating can be done by underlining the components that will be assessed by making the model. The model which is prepared by applying some rules, stated in accreditation board, will be used as a reference in performance assessment for  Diploma III program. By applying a model toward the assessment criteria from the related department, it will help us to get the result. The achieved result is in form of the total score from the assessment, the score is devided into 5 class excellent, very good, good, sufficient and poor. Consequently, the report of resulting assessment can be to determine some steps to improve or maintain the recent achievement. By applying the decision support system of the department’s performance , it allow a decision maker to be able to monitor the department or the study program.
