Electronic Medical Records (RME) is an information system used to manage patient medical data electronically, which aims to improve the efficiency and quality of health services in hospitals. This study aims to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of RME in hospitals using the PIECES model. The main focus of the research is on the dimensions of Performance, Information, Economics, Efficiency, and Control to identify the strengths and weaknesses of RME and provide recommendations for improvement. This research uses the Study Literature Review (SLR) method which involves collecting and critically analyzing relevant literature from scientific journals, articles and books. The collected data is evaluated based on the dimensions of the PIECES model to provide a comprehensive picture of RME implementation. The research results show that RME can improve data access speed, system response time, and accuracy of medical information, which supports better clinical decision making. Economically, RME helps reduce operational costs and improve work efficiency. However, challenges such as network reliability, data security, and interoperability still need to be overcome to achieve the full benefits of RME. Dimension Control highlights the importance of strict security policies and user training to ensure safe and effective use.

Background : poor sleep quality in babies will result in decreased immunity, impaired growth and physical development, and have an impact on the growth and development of the baby's brain. 1 year of age is a golden period for brain development. Baby Massage is a type of stimulation that will stimulate the development of the structure and function of cells in the brain. The improvement in the quality of baby's sleep during baby massage is due to an increase in the levels of serotonin secretion produced during massage. Apart from the Baby Massage method, adding Lavender Essential Oil also has an effect on improving the quality of baby's sleep because essential oil can influence brain function activities through the nervous system which is related to the sense of smell. Lavender contains esters which can calm and have a direct effect on the nervous system. Objective: to determine the effect of giving Baby Massage lavender essential oil on improving the sleep quality of babies aged 3-12. Method: Pre-Experiment with One Group Pretest Posttest design. Sample of 30 respondents. Respondents were given a massage once and then evaluated after 24 hours. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results: The quality of sleep before being given Baby Massage Lavender Essential was that all 30 respondents had poor sleep quality. The majority of sleep quality after being given Baby Massage Lavender Essential was good, namely 27 respondents (90%). The statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000, <0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving Baby Massage lavender essential oil on improving the sleep quality of babies aged 3-12.

This research aims to investigate and analyze legally the granting of mortgage rights guarantee to creditors, especially foreign banks (conducted at the Land Office of Batam). The method used is normative legal research utilizing library references and interviews with academic and practitioner experts as research subjects. This study is descriptive, systematically analyzing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials along with relevant facts. The conclusion of this research is that the granting of mortgage rights to foreign banks follows the procedures stipulated in Ministerial Regulation No. 5 of 2020 from the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The registration process for mortgage rights is conducted electronically, but foreign banks such as China Banking Corporation Limited must first register through the financial partner application. The main challenges in implementing electronic mortgage rights guarantee primarily stem from legal uncertainties regarding the registration of foreign creditors through the financial partner application managed by the Ministry. Additionally, there are technical challenges due to IT systems that are not yet fully prepared. Improving the quality of human resources is also necessary, given the constraints faced at the land office due to a shortage of personnel, while demand from the public and service users remains high.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the convergence of intervention programs to accelerate the reduction of stunting at the family level in Serang District, Banten Province. Analytic quantitative design and interviews, with a sample of 150 respondents. Data collection technique with systematic random sampling. Data collection with secondary data, interviews and filling out questionnaires. There were 9 people (6 percent) inaccurate identification of families at risk of stunting (KRS) in the TPPS documents and verification by researchers. Inaccurate identification of families at risk of stunting who were included in the target of the intervention program between the TPPS documents and the researcher's verification was 8 people (5.3 percent). There were 5 people (3.3 percent) inaccurate identification of stunting-risk families who received intervention programs between TPPS documents and researcher verification. Recording and reporting of interventions is not optimal. There is a gap in the convergence of intervention programs due to several factors, namely inadequate quality of human resources, unstable internet network during data collection, limited time for orientation or training so that it is still conceptual, there are still residents who do not have a family card, lack of budget, non-compliant respondents take blood tablets. Not all of the effectiveness of the convergence of intervention programs has conformity in the documents at TPPS and researcher verification.
